It was around 8:50 p.m. last evening that I could hear my brother arrived home ─ he was hauling out the two wheelie bins to curbside for today's dumping. That was my cue to get myself to bed ─ which I had done by 8:52 p.m. to wait him out over the latter evening until he went to his bedroom for the night, freeing me up to rise and get some work done here at my computer instead of being guilted into sitting up in the operation of our Android TV Box (he doesn't understand how to use it even when he's sober).
I hadn't actually 'gone to bed' ─ I was fully dressed, but covered over with a blanket because the bedroom tends to be quite cool as a result of an open window.
What truly helps with the passage of the latter evening is if I can slip into a few good naps.
Well, I had done so when I was roused to awareness by my wife newly home from work ─ she barged into the bedroom not 10 minutes past 10 p.m. as noisily as if she had used her shoulder to force open the door.
She likely got what she was after (I wear a bandana blindfold), and then left the room. Then a couple of minutes later, she repeated the process.
This was ruinous where my napping was concerned. Once I am pulled from sleep, it takes a long while before I can resume that welcome state.
From thereafter, any napping was of short and superficial duration. As well, my wife came back into the bedroom at least once more over the latter evening.
A point finally arrived when I checked the time and was pleased to discover that it was reasonably early into the midnight hour. My brother had indeed retired to his bedroom for the night, as I was to discover.
My wife was occupying this room where I keep my computer ─ a small room next to our bedroom. I had not brushed my teeth earlier, so I retrieved my toothbrush from here and went downstairs to tend that lengthy task while lounging on the chesterfield. For me, the act of brushing my teeth involves coconut oil, and it takes me from 15 - 20 minutes (sometimes a little longer) to complete the job, for I like to pull the oil for a few minutes after I am done the thorough brushing routine that I have established.
This gave my wife plenty of time to settle whatever it was that she had been doing here, and soon enough she had come downstairs to the dining table to pass her time there. She rarely goes to bed early.
Anyway, once I had gone outside to spew the coconut oil across a section of the lawn near to the street (I vary where I do this, for concentrating the oil to any one section will eventually kill the lawn and adversely affect the soil just as surely as if petroleum oil had been at work instead), I was finally able to come here to my computer.
No longer can I recall just when it was that I at last returned to bed, but I believe that it was around 5 a.m. My wife had only preceded me by 90 minutes at most ─ maybe even a mere hour. However, unlike the previous two nights when I retired like this, she was more settled and was not thrashing about and preventing me from the hope of sleep.
I ought to here mention that when I did first come to my computer to work, for possibly the first half hour I was beset with a threatened migraine aura ─ I had the telltale swirling developing in my lower right field of vision.
This is always a sure indicator that I am suffering from inadequate sleep and eye rest, but thankfully the threat subsided and I didn't even have the usual vague daylong headache that accompanies one of these attacks.
Alas, my wife was not truly done impairing my sleep. At some point she did manage to rise without disturbing me, and left the bedroom ─ I know not when. I only know that she suddenly returned just as she had the evening before, barging through the bedroom door and jarring me aware.
She was returning to bed ─ I don't know how long she had been up. Once she had settled, I peeked at the time and saw it to be just a very few minutes after 8 a.m. My night's sleep was effectively ruined.
I believe that I managed a very slight nap thereafter, but I was awake again and had given up well before it was yet 9 a.m. When I then rose, I found that the bedroom door was left ajar by a span several inches when my wife had returned to bed, and my brother was already downstairs watching T.V.
It is likely that the remote sounds of the T.V. helped interfere with what sleep I did derive.
As usual, I came here to my computer upon rising, and did not go downstairs for an instant coffee and to join my brother until around 10 a.m., and then we soon had the Android TV Box in action. I had noticed overnight that lovely Odessa Orlewicz had posted one of her livestreamed videos last evening to her YouTube channel Liberty Talk With Odessa.
She also posts her videos to BitChute, but she lags well behind in doing so at her libertytalkcanada account there.
The video my brother and I watched was titled It's Raining Nano With Tony and Fiona- A Must Watch!
This one was for the believers in pathologies that are in the line of Morgellons. My brother has only just learned of the condition within the past month, but I have been aware of it for at least 1½ decades. Thus, he has considerable interest in learning more about it, and is as yet unsure of its legitimacy ─ or at least, the legitimacy of the actual causes that are being attributed to be inspiring the condition.
Odessa's guest Tony was quite an interesting guy. I would be curious to try out his therapy one day just to test its validity.
The video was almost 1½ hours in duration, so when it was finished my brother only had time enough to watch an episode of Arrow before heading back to his bedroom to rest up. Today is the day of the week in which he usually buses away to a certain pub to hook up with one or two of his drinking buddies he does not normally otherwise get to drink with.
I see that Odessa already has a new video posted this evening ─ we'll have to watch it tomorrow morning.
My blogging time is exhausted. I have been deeply involved with my wife who has been struggling to place an order as a selling agent for a health-related product ─ a systemic detoxing product, I believe ─ with an all-Thai website.
She was having all manner of technological issues, and we were hopping back and forth from this computer upstairs, to a laptop at the dining table downstairs.
That probably used up more than a half hour of time.
It is now already after 7 p.m. and working toward 7:30 p.m., so I am going to consider today's post concluded.
