πŸ˜ˆπŸ‘Ώ Goodbye, Supergirl

I came so infernally close to culmination last night that I barely believe that I finally somehow broke from addiction's grip and went to bed ─ by then it was well past 4 a.m., and may have been nearer 5 a.m.

I need sustaining and encouragement in a form that I recognize, and not in some open-to-interpretation or faith-based non-help that I will learn years later was my supposed support from God.

Enough of this mystery business. God isn't supposed to be any authour of confusion; yet His help seems mainly to come in an unrecognizable guise that appears as no immediate help at all.

And I certainly do not want my help to come in some calamitous form as an answer to my prayers ─ that is far too Loki- or genie-like. Let there be starkly clear honour in the solution that is presented.

All day I have been sorely tempted. Maybe it is for the very best that my wife has not had to work today. I thought that she left soon past 10 a.m. (as is her wont) to attend the Thai restaurant where she is employed part-time, but she returned home at 4 or 4:30 p.m.

Of course it may be that she only worked the early part of the day, for the restaurant runs daily from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and then closes until 4:30 p.m. when it opens again and is in business until mid-evening.

But let me speak of last evening now.

I had my latter evening walk despite my younger brother having shown up first, following his daily beer socializing. Upon my return, we finished watching a definitely interesting documentary he had tuned in involving the history of the often bloody conflicts between Pacific Northwest coastal Indians, and then the recurring coming of Russian explorers that was also often bloody.

When it was done, he invited me to put our Android TV Box ... but I wrote all about that in the latter part of yesterday's post while I was still under the effects of strong beer. I see no sense in repeating myself here.

I took 10 millgrammes of melatonin at retiring early this morning, but I was awake again and reluctantly rose around 8:30 a.m. or soon thereafter.

I rather lost track of time and could have had control of the T.V. had I chosen before my brother rose, for he never emerged from his bedroom until around 9:15 a.m. and thwarted my opportunity.

I almost immediately joined him, taking a 325-milligramme aspirin tablet with my first mug of coffee. And then at 9:30 a.m. when he turned the T.V. over to me so that I could run our Android TV Box, I led us off with an hour-long video published April 18 at Rumble's A Warrior Calls channel: UK 18 YR POLICE VETERAN GARY WATERMAN & CHRISTOPHER JAMES WE WILL ARREST THEM ALL.

Gary Waterman in UK and Christopher James in Canada come together for our world!
This EPIC video is for the world to see and understand what is required.
Finally a real man who acted as high level police division tells the world.
Let this be the light to all good man and woman in Policing and Military our time has come.
Everything Christopher James has been saying for past 20 years is now coming to light.
We MUST arrest all Judges, Police Chiefs, Ministers, Lawyers anyone involved in such vile acts [trespass].

It was indeed interesting listening to the corruption Gary uncovered ─ the extent is nearly unbelievable.

Although this video was not especially long, it was the only one we were to watch. When it was done, my brother went to his bedroom and began freshening up; and then at 11 a.m. he left for the day.

I did not ask his business, but he had something going on, for it was far too early for him to already be engaging the society of his drinking social world.

It has been mainly sunny today, but there have been large enough clouds drifting about. The notion that I should seek some afternoon sunning was present, but the main stay was the presence of my eldest stepson. He had a 12-hour graveyard shift today scheduled to begin at 6 p.m., so he was home. And of course, I had no idea that my wife would be showing up after mid-afternoon.

I want sunning privacy until such time as I have established a very good colour base to all of my exposed skin. Sunshine is still not quite intense enough to bestow that state without undue prolonged exposure that I do not have the time for, so I am content to bide some while.

The early evening saw me having a small supper and a can of Cariboo Malt (8% alcohol) while watching Supergirl ─ holy crap, I watched the sixth season finale, yes, but it was unknowingly-to-me the series finale episode "Kara"!

I had no idea until reading of it now! I am sure that I likely knew it was upcoming when I watched the previous episode, but in the interim I forgot.

It was a good and touching episode, despite the Gay marriage focus. I'm glad the two villains were dispatched early ─ they had long since become so very tedious.

But so had the endless sermonizing that characterized the series.

Well, this leaves something of a gap in my viewing schedule. I reckon I'll now have to begin watching Superman & Lois.

My wife was pretty darned busy this latter afternoon and early evening, but she ventured no conversation whatsoever, so I reciprocated ─ despite us being home alone.

If this is what she wants, then she can have it.

Well, I have an early a.m. five-mile+ walk planned, so I shall be getting to bed anon. It is already 9:50 p.m.
