Medical Democide

As a result of wilful corruption last evening, it was well past 11 p.m. before I put my sorry soul to bed, setting my cellphone alarm for 2 a.m. to get me up regardless for my intended five-mile+ walk.

I rose at the appointed time; and despite how disheartened I was, I dutifully began readying.

A fully clothed (sans jacket) weigh-in registered me as much as 184 pounds; and it was 2:26 a.m. once I was outside the locked front door and on my way.

The sky seemed clear, but I suspect that it was hazy.

I considered skipping the elementary school playground exercising three or so blocks away; but once again, I dutifully attended.

It took extreme resolve to try and match my previous two showings, but I essentially succeeded, albeit the eighth pull-up in the first set was pretty sloppy.

So: 8-2-3-3-2-2. The first two sets were pull-ups; the second two sets chin-ups; and the final two sets were pull-ups between a pair of gymnastics-style rings. I held the very final rings pull-up for a 30-count.

Then it was a baker's dozen full-range decline push-ups on a cement ramp.

I cannot recall anything worth mentioning about the walk. However, when I had first approached the school, I had seen at the near side a bicycle upside down, as if for repair. At my return nigh two hours later, the bicycle was then right side up, and there was a dark human shape seated near it in the dark.

It was 4:34 a.m. once I was home, but I remained outside a while to water front yard garden plants.

My return to bed may not have been until around 6:10 a.m., but I am now uncertain of that. Likewise when I next rose ─ maybe around 8:30 a.m.

Had I been more alert at 9 a.m. I could have had possession of the T.V., for I never noticed the time until something like 9:05 a.m. And immediately I could hear my younger brother moving about in his bedroom and then he came forth and headed downstairs to watch T.V. and have coffee.

With no urgency about getting downstairs thereafter, I did not do so until nearly 9:20 a.m. My brother had been watching Olympics competitions, but a commercial break was in progress so he invited me to bring something up via our Android TV Box.

Actually, he said to play something maybe an hour long, so apparently he had plans ─ I never enquired, though.

Instead I brought up a nearly 1¼-hour (1:12:00) documentary published April 27 at Rumble's SettingBrushfires channel: Playing God. An Investigation into UK Medical Democide, but there are other sources, so this one is not likely the original source.

Playing God is a profoundly moving documentary that dives into the heart-wrenching journeys of families who have lost their loved ones to end-of-life drugs.

Jacqui Deevoy, co-producer and presenter of the Ickonic film A Good Death?, has teamed up with award-winning directors Naeem and Ash Mahmood and co-producer Phil Graham to create this jaw-dropping exposΓ© on medical democide in the UK over the last 50 years.
My brother never watched the final dozen or so minutes, for true to his word, he went upstairs to his bedroom to ready himself. I was to learn that he was appointed to visit with his daughter across the border in Washington State. She and her boyfriend are to marry a little later this month, so apart from the visit, she was going to educate him on exactly where the event is to be taking place, instead of him having to try to find the venue on his own on the big day.

I was thus to watch on my own the final half of a video we had broken from yesterday. At not too much under 1¼ hours (1:10:41), it had been published "2 days ago" at BitChute's Truth Provider channel: Interview with Tajana - The State Of Canada And Why She Is Leaving, And Her Warning To Canadians.

(mirrored from "Shaun Newman Podcast," link below).   Shaun writes:
Citizen journalist Tajana has amassed hundreds of millions of views through her different social media accounts under the handle TruthSeeker 01011.  We discuss the state of Canada, why she is leaving and her warning to all Canadians.
Let me know what you think.

This was truly interesting for me, for I have some familiarity with the lady's excellent short video warnings.

Let's do some skipping ahead, now.

I never ventured out to the backyard for any sunning until it was already 3 p.m., so I only endured a couple or so minutes over an hour.

When I came back into the house, to my considerable surprise I found my brother here. He had just returned from his visit to the States, and was about to leave to catch a bus and rendezvous with one or two of his drinking buddies at a pub.

I did not much feel up to the sunning; and then after working on this post for some time after my brother left for the day, I sorely declined. I had to lie down for possibly an hour, and even then did not feel up to snuff in any measure.

So I decided upon an alcoholic boost after a smallish protein meal ─ my day's second such meal.

Resorting to T.V. and our Android TV Box, I tuned in Magnum P.I. ─ episode 17 ("Consciousness of Guilt") of final season five. I drank a can each of Bumper Crop cider (7% alcohol) and Cariboo Malt (8% alcohol).

The episode was especially enjoyable, for it featured character "Jin" in a larger role than usual, and the guy's a hoot. I've said it before ─ actor Bobby Lee warrants his own series!

I have no words for how inspiringly exciting the beauty and physique of actress Perdita Weeks are.

Anyway, I now feel able enough for the evening walk I wanted to undertake in order to free me to sit up later watching a show or two (and enjoying another couple of beers) with my brother once we are both back home.

To that end, I must now ready to leave ─ it is 8:37 p.m.
