Twice ─ thrice? ─ overnight I sought some urinary relief, so it can be safely assumed that I had wakeful stages in my night. And when my 6 a.m. cellphone chimed to get me up for my usual morning routine, as usual I wasn't feeling 'on top of the world'.
Notwithstanding, I was eager to get downstairs to boil water for a mug of hot coffee when it suddenly dawned upon me that it was Saturday and not only was I not to be eating until after 6 p.m., but I had planned on having no coffee at all.
This realization was attended with considerable dismay.
In misery, instead of going downstairs I sat here at my bedside computer to pass some time, and then almost unbelievably to me I was to hear my younger brother emerge from his bedroom at 6:24 a.m. at most.
Had he done so even an hour later, it would have been early for him, for 6:24 a.m. was easily two hours earlier than usual.
My expectation was that he would probably burn out earlier than he usually does before returning to his bedroom for further bed rest, so it would be prudent for me not to wait until 9 a.m. before joining him for our morning T.V. together.
Toward that end I worked upon an email to Glenda, a Texas woman I am online friends with; and then I hobbled on downstairs to join my brother. I can but guess now, but maybe it was around 7:30 a.m.
My brother was indeed quite quick to invite me to take operation of our R69 Plus Android 14 TV Box to bring up something more interesting than the redundant T.V. news shows he watches.
I gave a 1¼-hour video a try that had been published two days ago to Rumble's Action4Canada channel: Empower Hour Frances Widdowson: Collapsing TRC Attacks. Widdowson Wins June 3 2026.
Political Scientist Frances Widdowson joined host Tanya Gaw to discuss the recent Forge Media ambush—a taxpayer-funded hoax attacking frontline critics of the Truth and Reconciliation industry.
Both Tanya and Frances were on their hit list, along with Lindsay Shepherd, former RCMP officers, and other prominent skeptics. Framed as “comedy” and a harmless prank, the operation was anything but funny. Forge Media served as the fake shell company, backed by funding from CBC, Aboriginal Peoples Television Network (APTN), and Canadian Heritage.
As the TRC narrative crumbles under mounting evidence of fraud, fake graves, and massive financial overreach, this desperate counterstrike reveals just how fragile the industry has become.
Frances Widdowson also shared her recent victory—her round about reinstatement after being fired for speaking truth to power is not clear cut. The other side has much to lose in admitting wrong doing so they are careful to avoid it.
However, not five minutes into the video, once my brother realized the subject matter, he objected that it was "old news".
Rather than insist on giving the video a try, in placation I backed out of it and instead tuned in a nearly 2¼-hour (2:12:52) video streamed June 3 to YouTube's Shadoe Davis channel: June 3rd/2026- Guest: Aly Turnbull-What Else Happened at Universal Ostrich Farm?
Tonight: Our guest is Aly Turnbull..she and her parents own land directly adjacent to Universal Ostrich Farm and when the RCMP/CFIA seized the farm last year, Aly's property was seized as well...now they're fighting back with a lawsuit! Senate votes down C-9 amendment to criminalize "residential school denialism", Canada is in a recession but apparently the Liberals are not...new poll shows them at 50% support, Liberals backtrack on CRTC decision to increase streaming tax directly after Leblanc meets with US trade officials in Washington, the fight in BC to define Kerry-Lynne Findlay and the BC Conservative party, attitudes towards same-sex marriage and transgender issues way down, new 360 cameras installed to "fight crime" in Brampton...much more!
Aly opened herself right up, so I think this kept my brother invested ─ as well as our shared dislike of government and its control through departments and agencies such as CFIA, and the RCMP and other cops in general.
Meantime, it had been raining, at times very heavily. It likely began before I got up in the morning. I was feeling somewhat chilly. And what with hunger and brain fog, I finally decided to have a mug of black and unsweetened instant coffee to yield me some foundation to cope with and overcome some of the discomfort.
At the conclusion of the Shadoe Davis video, I then resorted to our T95Q Android 9 TV Box and the USB drive inserted into it, and we finished watching the The Commander ─ specifically, the premiere episode ["Entrapment (Part One)"] of season or series one. We had watched most of the episode yesterday, but cut it short when my brother desired further bed rest late in the morning.
As for my original download source, I now cannot say, but it is still available at this m.OK.ru link. I didn't realize that the episode was nearly 1¼ hours long (1:13:48).
Next on the USB drive was a 13-minute (13:22) video published February 28, 2021, to BitChute's bluedemon218 channel: The Deep Web (3-Part Special Pt. 1).
Part 1 of 3. The Bitchute Special. The Deep Web, this Video will breakdown what The Deep Web is. Parts 2 & 3 will be Uploaded Soon!
I have the next two parts of the series downloaded farther along on the USB drive.
We finished up with maybe 21 minutes of a very long movie, so I won't yet comment on it. My brother wanted to get more bed rest because he said he had "a lot of running around to do".
I was back to bed shortly before noon, and roused from a nap well past 1 p.m. Even so, I felt too weak to care to be getting up just to suffer, for it was so blissful there in my bed with my bandana blindfold making it seem dark. I became aware, though, that my wife seemed to be home ─ she had not come home last night and in fact had not been home since she left here with her friend Ui towards mid-afternoon last Wednesday.
Normally she is scheduled to work the latter part of her Saturdays at the Thai restaurant where she is employed part-time, so she was undoubtedly making a stop here first, having probably been staying in Vancouver ─ a side of her life I know nothing of.
I resigned myself to getting up, and did so well ahead of 1:30 p.m., but my wife did not seem to be here. I worked on this blog post, expecting her to be showing up anon, for she normally would not leave for work until around or soon after 3 p.m.
Well, she never did come back. I have yet to check the fridge to see if she left some food there, but I will of course do so later.
The rain stopped midday, incidentally. The afternoon sky has been thick with heavy drifting clouds, but also much clear sky and sunshine. So who knows what's ahead.
Right now it is 3:34 p.m., and since this is a bath day, I feel it safe to not inconvenience my wife by getting at it ─ from the time I shut the bathroom door until I later open it, I use up an hour. That can be inconveniencing were she to be coming home for a pit stop or some such.

I had the bath, and may have weighed as little as 182 pounds when stripped naked for it. Despite that one mug of coffee and only a little water to drink otherwise, I have been passing a surprising amount of fluid today. It's almost as if I have taken a diuretic.
Right now it is 5:10 p.m. and I am going to pour myself a dozen or so ounces of Domaine d'Or red wine (12% alcohol) and watch a T.V. show here on my bedside computer, then I will check out the fridge and have my day's only meal.
I shall finish today's post in the latter evening.

I was okay to find that my next show in the rotation I watch was Vegas ─ this time, episode four ["(Il) Legitimate"] of the first season. And only now do I get the pun behind the episode's title.
My source for the episode was at GOOJARA.to, and the show was done by 6:08 p.m. As all along this early into the series, it was perfectly enjoyable.
And now it was time to eat (6:21 p.m.).
My wife had left nothing new, so my meal was composed of four slices of pizza (Domino's unfortunately) that my youngest stepson had left out last night for grabs, plus a small mandarin orange and an apple.
This was unexpectedly filling ─ I evidently have a rather small stomach.
The can of Cariboo Malt (7.9% alcohol) that went with my next show was more obligation than pleasure. The show was The Gifted ─ episode 13 ("teMpted") of season two.
Maybe I will rate Vegas a tad in the lead, but neither of them touched me emotionally. They were merely interesting.
My source for The Gifted was again at GOOJARA.to, and the episode was over by 7:44 p.m.
To allow my first can of beer ─ and my meal ─ to assimilate, I decided to take a 15-minute break to brush my teeth before watching my third and final show, and drinking my second and final can of beer.
During that dental activity, my brother arrived home. He had left at 2:29 p.m. to catch a bus and go social drinking somewhere.
Dear me, my third show was practically an hour (55:35) ─ I hate having to extend a beer for that long. But it was The Alienist ─ the series and second season finale episode eight ("Better Angels").
I suppose the two lead male characters will have gotten to live happy lives, but the lead female (Sara) appears to have resigned herself to being one of those women disparaging the family unit in favour of a career.
Was that supposed to be a happy ending?
I will elevate the episode to the top of the three I watched this evening, with Vegas second. The Gifted was distantly third because of its irrelevant legitimacy to the real world.
My source for The Alienist episode was at RidoMovies.is, and it was over by 9:34 p.m.
I may as well stop here and publish this post. I will probably do some early shopping tomorrow, but I have yet to certify that deed. And right now it is 10:01 p.m., so I must start shutting down that which requires it here on my bedside computer.
No wife home as yet.
