πŸ’€☠πŸ’€☠πŸ’€☠ Massive Worldwide News

And so continueth the corruption, with yet another afternoon lost to dissolution.

As announced at the abrupt closure of yesterday's post, my younger brother arrived home exceptionally early ─ it was not yet 7:30 p.m., as I recall. Normally this would have meant a full evening's worth of T.V. enjoyment by means of our Android TV Box, but I had an overnight five-mile walk planned.

Since I would be rising at 2:30 a.m. for that walk, all I had time for were an episode each of DC.s Legends of Tomorrow and The Graham Norton Show.

And two cans of the strong (8% alcohol) malt that I attempt to keep myself stocked with.

Thereafter, my brother had to entertain himself with whatever he might find through our basic cable package, for he does not understand hoe to operate the Android TV Box.

Note that my wife was not yet home when I retired. She had come home mid-afternoon after working a half day at the Thai restaurant which is owned by her friend and employer; she had come home because that friend was celebrating a birthday later and wanted my wife to go out with her to share in the celebration somewhere.

Apparently this was sprung upon my wife without warning while she was at work. She would have much preferred working the full day as she had thought she was going to be doing when she left home that morning, for we need the income.

I do not know when it was that she got home last night (we have separate bedrooms), but her car was parked in the driveway when I set off on my walk at 2:43 a.m.

When my cellphone alarm sounded for that walk, I was already fully awake and wondering on the time, for I had gone to bed with my cellphone displaying the red warning level in its power bar. I did not have a recharging cord here in my bedroom, but I did not wish to go back downstairs to the living room to fetch one that I knew was there. I had sundered myself from my brother, and did not care to have further engagement with him.

Incidentally, he had passed out through most of DC's Legends of Tomorrow.

The rectangular area covered in my Surrey walk was to be delineated by 88th and 97th Avenues on two sides, and 128th and 140th Streets on the other two sides ─ this Google Map gives the approximate centre of that rectangle as being the 9250 block of 134th Street.

As is customary, I do not tend to walk very much along any of those main boundary roads, preferring instead to tread the quieter inner roads. But I at least walk for a portion of my route along those boundaries in order to fulfill the five-mile requirement ... plus a little extra distance for comfort's sake.

I should mention that early into the walk when I stopped at the usual elementary school playground in order to essay four sets of pull-ups, I matched my attempts during my previous two walks ─ i.e., with a 30-count between sets, my repetitions were 4 - 2 - 2 - 2. However, it was a pronounced strain to achieve that match, and my form was not anything like ideal overall.

That is the penalty for being a 72-year-old who is likely weighing around 195 pounds at very least while full clothed, and at a height of not quite five feet and 11 inches.

I have always claimed that for the bulk of my adult life my normal weight was in the low 180s while entirely stripped down. When I last weighed myself in that state and on an empty stomach a couple of days ago, I seemed to be hanging in at the 190-pound mark.

I should also mention that for some weeks now, my outer left ankle has been ailing, and feels practically as if it had recently been sprained. Consequently, I not only have to walk with considered care and not push the pace; I have also had to abandon some specific terrain I would truly prefer to use in my walks because of its isolation, but which is dark for at least a half mile and is characterized by upheaved sidewalk pavement due to tree roots.

That walk no longer taken is the stretch of 96th Avenue alongside the Green Timbers Urban Forest Park, and between 148th Street and Green Timbers Way (Google Map). The entire length of 'sidewalk' is actually a paved walkway beneath the bordering trees ─ and sometimes, even among the trees to some extent. As a result, the pavement is wickedly irregular to walk in what is mainly dark conditions, for I believe that the only street lamps are on the opposite side of 96th Avenue. With my ankle as it is, I become lame from the stresses imposed upon it by the unexpected challenges it meets when my foot finds an unseen buckling of the way caused by exploring or errant tree roots.

I will adhere to more predictable walking conditions until such time as my ankle has become normalized once more ─ if that does indeed occur, and I am not into some chronic state of unimaginable duration.

It was 4:36 a.m. by the time I was back home and standing outside the locked front door this morning, so I made reasonably decent time.

And I was back in bed by 5:10 a.m. to seek some further sleep. I basically remained abed until possibly just after 8:50 a.m., by which time my brother was downstairs watching T.V.

I joined him very shortly after 9 a.m.

When he invited me to take over the T.V., I used our Android TV Box to start us off with Odessa Orlewicz's hour-long (59:16) video of yesterday: July 14th - The Reason WHY CBC News Is Blocking Us From This Massive Worldwide News.

Grotesque/irresponsible CBC National News is running a full fledged media blackout about MASSIVE government protests overtaking many democratic cities all over the world. There is a BIG reason why. We will show WEF's OWN admitted agenda for these cities as well as Trudeau's plans for us... The Liberal government/CBC (which has become one and the same thing) don't want Canadians to know other countries are massively fighting back. If Trudeau/CBC are successful with massive censorship by keeping Canadians in the dark about this extremely big worldwide news his very soon to be agenda will rollout a bit more easily? It is the independent media's responsibility to show Canada the truth and OUT the highly corrupted CBC/Global/CTV news stations China/North Korea style censorship!!!!!!!

Very much in line with what the Orlewicz's were illuminating, the next video was also from yesterday and nearly as long (56:48) ─ Christopher James' (A Warrior Calls) latest: No Longer Can They Hide.

His confederate Marcus Ray made a short appearance via ZOOM or some similar hookup.

Christopher did a poor job of trimming down this video, for often he sliced off thoughts that were being expressed, and sometimes it was difficult to fully catch what was intended to be communicated.

I like the guy, but I am not convinced that his movement is as strong as he clearly believes it is. Nevertheless, I fully agree with him ─ prison is inadequate for the monsters in positions of authority who are pushing the agenda that they are. The world needs to be done with them forever.

The final video my brother and I were to watch was a little more than an hour long (1:06:06) ─ it was a June 8th upload to Rumble: Dr. Mercola Interviews Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt About EMF Dangers.

If you intend to live a long and healthy life, sleep needs to be a priority. Anyone struggling with chronic disease — which is at least half the adult population in the U.S. — would be wise to take heed, as sleep cannot only contribute to the problem but also counteract any healthy lifestyle strategies you’re using to address it.

There are many ways to improve your sleep, including supplements and addressing certain nutrient deficiencies, such as vitamin D, vitamin C and vitamin B12 deficiencies — all of which can impact sleep quality.

Certain minerals are also important for sleep, including magnesium, potassium and calcium.

Amino acids and hormones that play important roles in sleep and can be augmented through supplementation include tryptophan, melatonin and 5-HTP/

Herbal sleep aids that can help you fall asleep faster and easier include CBD oil, valerian root and chamomile.

Two commonly overlooked environmental factors that can rob you of sleep — exposure to blue light and electromagnetic fields — are also addressed.

Unfortunately, Dr. Klinghardt's ZOOM or whatever connection had its audio flaws, and at times I was unable to distinguish what he was saying.

Despite what that description for the video above says, if all of those strategies were discussed in the original video interview, then there must have been some damaging trimming from the interview because I honestly cannot recall all or even most of them.

Following this video, my brother never bothered with any bed rest before heading away for the afternoon and early evening to engage whatever mischief was to be afoot. At least his mischief was more innocent than my own.

I can at least claim not to have postponed any afternoon sunning, for the day was overcast. We even had a little rain during the afternoon. Thus, yesterday's session of sunning is having to suffice ─ I do admittedly look very good.

Before I forget, I want to mention my eldest stepson's motorbike excursion late yesterday afternoon. He rides a Harley-Davidson. Three of his riding buddies came by for him, each with their own motorbike, although none were apparent Harleys. Two ─ possibly all three ─ looked to my untrained eye to be more the flashy speedster sort of bike, but I never went outside to assess them.

Something else I ought to mention is that this morning I accompanied my brother when he went to pick up his girlfriend Bev at 10 a.m. and drive her to work. It was my chance to pick up another four dozen cans of that strong malt I drink ─ last evening's two-can indulgence left me with just one remaining can.

My wife had just gotten up when we were about to head away, but she was just about to leave for a full day of work herself by the time we returned with my malt.

Okay, I have no early plans for tomorrow, so I will sit up this evening with my brother once he is home, to watch an episode each of at least a couple of the T.V. series that we follow in common. It is already after 8:15 p.m., so I am going to bring this post to a close right here.
