It seems that I neglected to set my cellphone alarm last evening to get me up at 6 a.m. this morning. I was eventually aware that it was quite light outside at night's end, so after bearing this realization for what felt to be a peculiarly long time with still no alarm ─ and me having difficulty finding further sleep ─ I checked and saw that it was 6:27 a.m.
Well, at least I never had plans to be going anywhere!
I put a kettle of water on to slow-boil so that I could have a mug of instant coffee (and an aspirin) after I had watered the front yard garden areas this heavily overcast morning. The sky had me wondering if I was wasting my time ─ I even felt the occasional faintest touch of a speck of rain on my shaven head.
Later ─ exactly an hour after I had originally checked the time ─ as I sat here at my bedside computer newly finished my mug of coffee, my younger brother emerged from his bedroom. This was rather annoying, for it was the second morning in a row he came forth excessively early where I am concerned.
Notwithstanding, I still planned to go ahead with my 15 minutes of backyard tool shed exercising, so shortly before 8 a.m. I hobbled downstairs and went outside again to have the exercise. Those faint touches of unseen rain were a common sensation by this time, but they were not really leaving any lasting sign of bringing wet to surfaces that I could see.
My exercising was typical. Two pull-ups in the first set, then just one repetition in each of the next five sets of pull-ups and chin-ups. I try to precede the exercises with 10 slow full-range push-ups before I go out to the shed ─ it helps me loosen up to some degree and is not quite the same shock to my 76-year-old structures when I engage the first set of pull-ups.
I was also to deal with the squat work to strengthen my right leg's crippled knee / quadriceps region before I returned into the house where I dished up a smallish first meal of my day and then joined my brother, correctly expecting that he was about done with watching the same news stories being recycled by the news shows he watches in the morning.
At his quick invitation, I used our R69 Plus Android 14 TV Box to tune in an excellent 59-minute (59:04) video streamed yesterday to YouTube's AnitaK channel: Global News - The Enemy of the People?
Joining me tonight discussing the abysmal and 'fake news" Covid coverage by Global News and how it affected the residents of BC.
I had no idea that Anita was to have two guests, both of whom are known to me ─ Odessa Orlewicz was the big surprise for me. The other guest was also an attractive woman whom Anita seemed to address as "Dee", but I only know her from her X (formerly Twitter) account as BCBarracuda (@BCCuda). For some reason "Barbara" also seems associated with that X account.
We next watched a 17-minute (17:51) video of Odessa alone that had been published yesterday to her Rumble Libertytalkcanada channel: Bill Gates & CIA Funded Hantavirus Propaganda Alert!! A Semen Story...
How A Bill Gates Funded Desk, A Biosurveillance Firm Backed By The CIA’s Venture Capital Arm & A Swiss Lab Put Together A Dishonest Propaganda Story About Hantavirus In Men's Sperm To Scare The Masses. Here's What The ACTUAL Study Said, And Who Benefits $$$ From The Dishonest Headlines.
I enjoyed Anita's video far, far more than just Odessa by herself. She's a drag when all she does is read ─ I wish she'd stop.
After this, I switched over to our T95Q Android 9 TV Box and the USB drive inserted into it and we watched four disparate videos that I had previously downloaded.
First was Blue Mountain State ─ episode three ("Pocket Pussy") of the first season. I no longer know my specific source for the download, but it might have been GOOJARA.to.
We also watched a 10-minute (10:06) video uploaded February 6, 2025, to YouTube's Ember channel: From Step Mommy to Living in a Minivan.
As well, Life of Riley ─ episode two ("Babs and Simon Step Out") of the only Jackie Gleason version series. My download source was probably here at Archive.org.
And the fourth downloaded video was 20 minutes (20:21) and had been published April 4, 2022, to BitChute's ittabena channel: Pervywood 1 Documentary - Those Who Yell The Loudest.
I have to break now so that I can watch some T.V. series here on my bedside computer while doing a little drinking ─ it is already 7:08 p.m., so I am much behind schedule.
This was a bath day, so even though the Sun never reigned supreme until into the afternoon, I might well not have followed yesterday's near 1½ hours (1:27) of sunning that don't even have me rouged ─ I barely see evidence of sunning even though yesterday was my first exposure this year.

With a dozen ounces of Domaine d'Or red wine (12% alcohol) poured, I tuned in Necessary Roughness ─ episode two ("Anchor Management") of the first season. My source was at GOOJARA.to.
It was entertaining! I thought that it was of less impact than the pilot episode, but I was quite keenly touched late into the show regardless.
Concerning wine, my wife was home around 2:00 p.m. this afternoon, for she was scheduled to work the latter part of the day at the Thai restaurant where she is employed part-time. I was to soon realize that she was not here alone ─ I espied another Thai gal seated out on the backyard sundeck. Possibly it was my wife's friend Ui, but I am not completely certain.
If it was Ui, I have a little concern that my wife will return home after work later this evening or in the weest a.m., and bring Ui with her. Ui absolutely loves wine ... and thus my supply of boxed wine might then be threatened.
I do not begrudge Ui the wine. It is only that my financial state is presently exceedingly dire, and anything alcohol is dear of cost.
Anyway, Necessary Roughness was done by 8:06 p.m.
My second show was enjoyed with a can of Cariboo Malt (7.9% alcohol), and that show was Legacies ─ episode nine ("I Couldn't Have Done This Without You") of season two. My source was at TVSeries.video.
I sure do love those three main female characters ─ the beautiful actresses portraying them, I mean.
This episode was most enjoyable, with considerable dark levity where the Necromancer ─ i.e., Ted ─ was concerned. I hope his duped underling Chad figures a way to be free of the creep.
The show was done by 9:15 p.m., and I soon heard a cough from my brother indicating that at some point he had gotten home and was blessing Bev with his company at the T.V. in the living room.
My last show and beer of the evening were expended watching Harlots ─ the series and season three finale episode eight. I wasted well over a quarter of an hour on a misfiled source that was likely from the first season before I got wise. My correct and true source thereafter was at GOOJARA.to.
There were some welcome resolutions in this series finale, and I actually exclaimed aloud in excited joy when disgusting and depraved Marquess of Blayne was knifed to death towards the end of the episode. But it's a damned shame that a 'happy ending' for those characters in the series only means successful prostitution.
I shall hence be following much of the work of three of the actresses in the series who especially drew me.
The episode was done by 10:40 p.m. Due to wasting time on the misfiled episode, I added something like a half shot of Johnnie Walker Red Label Blended Scotch Whisky (40% alcohol) to augment my finished can of beer.
At present it is 11:36 p.m. and I have yet to brush my teeth and then to close whatever is still requiring such treatment before I shut down my computer and get to bed.
No sign of my wife yet.
