I had my five-mile+ walk as well as a little grocery shopping last evening, and was back home well ahead of my younger brother.
When he showed up, I was all set to put our Android TV Box into action to watch an episode of The Graham Norton Show on T.V. This one was season or series 31's episode five.
I must confess that guest Arnold Schwarzenegger was unexpectedly entertaining and interesting.
We next watched an extra long episode of American Ninja Warrior ─ it was season 15's episode 10 (Semifinals 3 & 4). Alas, Jessie Graff won't be participating any further ─ such a magnificent treat to behold!
After that, we just watched some random SmartTube (YouTube) app videos.
Overall, I added three cans of Cariboo Malt (8% alcohol) to the brimming shot glass of Kraken Black Spiced Rum (47% alcohol) that I had drunk just prior to my walk.
I cannot certainly say when it was that I got to bed, but it may have been before 2 a.m.
Obviously I remained home today, but I will be getting up at 1:30 a.m. to ready for a five-mile+ walk.

This morning my brother and I were to watch Odessa Orlewicz's hour-long (57:08) video from yesterday: That Mexico Episode With Nick D'Urso.
This is a niche episode for those thinking of leaving Canada/America. I'm in no way telling anyone they should leave, but I was surprised how many viewers emailed me after I mentioned Mexico, asking me how to contact the freedom communities Norb and I went to see there (in Tulum.) As promised I brought Nick D'Urso on to give everyone the low down on the large awake Canadian and American communities being built there. My brother never watched it. He fussed about in the kitchen; and then at 11 a.m. announced that he was going to his bedroom for some bed rest before he left for the day around noon.
I could have gotten in quite an early afternoon nap, but instead I chose debauchery, but I will not elaborate on that. I did try to nap around 2:45 p.m. at latest, but then I checked my cellphone and found a text from my wife.
She actually ventured to me that she was considering a bank line of credit in order to pay off her various loans; but ─ if I was willing ─ I might have to go with her to help facilitate the arrangement.
In other words, co-sign, I expect.
Well, I am not immersing myself into any more of her confounded credit debt schemes ─ I am fed up with having to be making payments on credit cards that she cannot pay off. If she did not party and gamble at casinos so damned much, she would not be in whatever dilemma she is presently in.
I have not responded (the text actually came at 1:42 p.m.), but I will. I intend to of course decline involvement.
This is a bath day, but first I decided to have some supper and a large stiff shot of Kraken Rum while watching an episode of Castle Rock ─ it was season two's episode four ("Restore Hope" ).
My youngest stepson, who had to work today at 'the office', came home fairly early into the episode. And then about midway through it, my wife phoned. She was doing some painting for someone somewhere in Vancouver, and I could soon recognize that she was using her 'under the influence' voice ─ she was probably drinking some wine or beer.
She asked if I had seen her earlier text, and then she started her big push, justifying how all of her debts could be paid off and she would just have one large payment instead of various smaller ones.
But I know from experience that her gambling will not stop; she will blow far too much money at the casino; and then she will once again be ferreting out new credit sources and the new payments will start accumulating.
However, it is impossible to reason with her when she is drinking, so we agreed to talk on Wednesday. She will be home after working on Tuesday, but she knows that I will have gone to bed early (due to having another early a.m. walk ahead of me).
Her son heard in my voice ─ as I talked on my cellphone to his mother ─ that which he sensed was a sign that something might be amiss concerning his mother, so he asked; but I merely indicated something else of no real consequence. Fortunately, I suppose, his girlfriend was waiting outside for him to bring her into the house so the two could disappear into the boys' den area.
I finished watching the Castle Rock episode, craving the inebriation of some more drink, but I resisted and had my bath instead.
And now it is almost 9 p.m., and I must soon enough ready for bed.
I have suggested to God that maybe it would be best if I somehow was killed tonight. I accept all the guilt of my sins ─ He needn't bother resurrecting me for judgment. Just destroy whatever comprises my essence while I am dead, and we can be totally done with me.
I have failed life. I am a 74-year-old loser with no hope in sight. I know of no other way that I can get free of the misery that is my retirement life.
