For the second night running, I did not require my 6 a.m. cellphone alarm. I rose to use the toilet at 4:17 a.m., but upon returning to bed I seemed unable to achieve sleep. I finally chose to rise, and doing so I saw that it was 5:30 a.m.
When later I went forth to the backyard tool shed to exercise, I was pathologically stiffened and sore. When I finally dared a pull-up, I felt it ludicrous to attempt more than one in a set. And so I had three sets of pull-ups, then three sets of chin-ups. And I finished with two sets of pull-ups between the sides of the child's slide ladder, and I held the dead hang of the final one for a 50-count.
Then it was the squat work.
What is especially heartbreaking is breathing that awesomely pure, cool, and moist morning air, but not being able to go on long walks in it anymore because of my (self-diagnosed) patellar subluxation. It is cruel ─ that, and nearly constant stressful financial worry.
I beg of God to deliver me from my debts, but He will not. Without that deliverance, there is no hope.
I was back into the house by 7:55 a.m. My younger brother had yet to emerge from his bedroom for the morning, but he was not too much longer at all.
When I joined him after 9 a.m. after I had dished up what was to be my day's first meal to eat while we watched some videos once he turned the T.V. over to me so that I could use our T95Q Android 9 TV Box, I began with a 22-minute video published yesterday to Rumble's Libertytalkcanada channel: Bill Gates BUSTED Lying About Not Making $$ From Covid Vaccines. He Made Billions: Epstein Dump.
Gates has said on MSM talkshows he donated and did not profit from the vaccines and that that was a"conspiracy theory." The latest Epstein email dump shows Epstein and elite bankers organizing how Gates can make $$$ offshore on the down-lo prior to the Covid Scamdemic. I show the emails and people involved. Will this finally wake up the "normies" and be the downfall of Gates?
This one cannot fall through the cracks during the Epstein chaos.
That was followed by a 1½-hour (1:35:12) video streamed January 29 to Rumble's The HighWire with Del Bigtree channel: Episode 461: WINS OF CHANGE.
On today’s HighWire, Former CDC Director Robert Redfield is now saying the quiet part out loud, admitting we were right about mRNA and spike protein. Also, Del Celebrates RFK Jr.'s Announcement of 21 new members of the Interagency Autism Coordinating Committee (IACC), the committee responsible for coordinating the government’s autism research and response. This is huge, and Del has the details.
Then, we examine Moderna’s announcement that it is halting new Phase 3 vaccine trials, citing reduced market incentives under increased federal oversight. What does this decision reveal about safety testing, accountability, and public health priorities?
Also, a deep dive into the UK’s newly announced AI surveillance system — described by officials as a “panopticon.” We unpack the origins of the term and what it signals about the future of mass surveillance.
Plus, as fraud investigations rock Minnesota, autism education providers are facing devastating funding cuts. Jennifer Larson of Holland Center joins Del to explain how legitimate, long-standing programs are now at risk — and how families are paying the price.
And we finished up with some more of a movie that we had begun yesterday, so maybe tomorrow we will see the remainder.
My wife may or may not have had to work the latter part of today ─ she disappeared around 3:30 p.m., so I don't know if she left to go to work at the Thai restaurant where she is employed part-time, or if she has gone away socially and will likely not be back until maybe Friday.
At least she was fairly social.
She actually rose in the latter morning while my brother and I were still watching T.V., and went off to probably do some shopping. I believe she was still away when I sought a midday nap. I was down for less than 1½ hours, by which time she was back.
I expected that my wife was going to be home longer than was the case, so I think that it was before 2:30 p.m. I again went out to the backyard tool shed for further exercise because I figured her bedroom was not going to be vacant for the light routine I usually have there in the second half of the afternoon.
I found myself more able at pull-ups and chin-ups, to my satisfaction. Thus, two sets of pull-ups (2-1 reps), two sets of chin-ups (2-2), and the usual single rep in each set of pull-ups between the sides of the child's slide ladder, with another 50-count dead hang following the final pull-up.
Then the squat work.
I'm glad I got the exercising over with early. We've had a fair amount of sunshine today for a change, and there was still some in the backyard when I went forth to the tool shed.
Maybe I will get a head start on watching some T.V. shows here on my bedside computer while doing some drinking, for I am feeling some unease and anxiety ─ uncertainty. I want to be rid of the apprehension.
With an early start like that, I can get to bed earlier, and rise very early ─ I have my brother's monthly expenses reconciliation cheque to deposit, and that's a two-mile round trip hobble. It's written out for $266.15, and I certainly do need it.
I'm feeling almost afraid. I've got to lose myself in some T.V. and a little alcohol.
I don't know why my life has to be like this. I am too old and broken down now physically to do anything without miracle financial assistance.
🔴🔴🔴
My first show was Blood Ties ─ episode six ("Drawn and Quartered") of season two. My source was this TVSeries.video link.
I am constantly struck by how alluring Gina Holden was, despite having such strikingly thin arms ─ generally I am drawn to fit female physiques, but Gina really worked on me.
I drank one can of Cariboo Strong malt (7% alcohol) during the show, and then had my smallish supper ─ my day's second and final meal.
I think the show may have ended just ahead of 6 p.m.
The next show I watched was the Norwegian series Heimebane ─ episode seven ("Jævla Ålesund") of season two. Reportedly that episode title translates to "ℱ𝓊𝒸𝓀𝒾𝓃ℊ Ålesund". That was the exhortation anytime the competing soccer (football) team Ålesund was invoked by those of the Varg team and its hometown supporters.
My source was this Vexmovies.biz.id link.
It was an excellent episode ─ I really got into it. Such superb, realistic, and dramatic dialogue ... even if I could only go by the English subtitles. It was fabulously acted and thus so believable.
The show ended by 7:23 p.m. And so a second can of beer.
Usually my third show is a sitcom, but I shot for a full episode of FBI: International ─ episode 14 ("A Winged Lion for Protection") of season four. My source was this TVSeries.video link.
Another highly enjoyed piece of entertainment! And accompanying it was a glass tumbler (about eight ounces) of Sommet Rouge wine (12% alcohol).
I am so darned tempted to watch and drink more, but I durst not. That last show ended around 8:57 p.m. because I had taken the 15 or so minutes after Heimebane to brush my teeth.
Temptation.
I fell, and poured maybe five ounces of wine, and tuned in Kitchen Confidential ─ episode six ("Rabbit Test") of the only season. My source was yet another TVSeries.Video link.
Was it the wine? I don't think so ... I just loved this episode! The best one yet.
I still want to drink. However, I shall not. It is 10:04 p.m.
