There was no walk overnight. My bedroom was as oppressively heated by the time I went to bed late last evening that it nigh felt like Summer; consequently, sleep was most difficult.
In the end it seemed senseless to be getting up at 3 a.m. when I felt as needful of proper sleep as I was when I checked the time at something like 2:09 a.m., so I cancelled the alarm and resigned myself to sleeping in as best I could.
I believe that I did rise well ahead of 8 a.m., but I had by then probably been in bed since maybe 10:30 p.m. And for the second consecutive night my wife had not come home.
At 9 a.m. my younger brother had yet to emerge from his bedroom, so I went downstairs and assumed possession of the T.V., putting it under the control of our Android TV Box just in time for his appearance.
All set up to play was a 12-minute (12:50) video uploaded yesterday to YouTube's AnitaK channel: Canada Elects Carney Climate Crazy PM! on Sky News Power Hour.

Next I tuned in the 1¾-hour (1:49:00) video published April 28 to Rumble's Tucker Carlson channel (Catherine Fitts: Bankers vs. the West, Secret Underground Bases, and the Oncoming Extinction Event) that we had only watched 52 minutes of to that point over the previous two days, but we finished it in this sitting.
Then I tuned in the latest video at Rumble's TheLastAmericanVagabond channel, but I doubt that I stuck with it for more than 20 minutes. I honestly get so weary of the host's constant rapid-fire haranguing ─ high-strung personalities are not people I can bear being around for long, and he talks like he's got his audio sped up.
So instead I tuned in the latest video at Rumble's The Shadoe Davis Show. We got most of the way through the video, but with less than 20 minutes to go my brother bowed out for his bed rest. That had put us at maybe the 57-minute mark. I decided to also call it quits.
I quickly prepared my day's first of the usual two meals and was back upstairs here at my bedside computer before Bev emerged from her shared bedroom (with my brother) and came downstairs to spend the rest of the day watching T.V. as she always does.
I was to bed maybe around 12:30 p.m. for my nap ─ my brother was just then stirring in his bedroom. With another sunny day, I intended further afternoon sunning.
I must have had my nap disrupted somehow ─ far too early. I tried to fall asleep again, but I was failing. I was somewhat agitated that I was wasting the early afternoon prior to 3 p.m.
Finally I resolved to rise, and found that it was already well past 2 p.m., so I had scant time to waste.
Suffice to say that I was out into the backyard and at 2:34 p.m. had begun my session, which I believe lasted until 4:14 p.m. ─ so maybe 1⅔ hours, and I am definitely sporting a lot of colour for these past two afternoon sunning session. But today is a bath day, so I know some of that is going to get rubbed and even shaved off (I shave face and head while bathing).
Before coming into the house, I visited the backyard tool shed to repeat yesterday's tiny bit of exercise: one pull-up, one chin-up, and one pull-up between the sides of the child's playground ladder that I have spread across the shed's rafters ─ I even held a dead hang for a 45-count after that final pull-up.
I have grown so pathetically weak after not exercising since my March 1st knee accident that has me lame.
Anyway, I next watered some backyard garden plants; and when I came into the house to boil water for my day's third and final mug of instant coffee, I was very surprised to find that my eldest stepson was here. He was not here for too much longer, and then left again on his Harley-Davidson to likely return to the Burnaby apartment he is leasing with his girlfriend (since fairly late into February).
I am going to break from this post to soon bathe and who knows what else, but I wanted to declare here that for several days now I have been considering attending Urgent and Primary Care Centre - Surrey-Whalley tomorrow to see if they can give me a proper medical diagnosis of the state of my right knee ─ whether it can be rehabilitated back to normal; or if I missed the window for needed surgery.
From here, it would be a walk of nigh a mile, so I would want to bring along my makeshift five-foot walking stick because I am vulnerable without its support if it was required. The place opens at 9 a.m.
I don't so much mind the walk, but I abhor having to do it during the busy daytime with all manner of people everywhere.
Will I actually go? Damned if I know!
Time for my break at 6:22 p.m.

And I immediately plunged into depravity until after 9 p.m. Earlier my eldest stepson returned for a short time, and then left again with a hail upstairs to me as he did so. Perhaps earlier he and his younger brother had gone riding together ─ the younger lad has a quieter sports bike I would not have heard.
Ere I was done my dissolution, I swear I heard it raining outside. It also sounded like rain while I was having my late bath afterwards.
When the bath was done and I was back here in my bedroom at my bedside computer, I finally heard my brother enter the house ─ it was 9:57 p.m.
Note that I only had the one meal today, so when I weighed myself whilst stripped naked for my bath, I was actually something under 175 pounds. No doubt, some of that is due to water loss while sunbathing earlier.
Denied a second meal due to my brother's arrival, I chose to watch The Flash ─ episode 12 ("Death Rises") of season eight. This gave me the excuse to enjoy the alcohol and calories of a can of Cariboo Malt (7.9% alcohol). I wanted a second can, but decided two during just one show were wasteful, so I am going to watch something more ─ a sitcom.
Incidentally, my Flash source was this flawless GOOJARA.to link. As for the rather exciting episode, there was once a scene where my emotions were affected.
I just heard my wife arrive home (it is presently 11:10 p.m.) a couple or so minutes ago, but I am secured within my enclosed bedroom, and shall so remain. I am not feeling happy with myself.
★★★
The sitcom was Cybill ─ episode 19 ("Dream Date") of season four. The abbreviated show allowed me to rather rush the second can of beer, so I am feeling it.
My source was this uFLIX.to link.
The plan is that I will not be as affected overnight with the need to micturate, since I did have a small deficit of bodily fluids due to the sunning, the bath, and no second meal today.
But I had best publish this ─ midnight approacheth, and at present it is 11:56 p.m.
