Who am I?

I am an obscure great-great-grandson of Oscar Adolphe Barcelo & Eugenie Beaudry of MontrΓ©al.

And I am an equally obscure great-grandson of George Henry Leandre Barcelo & Sarah Anne Bird of Winnipeg (Manitoba) and Langdon (North Dakota).

I don't know what the π’»π“Šπ’Έπ“€ to do about my damned damaged right knee. And I was correct in speculating yesterday that I seemed to be coming down with a respiratory infection that began manifesting a couple days after the 14 or so hours I spent at Surrey Memorial on the weekend waiting to have my knee assessed.

Apart from the swelling, I still cannot elevate my lower leg unassisted. I have to use my left leg to help draw it up whenever I want to stretch our on my bed or the chesterfield downstairs.

The doctor who gave me the all clear verdict must surely have been wrong ─ I fear a tendon or something requires surgical reattachment.

With my brother home quite early last evening, I was drawn into putting our Android TV Box into play to watch a few of our shows ─ I was surprised that Bev was stable and stayed with us well into the third show before she took herself upstairs to the bedroom for the night.

My brother was excessively drunk, and made immersion into the shows difficult, for his commentary was such in his drunken growly voice that he would drown out dialogue even though I could not always understand his words because I would deliberately seek to shut them out.

And I felt progressively feverish as the evening wore on, wishing that he would just go to bed, or even pass out so that at the finish of a show I could make my escape.

Our roster of show was as follows in this sequence:

I actually used the Web to locate sources for three of those episodes, beginning with this OK.ru link for The Avengers. An OK.ru link also served for Juliet Bravo. And Bergerac was provided for at this Archive.org link.

I had a feverish night, and at one point was peculiarly involved in some fantasy of my body besting the infection via three avenues of attack, one of which was fever. I had also taken four drops of an ivermectin solution around 4 a.m. It actually seemed as if my fever was broken ─ it was all oddly enjoyable and satisfying.

And the fantasy was not because of beer ─ I only drank two cans of Cariboo Malt (7.9% alcohol).

Still, the well-being did not last the day, and I have had some ailing stretches that had me lying down. My wife only had to work the latter part of today, so she left for work just after 3 p.m. ─ but not before beseeching me $400 so she could send her mother in Thailand $700.

She said that she would pay me back $200 from her next pay.

I had my usual latter morning watching T.V. with my brother, even though I absolutely did not want to leave my bed.

I led us off with a 20-minute video uploaded yesterday to YouTube's AnitaK channel: Retaliation? We're Getting our Tariff Response All Wrong!

In this video I talk about the Canadian response to Donald Trump's tariffs. Our Government officials and politicians don't realize the retaliation only hurts us! Mary Ng, Rich Coleman, David Eby, Fentanyl Czar, Trudeau, Melanie Joly are talked about.

Our next video was nearly 1½ hours, and had been published earlier today at Rumble's Canadian Citizens for Charter Rights and Freedoms channel: Major Russ Cooper (Ret'd) in discussion with Just Right Media's Robert Vaughan.

Major Russ Cooper (Ret'd) takes a deep dive into the unravelling of Canada's national fabric with Just Right Media's Robert Vaughan. From its history to its traditions to its demonstrated core values of individual rights and rule of law, all seem to be purposely denigrated by the same authorities sworn to promote and defend them. More and more, however, the good folk of Canada are not taking the insults lying down. Strap in for an interesting and rousing ride as the "Major" pushes back on their behalf.

We finished with a 1⅔-hour video published April 19, 2022, to Rumble's America's Untold Stories  channel: Who was General Edwin Walker?

General Edwin Anderson Walker was the only U.S. Army general officer to resign his commission amid his tour of duty in the 20th century. Was he a patriot, a madman, or a little of both?

I am feeling as feverish this evening as I did yesterday evening ─ the prospect of sitting up into the a.m. again watching shows is too daunting. I am going to have to lie down and maybe even nap first.

I want to have my knee checked out again, but I don't want to do so while coughing or displaying a respiratory infection, so I am lost as to what to bloody do. With these recurring states of oppressive fever, how can I possibly spend potentially another half day or more just sitting and waiting for a doctor?

I am going to publish this post. I'm feeling pretty damned down 7:31 at p.m. And yes, my brother arrived home just a short time ago from his social drinking.
