I have little blogging time, for it is already after 7 p.m.
I rose overnight to my 3 a.m. alarm, and by 4 a.m. was off on the nigh two-mile round trip walk to my financial institution's nearest ATM to withdraw $200.
It was to cost me $5 when someone bummed $5 off me. He looked like a lean South Asian male, but he spoke English with no accent and in fact used vernacular. So perhaps he was Canadian-born. It was fairly cool out, but his torso was only garbed in a short-sleeved top of some description.
On my way back home I of course stopped at the elementary school playground for six sets of pull-ups and chin-ups ─ the usual number of reps: seven and two in the first two sets of pull-ups; three in each of the middle two sets of chin-ups; and two in each of the last two sets of pull-up between a pair of mainly stationary half-rings.
Of course there was a 30-count between sets.
After maybe 1½ - 2 minutes I then held a dead hang for a 90-count; and then after another similar stretch of time I underwent 10 slow full-range decline push-ups on a metal ramp before hobbling my way back home with my bad right leg.
Note that the playground equipment was fairly damp, so I had to use my bandana.
It was barely past 5 a.m. once I was here again, so I spent time at my bedside computer until after 5:30 a.m. when it was getting light enough to see outside so I could water the front yard garden flowers.
I never returned to bed until around 7:30 a.m., and merely spent an hour or so in bed before rising again so I could watch some latter morning T.V. with my younger brother. There is little sense joining him before 9 a.m. because only rarely does he surrender the T.V. to me before then ─ usually it's 9:10 - 9:15 a.m.
When he did and I put our Android TV Box into action, I started us off with a 21-minute video uploaded yesterday to YouTube's AnitaK channel: Now how do we get rid of Carney?
My next video choice was not too very much below four hours (3:49:18), and had been uploaded yesterday to YouTube's Shawn Ryan Show channel: AJ Gentile - Inside the Biggest Conspiracies in the World | SRS #229.
AJ Gentile is an American producer, writer, actor, and YouTube personality best known as the creator, host, and writer of "The Why Files," a channel that delves into conspiracy theories, mysteries, and unexplained phenomena with engaging storytelling and a skeptical lens.
Before gaining fame on YouTube, Gentile worked in Hollywood as a producer and writer, contributing to projects like The Naughty Show (2011) and Stoned Science (2018), and provided voice-over work, including roles in The Legend of Korra. In 2011, he co-founded SpeedWeed, a cannabis delivery company, with his brother Gino and wife Jen.
The Why Files has amassed a large following for its professional, encyclopedia-like analysis of conspiracies without interruptions.
It may be needless to say, but we only watched maybe the first half before my brother begged off for further bed rest. So now we have to watch the second half as well as the final 25 minutes or so of a documentary we had broken from yesterday.
Maybe tomorrow?
I had eaten before returning to bed following my outing, so I was likely to bed for my early afternoon nap around 12:30 p.m., remaining there until shortly before 2 p.m. By that time my brother was gone on foot to catch a bus to go social drinking.
I never managed to begin my afternoon sunning until 2:37 p.m., and put in a little over 1½ hours. It may even have been as late as 4:18 p.m. before I called it quits.
Today has been a bath day, so taking care of that is what has set me behind. And for a second consecutive day I have not had latter afternoon exercising in my wife's vacant bedroom.
I am going to break here and fetch a tiny supper to eat, and then start watching a show here on my bedside computer so I can start some drinking, beginning with a can of Cariboo Malt (7.9% alcohol).

By the way, stripped naked for my bath, I weighed around 175 pounds.
And my brother got home whilst I was finishing up my supper.
The first show I was to watch was Krypton ─ episode one ("Light-Years From Home") of the second season. My excellent source was this GOOJARA.to link.
Actress Hannah Waddingham was especially appealing 'biologically' in this one ─ I think she could easily play someone dynamically 'hot'.
After two DC shows last evening and now one thus far tonight, I'm about full of that fare.
Fortunately my second show was Too Close to Home ─ episode two ("A Happy Invasion") of season two.
I had some trouble finding a working source, but I struck success with this CineGo.co link.
Boy, things are brewing up and about to boil over in that series!
I managed with just two cans of beer over the evening. I have no plans on rising extra early in the a.m., so I am going to take the time to brush my teeth before getting to bed. I feel pretty darned tired.
At present it is 11:18 p.m.
