Since today was to be a fast day until after 6 p.m., as well as entirely coffee-free (i.e., caffeine-free), I set no tasks for myself this morning, though I did set my cellphone alarm for 6 a.m.
Once I was up and dressing at that time, I realized the folly. I was introducing my day of mental fogginess and cravings unnecessarily early, for I never even intended a backyard tool shed exercise session ─ I had no business being up this early.
I busied myself here at my bedside computer, longing for a big mug of strong instant coffee with the works.
At 8 a.m. I had also grown to feel the need of more sleep, if possible, so I returned to bed fully dressed, but I left my bedroom door ajar just to be able to more surely hear my younger brother emerging from his bedroom to watch morning T.V. news, for I had no intention of missing our latter morning T.V. time together.
Around 8:45 a.m. (as I was to discover) I heard him stirring about in his bedroom, so I rose as well and sat here at my bedside computer.
But he did not sally forth from his bedroom.
After 9 a.m. arrived, I hobbled downstairs and assumed control of the T.V. and put it under the control of our R69 Plus Android 14 TV Box.
When by maybe 9:20 a.m. he had still not joined me, I began playing a 14-minute (14:38) video uploaded earlier today to YouTube's Moose on the Loose channel: Japan Just Said What Investors Really Think About Mark Carney.
When it was done, I then played a 20-minute (20:18) video uploaded yesterday to YouTube's AnitaK channel: Why I Disagree with Candace Owens.
Candace Owens has become a massive controversial figure. I explain why I disagree with her handling of the situation, especially towards Erika Kirk.
(I get a kick out of Candace!)
Perhaps well over halfway through, my brother finally made his appearance. Then when Anita was finished, I tuned in a 12-minute (12:24) video published yesterday to Rumble's Libertytalkcanada channel: New Canadian Inquiry Through Federal MP Into Covid Vax Injuries Starts Soon. Learn More...
Canadian Dentist Goes PUBLIC (On CPAC) About What The Covid "Vaccine" Did To Her! A Federal MP Is Doing An Official Inquiry Into Canadian's Covid "Vax" Injuries Soon. Learn About It Here!
Changing gears, our next show was Chicago Fire ─ episode 20 ("Never, Ever Make a Mistake") of season 11.
And after that, I switched over to the USB drive inserted into our T95Q Android 9 TV Box and we got well over a half hour, I think, into a movie I had previously downloaded; but I will report on it once we have finished watching it, for we halted so that my brother could return to his bedroom for further bed rest.
My wife had emerged from her bedroom well before, and partly due to this I was not to be back to bed for my needed nap until nearly 1 p.m., and it was well past 2 p.m. when I thereafter rose.
She was to have to work the latter part of today at the Thai restaurant where she is employed part-time, so it was around 3:30 p.m. when she left on her fairly long drive.
The day has been mostly cloudy ─ definitely no incentive to be doing any sunning even if the inclination was there.
I am so damned feeble overall from lack of coffee's stimulance ─ it is worse than merely feeling hungry. The double whammy, though, has left me totally disinclined for any exercise whatsoever today.
I had a naked weigh-in around an hour ago, and I had managed to slip in at just under 180 pounds.
Right now it is 5:50 p.m. and I can soon break my fast. I will eat a meal, and then watch here on my bedside computer an episode of whatever T.V. series is next on my list, while drinking the only can of Cariboo Malt (7.9% alcohol) I am allotting to myself, for my supply is down to three cans and I haven't the money for more. In fact, I may not be able to buy any further beer until after my monthly pension shows up ─ reportedly, July 29.
This is cruel.
I will finalize my post later this evening.

Following my only meal of the day, I tried the series Reverie ─ the pilot episode ("Apertus") of the only season. My source was at GOOJARA.to.
Danged if it wasn't very vaguely familiar. But it is so very vague that I am almost unsure ─ likely I was drinking overmuch at the time.
As I watched, I wondered if possibly the lead actress was the same gal I remembered well from the T.V. series Person of Interest ─ and true enough, it was indeed Sarah Shahi.
I enjoyed the episode, but it sure does not hurt to have Sarah to look at. The episode was done by 8:16 p.m.
I am going to call it quits at this point. I still feel very weary. By the time I brush my teeth and shut everything down that requires it on my computer, I will be set for bed.
Although I cannot afford grocery shopping in the wee a.m. tomorrow, I will rise ─ possibly as early as 5:30 a.m. ─ to water the front yard garden areas, a chore that seems to take over an hour. But maybe first when I rise, I will have that longed-for big mug of hot instant coffee with the works.
'Tis 8:46 p.m. at present.
