Who am I?

Full Hearts

This has been a bad day insofar as ability to exercise is concerned. Both in the early morning and the mid-afternoon, I dared no more than a single pull-up or chin-up in any set; and even then, the very first one took a lot of easing into ─ did I not know that eventually I would manage, I would have given up.

I am so painfully stiff and even arthritic. Maybe I really am a lost cause and not worth God's slightest effort.

I did rise to my 6 a.m. alarm, but I had been up at 5:22 a.m. to use the toilet. My latter night was spent with much wakefulness. The penalty for getting to bed no later than 10:30 p.m. ─ it matters not how weary I may feel in the evening, it does not ensure a long and restorative sleep.

My younger brother was already up when I finished in the backyard tool shed and came into the house. For the first time, I revealed a comparison of my 'normal' left knee and my crippled right knee ─ whether or not my self-diagnosis of patellar subluxation and arthrogenic muscle inhibition of the quadriceps are correct, I am no less disabled.

When I later joined him just past 9 a.m. for some morning T.V. and got the green light to start operation of our old T95Q Android 9 TV Box, I opened with a nearly two-hour (1:58:43) video published February 3 to Rumble's WTFLouie channel: David Icke & Clayton Morris (Redacted) Who is REALLY Running the World 01-Feb-2026.

Clayton sits down with David Icke to discuss the future of humanity and the simulation we seem to be living in.

I tuned out after just over 25 minutes. I am just not into 'New Age' nonsense about us being eternally spirit beings resident in fleshly vessels. Two hours of this was of no interest to me.

So I tuned in a 21-minute (21:22) video uploaded yesterday to YouTube's Juno News channel: Liberals LOSE IT over Conservative MP's White House visit.

Conservative MP Jamil Jivani says President Donald Trump asked him to pass along a message to Canadians during meetings at the White House focused on saving Canadian auto jobs. “Tell the Canadians I love them,” Trump said, according to Jivani.

Liberal ministers reacted sharply. Industry Minister Mélanie Joly criticized the visit, while Prime Minister Mark Carney stressed that the MP does not represent Canada’s official negotiating team.

At the same time, a sweeping corruption probe has rocked the Toronto Police Service. At least nine officers are under arrest in an organized crime investigation involving allegations of drug trafficking, extortion, auto theft, and conspiracy to commit murder. Investigators say police may have leaked sensitive information used in targeted shootings.

Security expert and former Toronto police officer Ross McLean joins Marc Patrone to break down what the scandal reveals about corruption, accountability, and the erosion of trust in Canada’s institutions.

We were to also watch Supernatural ─ episode 12 ("Various & Sundry Villains") of season 13.

Then we finished up watching ─ in this, our fourth, sitting ─ the 1972 movie Frenzy. It was good to see a relatively satisfying movie ending for a change.

Our source had been published January 1, 2025, to BitChute's TrueMoviesMan🎬 channel: F®€♑zy (1972).

It is presently 7:15 p.m. and I have hit a bad decline ─ I must lie in darkness for a time before I can continue.

⭕⭕⭕

I was down for nearly an hour, but felt hardly any better. My turn came after my late afternoon / early evening bath. Yesterday I mentioned how following that day's early afternoon nap, I found myself to be developing a throat and sinus issue ─ a cold or some such.

Well, following my bath today, this 'thing' came on severely strong. Since the lie-down was scant benefit, I decided to try and watch a show while enjoying a can of Cariboo Strong malt (7% alcohol). The big problem, though, was that I had little interest in watching anything I could think of, especially since I watch these shows here on my bedside computer while standing.

Thankfully, the show that had rotated on my list as being next was Friday Night Lights ─ I love that intensely human series, and I am powerfully drawn to actress Minka Kelly thanks to her "Dove" persona in the Titans series.

The episode proved to be as exceptional as usual ─ episode nine ("Full Hearts") of the first season. And the big football win at the show's conclusion was the almost tearful uplift I badly needed. My source was this TVSeries.video link.

Maybe having eaten my supper before that hot bath left me with a hydration deficit ─ that atop my ailment were very likely the cause of my rapid decline.

So the can of beer stretched over the episode may have helped, as did a wonderful show to escape into.

A second show and beer was of even more benefit. I tuned in Rescue: HI-Surf ─ episode 15 ("South Winds") of the only season. My source was this 1Movies.bz link.

I always enjoy these episodes, and I have gotten very comfortable with the characters and the actors portraying them. I will miss the series after I get past the last episode.

Right now it is 11:18 p.m. and my wife has been home a while. I took the time after Rescue: Hi-Surf to brush my teeth, and she showed up during that chore.

Maybe I will just go to bed and forego some wine and a sitcom. My wife and I have not spoken, but I am always leery that she will be needing money I cannot afford her.
