Solutions for Troubled Times

Despite some unease relating to my wife and the crushing debt she keeps mounting upon us, I did get some sleep last night between going to bed around 9:30 p.m. and the appointed time I was scheduled to get up at 1:30 a.m. to ready for another five-mile+ walk.

I heard her talking loudly on her cellphone at one point after she had arrived home following work at the Thai restaurant where she is employed part-time, so I must have either surfaced from some sleep, or else had not yet fallen fully into any.

And as often occurs, I did check the time a couple of times due to finding myself unduly awake. The first time was maybe around 12:45 a.m. And the second time was 1:27 a.m., so at that point I rose to begin readying.

The house was in darkness.

My online check for the temperature hereabouts yielded 7.2° Celsius (44.96° F.); and by the time I was dressed to leave, I may have weighed just under 191 pounds.

It was 1:53 a.m. once I was on my way, and everything was wet from recent rain. I even initially felt some vague spittings, but nothing was to develop beyond that.

Once I was at the elementary school playground three or four blocks from here for a half dozen sets of pull-ups and chin-ups, I opted not to bother trying to wipe the equipment dry. Even so, I managed four and then two pull-ups in the first two sets; three and then two chin-ups in the middle two sets; and the usual two pull-ups between a pair of gymnastics-style rings in the final two sets, managing to hold the very last pull-up at highest elevation for a 15-count.

I dispensed with the push-ups on the wet cement ramp.

Early on in the walk I well noticed the sensitivity ─ of the long muscle along the outside of my left shin ─ that developed the previous night when I was hustling too much for too long on a darkened sidewalk riddled with tree root upheavals.

This sensitivity last night was to increase until the last stage of my walk was close to bringing me up lame where I find myself unable to rise up onto my forefoot to properly step as I walk.

I knew this was a threat, so I attempted not to rush my pace as I walked any rough terrain, but on four occasions for short distances I did perform some slow jogging on even sidewalks to try to gain some time.

Apparently I succeeded, for it was 3:41 a.m. by the time I was back home.

But that muscle or long tendon sensitivity has been pronounced all day, so tonight's walk is going to have to be one of a forced easy pace, for I am clearly only aggravating the condition.

I believe that I managed to get back to bed just after 5 a.m., and remained there until 8:17 a.m., if not actually sleeping until then (which I was not).

My wife was not to work today, but she is not an early riser on her days off, as a rule.

When my younger brother and I got together shortly past 9 a.m. and I was soon invited to put our Android TV Box to work for some educational T.V., I started us off with the last portion of a video we had to cancel out of yesterday morning ─ it was two hours (1:59:34), and had been uploaded on November 1 to BitChute's Mercola channel: Solutions for Troubled Times- Interview with Catherine Austin Fitts.

Finance expert Catherine Austin Fitts, founder, and president of the Solari Report, discusses coming changes to the banking system, how they threaten our freedom, and what we can do to prevent them.

Fitts was the assistant secretary of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) during the Reagan administration. She understands the financial system inside and out, having spent decades exposing corruption and fraud, both within the banking industry and government.

To protect your finances, find a good bank you can trust, and build a relationship with your banker, so that when there’s a problem, you can call them and they know who you are

The debt growth model has come to an end, and the race is now on to acquire all the hard assets — land, precious metals, food, water, and minerals. The globalist cabal has intentionally directed people toward crypto to move their money out of hard assets

Digital technology can help us decentralize and build new wealth, but it's not being used that way. Instead, it’s being used to centralize control, which siphons wealth out

There’s reason to suspect a massive cyberattack on the banking system may take place sometime in 2024. This may then be used to usher in a Cyber Patriot Act, which will require you to obtain authorization through your digital identity to access the internet

Connect with your state legislators and urge them to implement a state bank or other independent state payment mechanisms to protect the financial sovereignty of your state

I was surprised to see that Odessa Orlewicz was in attendance and was the final video interviewee.

The final video of this ilk that I tuned in had been added yesterday to Rumble's Children's Health Defense Canada channel, and was 53 minutes (53:11): Peter Fam - Australia's ONLY Non-gov Human Rights Lawyer for Freedom.

Peter Fam discusses the massive conflict of interest government funded human rights lawyers face and why he is the ONLY human rights lawyer that does not accept government funding.

We talk about the issues related but more importantly the solutions required by all of us to change the overreaching authority governments are exercising now.

You can find his testimony video I speak of in this interview WELL worth watching here:

Bio
Peter Fam is a human rights specialist lawyer and the Principal lawyer at Maat’s Method, the only non-Government funded human rights law firm in Australia. Peter is also a Director of Children’s Health Defense Australia. Peter’s goal is to defend and advocate for universal law; which means, to defend and advocate for ‘Ma’at’, which means ‘Truth’. In the last few years, Peter has worked within the system challenging the TGA, Brendan Murphy, the Department of Health and several large corporations in Australia’s highest courts, focussing on defending bodily autonomy and informed consent, discrimination on the basis of medical status, censorship and free speech and challenging the legality of Government decisions in the context of Covid-19 and the broader globalist movement underpinning it.  Peter has a background in human rights focussed civil litigation in both the private and government sectors, having worked on large-scale cases in Australia’s highest courts and in most jurisdictions. Peter focusses primarily on tort law, administrative law, privacy law, discrimination law, and other areas of civil litigation with a human rights focus. Peter also has particular expertise regarding the international human rights framework that Australia is a signatory to.

The interview was very good, but the audio ran so far ahead of the video that it became very distracting; and the video itself did not end for 15 - 20 seconds after all of the dialogue had ended and the hostess and her guest had bade one another farewell ─ it was ridiculous watching the video carry on wordlessly while the hostess and her guest pantomimed silently.

Serious editing needs to be done before adding videos that are so seriously out of sync.

I finished us off with an episode of Workin' Moms ─ this one was season three's episode two ("Of Rights and Men").

By this time my wife had risen. My brother sought some bed rest before leaving for the day to socialize; and fortunately for me, my wife went out on some errand, allowing me to seek a needed early afternoon nap.

The day has been heavily overcast ─ somewhat like my mood.

I was to hear my wife attempt to arrange a line of credit with two financial institutions, the latter of which granted her an appointment ─ for Friday, I believe. She will attend on her own, although the bank is one that we have joint accounts with ─ thus, I may yet get enlisted in this credit arrangement that she is seeking.

We are in a big mess due to her financial irresponsibility. She even reneged today on a promised payment to another financial institution's lawyer firm over a credit card debt that she defaulted on early this year.

I honestly don't know what can be done about her.

I keep praying that God will bless me with at least enough of a windfall that I can pay off all of our debts and be done with her ruination of my peace of mind. But I would love to win far larger ─ to be able to pay off our home's mortgage and associated line of credit debt as well, pay my brother his share of the house, and turn over title of the house to whichever of her sons may want it, if one does.

Then I would be free to move north somewhere and get away from my scheming wife. She can go into ruin entirely on her own, since she seems determined to do this.

I love her, but I cannot live with her running financially amok as she does.

oooooooooooooo

Prior to some supper, my agitation state had me indulging in a can of Cariboo Malt (8% alcohol) while watching an episode of Batwoman ─ as it was, season two's episode 14 ("And Justice For All"). It was rather exciting.

But quite early into it ─ just after 6 p.m. ─ my wife announced as she was leaving (while 'all dressed up'), that she was going out somewhere for supper. Her youngest son soon left as well (with his fairly newly arrived girlfriend), so I was alone. (The eldest lad is still holidaying in Thailand with his girlfriend.)

I was to drink two cans of malt.

And then I tuned in an hour-long (1:02:07) video uploaded October 18 to BitChute's NoFriendsJustFacts channel: Bonus Ep.8 How Urotherapy And Stem Cell Therapy Can Help Your Body Heal Itself (Disease In Reverse).

This is now the second similarly-lengthed video on the topic that I have watched in as many days, and I am just about convinced that there may be a lot to the practice.

Into that video, I added a brimming shot glass of Kraken Black Spiced Rum (47% alcohol) to the drink consumed ─ this is a lot for an evening prefacing an early a.m. walk. So we shall see how I fare in the next half dozen hours.

I will be getting to bed ─ maybe soon after 9 p.m. ─ and my cellphone alarm will be set for 1:30 a.m. and the walk I will be preparing for.

I keep wondering on urotherapy. My resistance is profound to imbibing my own; but if there was a gorgeous woman ... no, I durst not place this in print.
