If I am remembering correctly, I was into my bed last evening by 10:40 p.m. at latest. I had offered my wife my unopened four-litre box of Domaine d'Or red wine (12% alcohol), for I had drained the one we both had been using that had been sitting in her bedroom. However, she surprised me and requested that I just give her a can of my beer, for she had to work today and didn't want to get caught up drinking wine and paying for it this morning.
She must never have drunk anything, for the can of beer is in the fridge where she had said she was going to put it to have it chilled.
As for how grand she was feeling this morning, she emerged from her bedroom barely after 9 a.m. for her shower and such ─ this is a minimum of 30 minutes earlier than would normally have been so. And she was away well before 10 a.m., which is also earlier than is usual.
As for my night, it was tumultuous where dreaming and bouts of wakefulness between stretches of sleep are concerned. At one point I considered checking the time to see if it was anywhere around 3 a.m. as was the case the previous night when I chose to rise and make the unplanned two-mile round trip hobble to deposit my younger brother's monthly reconciliation cheque, but this time I had no pressing reason to be forsaking my bed so I quelled my curiosity and did not look at the time.
My 6 a.m. cellphone alarm pulled me right out of a dream that was vividly involving, but the shock of being so removed from the seemingly rather intense drama completely drove it from my mind ─ bizarrely, I could remember absolutely nothing of it, only that it was, as said, rather intense.
My morning was to be usual, though I was out to the backyard tool shed for my exercising a little earlier than is usual ─ maybe 7:20 a.m. at latest. But the results were the same: two pull-ups in the first set, but only a single repetition in each of the five sets of pull-ups and chin-ups that followed, and the dead hang of the very last pull-up was held for a 40-count.
Then came the squat work to strengthen my crippled right knee and quadriceps.
I had preceded my exit from the house to the shed with 10 strenuous slow full-range push-ups, just slightly touching thighs, torso, and chin to the linoleum before pushing up until my elbows lock out each time.
The shed session takes about 15 minutes in all.
Back in the house I selected what was to be my day's first meal and then brought it upstairs to eat here at my bedside computer. The meal was over with well ahead of my brother's emergence from his bedroom nigh 8:30 a.m.
I joined him around 9 a.m., getting his invitation towards 9:15 a.m. to commence operation of our R69 Plus Android 14 TV Box.
First up was to be a 20-minute video uploaded yesterday to YouTube's AnitaK channel: "You're Crooked or You're Stupid".
The quote is President Donald Trump speaking to his female interviewer on Meet the Press. So in the same vein, here was that 39-minute interview uploaded yesterday to Rumble's Real Truth Real News channel: ๐บ๐ธ ๐️ President Trump/NBC FULL Interview ➤ Iran Peace Path, Stock Market Records, Midterms, Election Fraud and MORE.
In this exclusive June 7/2026 "Meet the Press" interview, President Donald Trump discussed the ongoing U.S. military actions against Iran—now at the 100-day mark—including the naval blockade, negotiations for a potential deal or peace, regime change elements, and the status of Iranian leadership. He addressed the economy, gasoline prices, stock market performance, Federal Reserve interest rates, and midterm election pressures. Other topics included his support for an “anti-weaponization” fund with possible payouts related to January 6, as well as claims of election fraud in recent California primaries. Trump abruptly ends the interview because of Welker's continuous rudeness and steps on his mic on the way out...LOL
And then we finished up the remaining 55 minutes of the movie we have watched portions of the previous two mornings ─ 2018's The Girl in the Spider's Web.
I had the episode downloaded onto a USB drive, and we watched it on our T95Q Android 9 TV Box where the USB drive is inserted. As for my download source, it had been uploaded November 23, 2025, to BitChute's RainyKnight channel: MOVIE: The Girl In The Spider's (2018).
I have to admit that we didn't really understand what the heck was going on, nor who the various characters were. It was clear that the movie was action-oriented with a mostly ill-explained plot.
We had time for one downloaded show further ─ an episode of The Life of Riley, the version with William Bendix. In this case, it was the first season premiere "Bab's School Election". I no longer know my download source, but I see that it is currently available at this YouTube link.
After the comedy was done, my brother returned to his bedroom for further bed rest, and I hope that I was back to bed for a nap by 12:20 p.m., but I cannot recall.
The day has been solidly overcast, and we had some rain in the late morning and the early afternoon. However, I heard something to the effect that our string of somewhat wet days are about to end with a string of hot and sunny ones imminent.
My brother was still here when I rose from my nap, but I heard him bid Bev adieu at 2:11 p.m. as he left afoot to catch a bus to go social drinking somewhere.
I think that it may have been around 3:13 p.m. that I was in my wife's vacant bedroom for a half hour of light exercising.
Right now it is 5:28 p.m. and I have just finished my day's second and final meal, so I am now going to take my blogging break to allow me some drinking while watching whatever three T.V. shows are next on my list's rotation ─ I will be of course watching them here on my bedside computer.

Upon pouring myself a dozen or so ounces of red wine, I tuned in Necessary Roughness ─ episode three ("Spinning Out") of the first season. My source was at GOOJARA.to.
I have enjoyed these episodes thus far, especially now that I am becoming so much more familiar with the various characters. For some reason, though, I can never remember lead actress Callie Thorne's name even though I am already familiar with the actress from her main role in Rescue Me. She was pretty darned hot.
The episode was done by 6:19 p.m.
My next show was accompanied by a can of Cariboo Malt (7.9% alcohol). The show was Legacies ─ episode 10 ("This Is Why We Don't Entrust Plans to Muppet Babies") of season two. My source was again at GOOJARA.to.
I did feel some emotion at one point when social outcast and unacknowledged fairy Wade finally found acceptance. And I was pleased that the bratty Asian chick was finally coming around, but it was all a deception on her part ─ she was still a bitch inside. It's going to be interesting to see how this is dealt with.
The episode was over by 7:42 p.m. And about eight minutes later, I heard my brother come home.
My final show was The 100 ─ episode nine ("The Flock") of season seven. And once again, my source was at GOOJARA.to, and I sacrificed a beer to the episode.
It was most arresting ... until the disgusting end. I am so damned sick of evil triumphing, and returning over and over.
The episode and my evening's second can of beer were done by 9:05 p.m.
By the way, I noticed earlier this evening that it was likely raining again, which rather gladdened me. I am not much looking forward to being obligated to be devoting an hour and more in the afternoons to boring sunning ─ I have so little afternoon time as is to do what I do each day.
I may as well stop now and publish this post. It will take me some while to finally finish up everything I need to do on this computer and then close down whatever needs it before l at last get to bed. Right now it is 10:06 p.m., so one would think bedtime could be achieved by 11 p.m. at latest.
