Consequences

The weather sure is adept at screwing me around. Unlike yesterday afternoon, I was prepared to sun today ─ but although it is exceptionally warm outside, the sky has been cloudy more often than clear.

So I never even bothered wasting my time sitting out in the backyard.

However, I did have a few pull-ups and chin-ups in the backyard tool shed well past 2 p.m., as well as 25 full flat-footed squats, the first 20 of which were assisted due to my damaged right leg. However, I held the final squat for a 60-count before rising unaided.

As for the other exercises, the opening two sets of pull-ups saw repetitions of three and one; the two sets of chin-ups resulted in two in each set; and the two sets of pull-ups between a pair of bars yielded one repetition in each set (I think that I may have only held the hang at the completion of the final pull-up for a mere 50-count).

I never rose in the wee a.m. to go to the elementary school playground to exercise because it was a little after 11 p.m. before I got to bed last night. If I am going to try and watch a couple of shows here on my bedside computer, I am going to have to begin doing so much earlier than I have been.

It was not exactly comfortable in my bedroom last night due to retained daytime temperatures. Maybe tonight I will pull the heavy drapes from before my open window to allow freer circulation of air.

I was willing enough to have some tool shed exercising early in the morning, but it was (I believe) after 7 a.m. before I rose. I had not even finished my day's first mug of instant coffee with the works when my brother emerged from his bedroom for coffee and T.V.

So I never pushed myself for exercising at that time. Besides, my wife rose extra early ─ well before 8:30 a.m. Then before 9 a.m. she left for somewhere ─ it was too early to be going to work at the Thai restaurant where she is employed part-time.

When I joined my brother a little after 9 a.m. and was given the green light around 9:10 - 9:15 a.m. to put our android TV Box to work, I led us off with a 1½-minute (1:37) video clip published yesterday at Rumble's "Coffee and a Mike" Show channel: Why would Putin agree to a peace deal (CLIP)? Martin Armstrong.

Our second video exceeded an hour (1:06:35) and was published earlier today to Rumble's HealingEarth channel: REINER FUELLMICH Update! Sentenced To 3 Years & 9 Months And Threatened With Even More Litigation.

Today we have Dexter Lejay Ryneveldt, a good friend of Reiner Fuellmich, to tell us all about Reiners case, the accusations, the arrest, how it all went down and what’s next for Reiner.

Next I turned to The Graham Norton Show ─ episode 20 of season or series 32. It was essentially the latest season finale episode, for the next one is merely a compilation episode of previous shows.

At the episode's conclusion no later than 11:10 a.m., my brother announced his return to his bedroom for further bed rest. I had hoped that we would finish watching the movie that yesterday we had postponed the final half hour or so of in order for him to get further bed rest that day.

But he is ever so eager to rest up in order to bus off in the early afternoon to go drinking ─ as would be the case for an alcoholic with no greater purpose in each day.

I had an extremely light meal to facilitate my planned afternoon sunning, and then in the latter noon hour was to bed in search of a nap.

I think that my brother was just emerging from his bedroom when I was rising from my fairly short nap. He wasted little time in bidding Bev an adieu.

The next thing I knew, my wife had returned home. It must have been around 1:30 p.m. The poor girl tended to a little gardening and cooking, and soon enough was away on her fairly long drive to work the latter part of the day at the Thai restaurant.

And here at 4:50 p.m. I am going to break from this post for some further exercising of my damaged right leg. I will also have my supper. Then maybe I will get an early start on a show and a beer.

Wow! It was only 6:20 p.m. when I finished my first choice of entertainment. 'Twas The 100 ─ episode six ("Exit Wounds") of season five. I have not watched the series since at least 2019 ─ and possibly 2018; so I was not certain where I originally left off. I gambled that it was episode five of this season five, but I soon recognized the storyline involving "Vincent", the homicidal psychopath wearing an electronic control collar.

He was most memorable.

So I cancelled out of that episode and tried episode six where nothing struck me as being outright familiar. My flawless source was this GOOJARA.to link.

Meantime, I drank a can of Cariboo Malt (7.9% alcohol), and had to dip into maybe a half glass tumbler of red wine (12% alcohol) due to time and beer wasted on episode five.

I had yet to sup, so I am going to do that now after watering my wife's garden plants in our backyard.

Next I tuned in FBI ─ episode 12 ("Consequences") of season six.

As always, it was certainly dramatic enough, but I never felt myself particularly involved with what was happening. I felt the loss of the four teenaged girls at the nightclub, however. That burns me.

My source was this Tvids.net link, but the website did force an unnoticed new advertisement window that stayed hidden behind the one I was using. As well, the play buffered at least twice for more seconds than I cared for.

I drank one further can of beer, by the way.

The episode was done very shortly after 8 p.m., and a check outside my bedroom door revealed that my brother was downstairs watching T.V. with Bev.

It appears that I will be having an early a.m. visit to the elementary school playground for some exercise, for I am getting to bed sensibly early with my cellphone alarm set for 3 a.m.

My monthly pension income was directly deposited today.

Enough talk. It is 8:59 p.m. and time to start shutting down.
