Due to not achieving bed last evening until (I believe) a little past 10 p.m., I set my cellphone alarm for 2 a.m. to get me up to ready for my five-mile+ walk.

I was to see that my wife had not come home after working at the Thai restaurant where she is employed part-time.

By the time I was set to leave, my fully clothed weight sans jacket was barely 186 pounds. If I am remembering correctly, it was something like 2:32 or 2:33 a.m. once I was on my way under an overcast sky.

I had my usual stop three or so blocks from here at an elementary school playground for a half dozen sets of pull-ups and chin-ups, doffing my jacket to engage them with the following repetition totals: 7-2-3-2-2-2.

The initial set of seven pull-ups was achieved ─ in non-strict fashion ─ despite immediately noticing that some of the involved musculature evidenced a wee bit of tenderness or strain from possible overwork.

The final two sets were pull-ups on a pair of gymnastics-style rings, and I did my best to hold the very final pull-up for a 25-count, although I was perforce slowly descending as I weakened after surpassing the count of 20.

Thereafter I finished with a dozen slow, full-range decline push-ups on a cement ramp.

I recall nothing of note about the walk itself, except that I put some conscious effort into avoiding excessive walking on the outside of my left heel, attempting to make better overall use of my heel. Whether that was the reason, I avoided the recurring lameness to my lower left leg and foot.

The walk took about five minutes over two hours, and I arrived home to find that my wife had come home at some point and gone to bed.

I was to remain up until at least 6:15 a.m. before getting back to bed where I was to remain until several minutes past 9 a.m., at which point my younger brother was watching T.V.

I could tell that he was watching a programme other than news, so I made no haste in joining him. Even after I went downstairs and had boiled water for a black instant coffee, I sat at the dining table to browse through the Saturday morning edition of the Vancouver Sun that I subscribe to, for I was giving my brother the opportunity to watch whatever he had on that was likely to end at 9:30 a.m.

To my considerable surprise, when his show concluded, he announced that he was already heading out. I didn't enquire why he was leaving so very early, but it did prove that he was going to be gone for the day.

This was to free me up to watch the 1½-hour video published yesterday at Rumble's A Warrior Calls channel: TRUTH THE WORLD MUST HEAR IF MANKIND IS TO SURVIVE.

Christopher James once again brings powerful truth with solution forward.
People world wide are in grave danger we must take this evil down
How it is done requires the BAR to be first wiped off the face of this earth.
Gather on Mass at Public Courthouses and move courts outside of the corrupt BAR
Lawyers and Judges are the enemy of the people learn why at www.awarriorcalls.com
The time has come... we must rise up and focus our efforts against corrupt society called the BAR.
Restore our Public Courthouse to Common law and all these pricks are finished many will swing for Genocide

Christopher loves using bombast, such that his descriptions can pretty much apply to any of his usual shows because the descriptions are so generically non-specific.

I had a couple of black instant coffees to offset the general listlessness that comes of my Sabbath fasts, so I suspect that the caffeine was largely why I was unable to nap when I sought to do so in the noon hour.

There was also hubbub out in the cul-de-sac, including the hysterical unbridled yapping of a poodle; and I was also a little uneasy because my brother's girlfriend Bev is supposed to submit online her fortnight report qualifying her for a further two weeks of (un)employment benefits ─ she has no computer, so she and I have been collaborating on that over the phone.

Heck, I was even a little uneasy that I might zonk out and not rouse before my wife finally got up, readied for her latter afternoon start of further work at the restaurant, and then herself leave for the day.

So I gave up the nap.

Well, as it turned out, my wife had basically nothing to say to me; and she even left for work around 3:15 p.m. without a word of goodbye to me.

But that's fine.

The day has remained overcast but bright and muggy, so early this afternoon I watched four further videos.

The first was 11 minutes (11:46), and had been uploaded two days ago to YouTube's Evan from Kamloops channel: Dave Rubin EXPOSES Justin Trudeau & Chrystia Freeland. The Rubin Report takes on Trudeau HARD!

Dave Rubin smacks down JustinTrudeau as only he can. Very entertaining show, touching on Populism, Online Hate Bill, The right turn in Europe and immigration.

This video was made from the June 11, 2024 The Rubin Report. The whole 1 hour episode (and all of his content for that matter) is excellent. He is not afraid to call it as he sees it, and that's refreshing. I'm a big fan! Here is the link to the full show:  https://www.youtube.com/live/Rv2SLa0u...

The other three videos were all published two days ago at Rumble's A Warrior Calls:

Canadian Whistleblower Billions in Corruption (5:35)

William Makis Exposes AHS Pedophilia Corruption (20:04)

Dr. William Makis - https://substack.com/@makismd

It was not explained, but the above video was part of an event called "An Injection of Truth" that was held June 17 in Calgary.

Powerful Truths For Americans and World Compilation (13:27)

Now on to me!

The worst part of these Sabbath fasts is having to abstain from any beer or other alcoholic drink. I would love to tune in a Christmas movie at afternoon's conclusion and enjoy some drinks with the feature to enhance emotional involvement, but this isn't going to be possible until well into the Fall when it starts getting dark early.

I am presently working on this post after 5 p.m. while there is still some afternoon (if evening can be deemed to commence at 6 p.m.), and around 5:10 p.m. I heard what I believed to be rain falling ─ a check to verify proved me to be correct.

So no guilt here about not being out there experiencing the daylight.

Then just past 5:30 p.m. I became aware that it was brilliantly sunny outside!

And I have yet to hear from Bev, by the way.

I have just finished stripping naked for a weigh-in, and I am apparently mirroring that of a week ago ─ possibly as much as 179 pounds. For some reason, I feel fair desperation to keep my fasting body weight below 180 pounds.

My plan for the morrow is as usual ─ I intend to rise at 4 a.m. and try to be away by around 6 a.m. for a five-mile+ walk and some grocery shopping. Since I cannot eat today until after it gets dark, I will have my supper waiting for me here in my bedroom in case I have to hie myself here due to the early advent home by my younger brother ─ there can be no late evening watching our shows-in-common with him, or my early rise overnight will be compromised.

It is now presently approaching 7 p.m. ─ I am going to break for a while and rest my eyes a little. Perhaps I will add something further anon before publishing.

oooooooooooooo

Conclusion.

Wanting to use up some daylight, I tuned in the "Pilot" episode of Superman & Lois's season one, expecting it to be a weak DC experience. Was I wrong! I loved it.

I knew I should be identifying Lois Lane's Elizabeth Tulloch, but I just could not place her. I now see that she was the long-suffering girlfriend of the main character of the T.V. series Grimm, which I always liked. She's a natural brunette beaut, so it's nice to be able to watch her again.

I just didn't expect the show to be an extended episode, but that was scant negative ─ if at all.

However, darkness was taking its time arriving; and when it was something like 9:45 or even 9:50 p.m., I dared wait no longer to break my fast ─ my brother might arrive home at any point. This is truly annoying about Summer!

So I had a sensible meal, and then drank a can of Cariboo Malt (8% alcohol).

The episode ended; and not too much later, I espied my brother's van out front and about to back into the driveway.

Time to shut down the T.V. and Android TV Box, and hide away in my bedroom where I keep my bedside computer.

I never did hear from Bev, so maybe she got someone else to submit her E.I. report ... or she figured that tomorrow was going to be adequately timely.

Enough blogging ─ it is 11:10 p.m., so I must wrap things up and get to bed.
