A Unified Effective Way

Following my hot bath late last afternoon / early evening, I then spent some time watching a little T.V. while enjoying a shot glass brimming with Kraken Black Spiced Rum (47% alcohol); and then at 8 p.m. or so, I left on a five-mile+ walk.

I was strongly feeling the alcohol throughout the chilly walk. But also affecting me was extreme stiffness and sensitivity directly in the front region where my femurs join my pelvis ─ my self-diagnosis was that the hot bath had brought this on.

It was as if whatever muscle and related tissue are there had been overworked ─ say, by performing unaccustomed stretching, as in very deep squats.

I recalled that this phenomenon has previously attended walking after hot baths.

It hampered any normal fluidity to my walk, making the activity cumbersome.

So between that structural locomotion impairment and the odd inebriation I was feeling, the walk was hardly enjoyable. Nor had I supped, so some hunger was also at play and contributing additional discomfort.

I wanted to get home, sup, and do some proper drinking in front of the T.V.

Also planned was some grocery shopping at Save-On-Foods once I was a mile or so from returning home, but I came close to abandoning that short stop.

It surprised me once I was in the store when I heard them announce that it would be closing in something like 15 minutes, for they are open until 10 p.m.

Maybe I left home later than I thought I had?

Anyway, I got back home and had no sooner shut the door behind me and started for the stairs to go up to my bedroom when I heard the door open behind me ─ my younger brother had been tailing me for nearly a half block after he had gotten off a bus (he had left towards mid-afternoon to bus away to a pub to rendezvous with one or two drinking buddies).

He proved to be quite drunk.

We were soon enough watching T.V. via my Android TV Box, so I led us off with an episode of The Graham Norton Show ─ episode four of season or series 31. During it, my brother passed out for some while.

He revived, though, and remained conscious for the episode of American Ninja Warrior that I next tuned in ─ season 15's episode nine (Semifinals 2).

After that we just watched random YouTube videos via the SmartTube app that I have downloaded into the Android TV Box.

Over all of the time with my brother I drank three cans of Cariboo Malt (8% alcohol), and likely did not get to bed until after 2 a.m.

This morning I thought that I was getting up around 8:30 a.m., but it proved to be 9:30 a.m. My brother was already watching T.V., and no doubt wondering what was keeping me from getting up and joining him.

Putting our Android TV Box back to work, I tuned in Odessa Orlewicz's latest video from two days ago: Going After Corruption In A Unified Effective Way With Cal Washington.

Political big wigs are starting step down. Find out what Cal and his team are doing. Well known Canadian Cal Washington has a lot of experience figuring out the court system by learning the hard way. He has put years and some jail time into understanding how we got to this place and is moving mountains to help Canadians and others worldwide go after the corruption in an effective unified and lawful way. You may be familiar with some information but definitely not all. It's really worth it to watch until the end so you know where to turn to get started with holding the corrupted ones accountable no matter what country you are from. https://inpowermovement.org

My brother found this fairly long (1:38:30) video to be unusually interesting ─ I was rather intrigued, as well.

I just hope that it does not prove to be another profit-oriented ploy.

We only had time thereafter for a short (17:09) video added early today to Rumble's AKStraightSpeaks channel: Tickling the Ivories with Trudeau Impersonator, John Julian.

Shunned for having a gathering, I talk to John Julian, a classically trained pianist who makes music and waves.

My brother sought some bed rest this sunny day, and left in the early afternoon for the day ere I had yet sought my needed nap. Confessedly, I have felt somewhat hungover today.

I think that it was after 2 p.m. before I did get back to bed, suddenly realizing that I would be commencing my weekly Sabbath fast after sundown ─ supposedly sunset hereabouts is 4:26 p.m.

This meant that even though I was not hungry, I was going to have to eat an exceptionally early supper, and thus there would be no exercising first ─ I cannot eat anytime I have had a meal, so my next opportunity is going to be on my wee a.m. walk overnight.

Anyway, my nap probably took me well past 4 p.m. ─ maybe nearer 4:30 p.m.; and I did not actually finish today's last meal until almost 5 p.m. All this means is that I will compensate tomorrow by not eating until comfortably after 5 p.m.

I withheld from any drinking this evening; and all I watched on T.V. was yesterday's addition to Rumble's A Warrior Calls channel: The Great Gathering Begins in Canada.

It had its moments ─ maybe tomorrow I will tune it in for my brother from the point where Christopher interviews Bart Ollen. I would of course kill the video at the point where the tiresome Braveheart sequence begins. That concluding bit was great a few times, but Christopher normally concludes all of his videos with that sequence, and I lost interest in seeing it any further a couple or more years ago.

Okay, I will be rising at 1:30 a.m. to begin readying for that early a.m. walk, and it is already nearly 9:15 p.m., so I must finish up and get to bed.
