The True Story

X (formerly Twitter): Gina Carano

My walk last evening was a variant of my usual five-mile+ walk, for it was basically 9:30 p.m. by the time I left here. The primary difference was that instead of using 148th Street, I followed Salal Trail; and then instead of turning right off 148th Street onto 96th Avenue, I turned right off Salal Trail onto Cedar Trail (Google Map).

I came out onto 96th Avenue via Willow Trail, just a wee walk from Green Timbers Way which I next took turned onto for a distance (Google Map).

I walked most briskly, and never incurred the lower left leg and foot lameness that has so often cursed me of late.

I arrived back home to find my younger brother passed out in front of the T.V. By the time I had changed clothes and joined him, he was still unconscious, so I took control of the T.V. and put our Android TV Box to work.

This revived him.

I tuned in The Jonathan Ross Show ─ the seventh and finale episode of season or series 21.

Next we watched The Plot Against Americaepisode "Part 3". Several minutes into the episode, my drunken brother had to ask me if it was a movie or a series, evidently not recognizing that we had already played through two earlier episodes. At the end of the episode, he had no idea that one of the characters had lost a leg ─ the scene completely was over his head, so I left him with his obliviousness.

I have so little patience for his constant dissolution into drunken helplessness on an almost nightly basis ─ he's got no stresses, for Pete's sake! He's been retired for several years now, and only has whatever messes he creates for himself socially when he's drunk.

The episode was late enough for him, so he fairly smartly retired to his bedroom once it was done around 1:30 a.m. Somehow I managed to remain up until ... was it after 4 a.m.? I'm unsure now.

My total beer consumption over the evening were three cans of Cariboo Malt (8% alcohol) and two cans of Old Milwaukee (4.5% alcohol). This included what I drank before my walk.

I was up this morning by 8:30 a.m., and was to get control of the T.V. after 9 a.m. because my brother never came downstairs until towards 10 a.m. By then I was already well into a 56-minute (56:51) video published June 17 at Rumble's Vaccine Choice Canada channel: Todd Harris Film - PEOPLE vs DAVID & COLLET STEPHAN.

David Stephan, VP Truehope Nutritional Support and filmmaker Todd Harris of Matador Films will discuss Todd’s new film, The People vs David and Collet Stephan. It tells the story of the Stephan family, who suffered the tragedy of losing their toddler son Ezekiel, and being blamed for his death. They were hounded by the media, endured years of legal battles and spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to defend themselves.
The crown tried to use the death of Ezekiel to create case law that would criminalize parents who don’t vaccinate their children.
This spring, David and Todd will begin a cross-country tour to screen The People vs David and Collet Stephan in movie theatre across Canada.

Better than halfway through the interview ─ which it was, for it was NOT the documentary ─ it was mentioned that the "cross-country tour" promoting the documentary would be starting in April.

April? But the video was uploaded two days ago!

I have since researched and found that the interview was originally published April 1st ─ had I known, I would not have tuned it in.

I also tuned in a seven-minute (7:40) video published earlier today at Rumble's ProgressiveTruthSeekers channel: Why Does the United States Support Israel? - Professor Noam Chomsky.

Considering the brevity of the video, its description is longer than I care to reproduce here, so please refer to the video link to read it.

Another video watched was 14 minutes (14:31), and had been uploaded yesterday to YouTube's Redacted channel: "Something has changed and Putin is preparing for FULL war with NATO" says EX-CIA Agent | Redacted.

Ex-CIA Agent Larry Johnson joins Redacted live to talk about Victor Orban's latest NATO warning. He says NATO is preparing for full war with Russia and building three new NATO bases to strategically provide weapons into Ukraine. Serbia's leader Vucic says war with Russia is only 3 months away.

We finished up with a 45-minute video published July 9, 2019, to BitChute's Adaneth channel: Braveheart | The True Story.

Documentary hosted by David Morrissey, broadcasted by Discovery Channel in 2012.

Mel Gibson’s Oscar winning box office smash of 1995 tells the story of real life Scottish rebel and freedom fighter William Wallace. With savage battle scenes, a cast of thousands and a tragic love story at its heart, it is a sweeping historical epic brought to the screen with stunning photography set amongst the highlands of Scotland. But ever since it was first shown historians have asked questions about the accuracy of the movie. Interviewing script-writer Randall Wallace we discover that the inspiration for the movie was the stories generated by an ancient Scottish poem about the life of Wallace. But an analysis by modern historian’s show that this poem, as much as any movie, was designed to create a legend rather than explain history. Remarkable new archaeological finds from Stirling Castle reveal just how brutal medieval warfare was. And a series of unique experiments with weapons of the day – including medieval war bows -- are conducted by historian and weapons expert Mike Loades. These experiments graphically demonstrate the damage 13th century weapons could inflict, and they tell us just how accurate Braveheart’s famous fight scenes really were.

I must get to bed ─ it is nearing 10 p.m. and I have plans for a five-mile+ wee a.m. walk.

The day was cloud-free, so this afternoon after my nap I believe that I acquired at least an hour and 35 minutes of sunning.

But it has also been a bath day.

So between those two expenditures of time and my two blog posts ─ plus an episode of The Graham Norton Show ─ I am up later than intended.

The Graham Norton episode was one I was never able to find a working link for ─ season or series 31's 2023 "New Year's Eve Show" that was aired between episodes 11 and 12.

All I will say of the very enjoyable show is that if I knew actress Emma Stone, I would be in love with the delightful lady!

I located the episode at this Dailymotion.com link, and it played perfectly on my computer.

During it, I had my supper (mostly comprised of a slice of pizza and a delicious chicken drumstick and thigh brought up to me by my youngest stepson) and a can each of Old Milwaukee and Cariboo Malt.

Enough for today ─ it is 10:10 p.m.
