I honestly have no time to post, and am only doing so to record a few things.
First, the weather. Last night ended miserably, with our old snow and all the melt newly frozen most dreadfully. Yet overnight, temperatures rose to just above freezing, and then early this morning it began to rain, and has probably done so all day.
Quite possibly there will be no snow remaining at end of day tomorrow.
Early last evening I did manage to watch a Christmas movie, for my younger brother arrived home relatively late that evening.
I do not recommend the movie, and I almost tuned out quite early into it. Fortunately, I hung on; and the second half definitely picked up.
The movie was 2012's Christmas in Compton.
For me, the best part of it were the plethora of lovely Black ladies throughout; and I quite enjoyed the singing of the trio of gals labelled the Sugar Stuff. I was unfamiliar with those singers, but the tiniest of them was a singer by the name of Fefe Dobson.
What truly impressed me as a heterosexual male ─ if an elderly one ─ were that young lady's well-muscled legs. Even though she seemed smaller than the other two members of Sugar Stuff, Fefe had noticeably fuller and well-formed legs ─ in my opinion.
Anyone can dispute that, but this is my blog and not anyone else's.
Okay, a few words now about today.
This latter morning I watched a couple of interesting videos on T.V. via our Android TV Box, and I was pleased when my younger brother requested that I pause Dr. Mercola's latest hosted interview when my brother left to pick up his girlfriend at 10 a.m. to drive her to work.
That video was nearly 1¼ hours in duration: How to Win the War Against Tyranny- Interview with Pam Popper. Despite not having heard of Pam Popper before, and even though the video was U.S.-specific, her two organizations were most impressive.
This is part of the video's description:
• Make Americans Free Again, led by Pam Popper, is fighting to preserve American freedoms and has a proven strategy that ensures we can win
• They are launching strategic legal challenges across the U.S. Rather than arguing the unconstitutionality of mandates, they challenge the legal basis of the emergency declaration that allowed the mandates to be rolled out in the first place
• They also teach Americans everywhere how to start and build their own local parallel societies where members take care of each other and work toward the same goal
• The short-, medium- and long-term goals of Make Americans Free Again are to free Americans from government tyranny, address all medical mandates and, ultimately, design and launch a superior medical system
It was instructional for any country in the free world.
The second video would probably have a more limited audience due to its subject matter: Sex Therapist Ann Gilles: Time to Stand Up Against LGBTQ Lobby.
The video was uploaded on January 7, and featured Pastor Michael Thiessen of Liberty Coalition Canada as the interviewer. At just over 1¼ hours long, it was definitely of interest to me; nor did my brother complain.
The final item I wish to mention here is that I have republished another censored or banned post from this blog. The post was the fourth banned or censored post that I have now republished at my website My Retirement Dream: August 9, 2021 ║ Crying Into the Wind.
Since I do not care to draw attention to it, I will say nothing further.
