Last night was probably the worst yet for a sweltering night here in the house. I had gotten to bed ahead of 10 p.m. because my younger brother never made it home by the 9:30 p.m. deadline that I have in place for him when I have early a.m. activity planned, but the humidity and heat were too oppressive to allow of any easy sleep.
It would not surprise me if I was still awake when my brother finally went to bed, but I am not saying that this was so. Nor do I recall certainly hearing my wife arrive home following her long day working at the Thai restaurant where she has part-time employment.
What I found so unexpected about the sleeping conditions was that around 8 p.m. we had a short-lived thunderstorm, and the evening was definitely overcast. It should have been cooler.
My cellphone alarm was set for 2:30 a.m., and when it sounded I was only lightly unconscious, and thus I had little trouble motivating myself to rise and begin the process of readying for my planned Surrey hike.
As often occurs, my eldest stepson was still up, probably watching a movie on a laptop. As far as I am aware, I managed to make my getaway unnoticed around 2:44 a.m.
I was overdressed, for it was not very cool outdoors. And despite the omnipresent sky light pollution, I could discern stars, so the cloud cover had thinned dramatically.
The worst of these nearly warm nights is that there are so many 'night people' abroad who in wintry weather would not be prowling about as I am finding they are.
The rectangle my five-mile walk was to more or less delineate was formed by 132nd and 148th Streets on two sides, and 96th and 100th Avenues on the other two sides. This is the third time I have used that route in as many weeks, but I never just limit myself to that rectangular perimeter ─ I always do some meandering within it and hence increase my overall walking distance.
The centre of that rectangle outline would be the 9800 block of 140th Street as identified on this Google Map.
It was 4:45 a.m. by the time I was back and standing outside the locked front door, so that was as near to a two-hour outing as one could wish for.
I never took heed of when it was that I sought some more sleep, but it may have been as early as 5:15 a.m. And although I had a wakeful period two hours or so later, I waited one further hour before getting up for the morning.
My brother was probably just then getting himself up for his morning shower.
When he afterwards went downstairs to watch T.V. with his coffee, I joined him around 8:45 a.m. And when he turned the T.V. over to me soon thereafter so that I could put our Android TV Box into action, I led us off with Odessa Orlewicz's video of yesterday, a 48-minute (48:38) interview of Amanda Forbes titled June 27- 'Slammin Sammy' Didn't Listen To His Daughter. This Will Be His Biggest Regret.
Liberty Talk Canada Episode-Fast Pitch star and record holder Sam Forbes AKA 'Slammin Sammy' wanted to travel to his games so gave in and took the injection as mandated by Trudeau. He was a healthy and super fit star until he took the Pfizer gene therapy wherein he suffered 9 strokes and his daughter's life came to a crashing standstill trying to nurse her famous dad back to health. The story of what happened to him in the hospitals should be made into a horror movie. Amanda Forbes who is a well known Canadian hero for her tireless truth telling will tell all on my show.
Just yesterday my brother and I watched Amanda as interviewer when she got Ted Kuntz to tell his story concerning his late son.
Anyway, Odessa's video above can also be found at her Rumble channel here. It's also on BitChute, but I am pressed for time.
Next up was Christoper James' latest ─ he uploaded it yesterday to Rumble: MMS Destroys Big Pharma.
This one was not too far short of two hours in duration (1:53:17). It was of particular interest to me because I have some Miracle Mineral Supplement on hand since last Summer. I followed one protocol that I knew about for quite some while, but I eventually gave up because I was of the impression that due to how many foods counteracted the supplement, I was fasting each day while taking the doses.
This became so dispiriting, for I was not even drinking coffee in the mornings ─ it just became too much.
And then as ill luck would have it, that October I fell so severely sick with "COVID pneumonia" that I was hospitalized. I had tried at home to get my brother to mix me up the supplement once again because I could no longer do anything for myself, but he adamantly refused ─ and all based upon the bad reactions he was getting to the MMS because his perverted intestinal environment couldn't even handle a single drop as a dose, whereas I had been taking ... maybe four drops as a dose? or possibly as much as six? ... without noticing any adverse reaction at all.
But based upon his own fouled system, he would not be party to helping me avoid becoming even sicker than I already was, and so I finally had to accede to the family's importunes and allowed them to admit me to a hospital.
I was there for just over 11 days, and had to practically fight to get released ─ a doctor stated that they wanted to keep me "for another day or two".
I am still annoyed at my brother for equating his own befouled alimentary canal with mine. He suffered profound diarrhea that would strike at various points daily over a period of possibly a couple of months. Yet he knew that I didn't seem to have any reaction despite taking several drops of the solution at a time, while he was reducing to half a drop with no headway at tolerating it.
I can't talk about this ─ it angers me.
Christopher's interviewees were Mark Grenon, whom I am sure I have seen in a MMS documentary last Spring or Summer; and Lana Schultz ─ her last name is my guess at how it is spelled, for Christoper never printed her name out in full.
Their website is one I plan on remaining mindful of: Health Revolution Solution. I intend to review their full protocol on the chance that they do not counsel avoiding eating while on the daily MMS regimen for eight hours ─ fasting that long was just too onerous to stick with after a number of weeks.
This video was the last my brother and I were to watch this morning, for he went back to his bedroom to rest up at something like 11:40 a.m. because he had a 1:30 p.m. appointment to renew his driver's licence and provincial identification.
I am going to bring this post to a close here, but I must report that the day has been solidly overcast, and we have even had some rain. As a result, I have not felt myself obligated to be out in the backyard sunning this afternoon. After having done so for three consecutive afternoons, it was becoming more stress than benefit.
By the way, my wife had to work another full day today (the restaurant opens at 11 a.m.), so she was probably up as early as 9:40 a.m. to begin readying for the long day ahead of her, beginning with the fairly long drive.
