πŸ’€☠πŸ’€☠πŸ’€☠ An IPS (International Parcel Service) Delivery Scam

After my latter evening nap yesterday, I rose quite early into the midnight hour after I heard my younger brother retire to his bedroom for the night, and I was soon at work both adding content into the post that I have in draft at one of my two hosted websites; and then I created a post in my private blog.

But there was that amiss with me at the emotional level which then directed me to willingly abase myself, and I was not to return to bed until exactly 5:36 a.m. after that essential endorphic surfeiture to which I am an addict was fulfilled.

A foul misdeed beyond question; but better the descent then and not during my valuable afternoon or early evening. At least I would have some further sleep to give me some relief from the self-censure that typically attends this inner failure of self.

My wife actually rose just as I was contemplating doing so around 9 a.m. She had her usual Friday full day of work scheduled at the Thai restaurant where she is employed part-time, and so she evidently wanted to have plenty of time to ready herself for the commute and her 11 a.m. start at the business.

Her three-month driving prohibition has now ended, but she is not scheduled with an appointment to have her driver's licence reinstated until June 16. She actually tried to visit the nearest ICBC office yesterday as a walk-in ─ and she bused there to do this; but she was to come back home with the report that there were approximately 20 or more people already lined up outside of the building waiting their turn to enter.

Normally, there are already far more people than that already inside who are seated and waiting to be served.

For her sake, I hope those outside were all 'walk-ins', and that anyone with an appointment is able to simply enter the place without being party to that less privileged 'rank and file' who were today waiting without the building.

Nonetheless, it appears that she will be using public transit a while longer.

She left for her bus this morning just after I had joined my brother in the living room to watch some T.V.

When I put our Android TV Box into action, I tuned in Odessa Orlewicz's latest video which, unfortunately, is not yet available anywhere outside of her Facebook account: June 10-Blackrock, NIH, Guns,India and More 2021 Insanity.

The video was only about 20 minutes in length, and not one of her better efforts. And now that I am reflecting back upon it after seeing its title, I cannot recall anything at all that involved "guns".

Once that video was done, I then tuned in one that I had forgotten about that I downloaded a little over a month ago onto a USB thumb drive; the video was almost an hour and 40 minutes in length and featured a substance commonly known as MMS (Miracle Mineral Solution) or CLO2 (chlorine dioxide).

Darned if I can now find the same video online, but I did find one at YouTube that is titled (MMS) Miracle Mineral Solution. I expect that at some point YouTube will get around to censoring it.

When I downloaded the video my brother and I watched, I also downloaded the book MMS Health Recovery Guidebook ─ a 346-page .pdf document. If interested ─ and provided that the link still functions ─ you can obtain a free copy here; but there are likely other sources if that one fails.

Sure, there are plenty of debunking articles and so forth online; but how to discount the untold testimonials?

Also, has not hydroxycholoquine and ivermectin both been maligned by mainstream health authorities since the COVID-19 so-called pandemic, but it is now coming to be recognized that this has been done by vested forces who want those cheap and successful treatments off the books so that everyone will be left with incredibly expensive (yet ineffective) pharmaceutical poisons like remdesivir ─ and of course, all of the damaging and useless vaccines?

Thus, is it not equally possible that MMS is being similarly unjustly maligned by those same forces because none of the medical industries that get rich off disease treatments can make any money with CLO2?

My brother and I are certainly open to the possibilities of MMS. However, as my brother unexpectedly sagely observed, wouldn't this substance do a wholesale eradication of even the beneficial microbiome?

That concern alone would stay us from regular or prophylactic use of MMS.

However, if some major medical condition was to present itself, why not have MMS at hand and be versed in its application?

And I have just located the video that my brother and I watched ─ it's actually just about an hour and 50 minutes in duration. A copy is available at BitChute and titled The Universal Antidote Documentary.

If you buy into the scare that bleach is deadly and this stuff is being equated as being much too similar, please keep in mind that the formula for bleach is NaCLO. That is NOT anywhere near being similar to CLO2 ─ for Pete's sake, the chemical formula for common table salt is NaCL, and doesn't that seem a hell of a lot more similar to the formula for bleach than does MMS's CLO2?

Keep that mind of yours open.

My evening is already well upon me, so I am going to bring this post to a close.

However, I would like to mention a scam that I almost fell into.

Yesterday I let my wife use my VISA card to place an order online for a necklace that was going to cost something over $100 ─ she claimed that she has been eyeing the item for at least a year.

Anyway, today when she left for her bus, she soon phoned me to have me pay a $3 customs duty fee that was holding up delivery by an outfit called IPS (International Parcel Service); otherwise, the projected delivery date of June 14 would not be possible.

My wife had gotten the information texted to her, so she had forwarded it all to me.

Well, I checked and checked for a listed website in the text that I could use to access the delivery's tracking code here at my computer so that I could pay it by that means, for I do not use my cellphone to access the Internet. But there was no website URL shown ─ only this: "8k0.me/A4ILe".

When I typed that into my browser, nothing resulted.

I tried accessing two or three different websites for IPS, but none of them recognized the tracking code in my wife's text: CA-2458375.

I finally did a Google search using the following query:

how to pay import "ips" custom duties online canada

And there in the search results I noticed this: International Parcel Service Scam - FIPS IPS016448296Ca.

So I checked that out. My wife's text for a small customs duty fee was clearly a scam. If I actually used my cellphone to access the Web and had clicked on the 8k0.me/A4ILe link, I would have probably been taken to a phished IPS website.

In giving my wife's text a more thorough check, I then realized that nowhere was the article she had ordered mentioned, nor was the Web source for that article.

And then I further noticed that she had been addressed as "Tori" in the opening text. Tori is not her name; she only uses that as the first name of her Facebook identity. She would never place an order using that fake name or she would run the risk of it not being delivered to us.

What the scammers banked on was that we would think that $3 is a neglible additional fee and that we would unthinkingly just go ahead and pay it by using our credit card information.

And that would be that ─ the scammers would have everything they needed to start pillaging from it.

So if my wife had a valid credit card of her own and had placed the original order, then she might not have even contacted me about the owed $3 ─ she might have gone ahead and clicked that phony obscured URL and filed her credit card information.

Or as I already said, if I had been someone who used his cellphone for other than just calls and texts, and commonly accessed the web with it, I might have fallen victim. But I only access websites directly by going online here at my computer.

Nevertheless, it was a fairly close call.

By the way, we have never before had anything to do with IPS ─ just DHL (dhl). I had not even heard of IPS before.

I close now with today's weather report ─ solid cloud cover, and some fairly serious periods of rain. No concerns about missing out on any sunning this particular afternoon!
