Atoning Somewhat for Yesterday

My wife has not had to work today, so my blogging time is limited. I would also like to have a bath today, so that further reduces my free time. As well, in the mid-afternoon I sat outside in the backyard for just over 40 minutes immediately following an early afternoon nap.

As a result of yesterday's terse post, I did not report that I did indeed have one of my early a.m. walks that day. I had set my cellphone alarm for 3 a.m. late the evening before and was away on a walk of over five miles that saw me back home ... well, it was something like 5:08 a.m. by the time I had come upstairs here to my computer upon my return.

I am finding that the morning ─ that is, daybreak ─ arrives far too early for my liking. It was broad day before I was even yet home, and by then there were people ─ other pedestrians ─ out and about. Consequently, I am going to try and ensure that I rise at 2:30 a.m. to better secure my anonymity and privacy. The whole reason I have these early walks is so that I can avoid as much street traffic and people as I possibly can.

My next such walk is tomorrow a.m., so I shall not be sitting up too late this evening.

Yesterday's daylit portion of my walk saw me futilely wandering about the neighbourhoods in which I thought might be located an historic massive old tree stump ─ I only learned of the stump last year, but I have yet to lay eyes upon it.

And I say that as someone who has lived in north Surrey for many decades!

Well, I have just now researched the actual address where this stump ─ reportedly nine metres (29½ feet) in circumference ─ is located, so if I include that route again tomorrow and pass by it as the day is becoming light, maybe I will even manage some photos.

I first learned of the stump in this July 5, 2021 article in the free Surrey Now-Leader that is delivered once or twice a week.

Earlier on that walk I had sought another good look at an old house that I believe I last saw two years ago, but tragically there is now no trace of it.

The house was located at approximately 12726 - 88th Avenue ─ if that Google Map link works, you will see what I believe is the fenced off lot.

This Google Map shows its former location in relation to 88th Avenue & 128th Street. The Invergarry Adult Education Centre identified at that intersection was once David Brankin Elementary School, but that school's name was transferred over to what used to be William Beagle Junior Secondary School.

Anyway, if you refer to that Google Map, the house was almost immediately adjacent to the former David Brankin Elementary School's grounds, and it was the only other house on that side of 88th Avenue all the way to Scott Road (120th Street) because BC Hydro owned most of the land along there.

I bet most people drove by that old house hidden away in the trees and never realized that it existed.

What was unique to me was that it had no driveway, and was accessed via a little gateway that may have been kept locked. Parking is not allowed on 88th Avenue, so the tenants of the house would never have been able to have a car parked near. At best, someone might have had a scooter or motorbike that they could have manoeuvred through the gate.

I had hoped to take some photos of that old house, and now it is too late. But when I peered through the fence to where it had been, the property is almost park-like and most inviting ─ dense tree cover, for sure. I wondered if there might be fruit trees in what had been the small yard area, but access is not possible for this 72-year-old.

I can understand why it has been fenced off, for I recognized that it would make a fabulous location for homeless persons and their shelters.

I tried to see if maybe I could access the property by way of what is now the Invergarry Adult Education Centre, but even its entire property was behind locked gateways and fencing. The only access to the former house's property might be from behind, but I did not have the time nor inclination early yesterday to be bushwhacking or braving any questionable trails that might be up 128th Street just past the Invergarry Adult Education Centre.

Gosh, I have written more than I intended nor have the time for. I must now hasten through this post.

I wish to mention some interesting videos that my brother have watched, beginning with one of Dr. Joseph Mercola's videos that we ran yesterday morning on T.V. via our Android TV Box ─ the video was an hour and 16 minutes in duration and had been uploaded to BitChute on May 11: The Exciting Emergence of Regenerative Medicine- Interview with Tony Robbins.

I recently had the opportunity to interview Tony Robbins — likely the most successful personal development coach in modern history — about what he’s been up to during the last couple of years, and the release of his new book, “Life Force: How New Breakthroughs in Precision Medicine Can Transform the Quality of Your Life and Those You Love.”

Tony Robbins’ new book, “Life Force,” details breakthroughs in precision medicine that can transform the quality of your life
Breakthroughs include stem cell therapies, novel NAD supplements with superior effectiveness, incisionless brain surgery for Parkinson’s disease, audio implants for deaf people and much more.

CCTA testing can predict a heart attack up to five years in advance; Release uses ultrasound to scan your body for connective tissue that has tightened or hardened around nerves or blood vessels. A fluid is then injected into the affected area, instantly releasing that restriction.

Fountain Life, a health care company founded by Robbins, works with doctors around the world to provide testing and regenerative and peak performance medicine.

A Stanford clinical research study of Robbins’ “Date With Destiny” program found 100% of participants with clinical depression were symptom-free 30 days after completion of the five-and-a-half-day course.

I have been aware of Tony Robbins for many, many years, but I have never followed him ─ I just had an automatic dislike for him. I do not care for 'life coaches', and I also probably resented him because he was so physically impressive.

Well, I enjoyed this interview of the guy. He came across as very likeable.

Nevertheless, I still have no desire to ever watch him making one of his presentations.

This morning my brother and I watched another BitChute upload, this one having been made by "A Warrior Calls" on May 26 ─ it was just over 2¼ hours in duration: We Are All Incorporated.

Christopher James (Pritchard?) of "A Warrior Calls" interviewed like-minded American Bobby Graves who is behind website https://tasa.americanstatenationals.org, and my brother and I quite enjoyed the show. We admire Christopher James' knowledge and confidence concerning so-called Common Law, but we just do not understand it and cannot imagine putting it into practice.

We finished up our morning viewing with the 24-minute Sean Stone production Best Kept Secret Chapter 3.

It was especially interesting to see what was being offered as being in back of the sad JonBenรฉt Ramsey murder.

Okay, I must stop here for today and have that bath, for my evening is already upon me.
