With nothing specific in mind to watch on T.V. early last evening, I decided to give a foreign (Italian) movie a try ─ 1975's L'insegnante (The School Teacher). I used our Android TV Box and one of the browser apps downloaded within it to play the movie on T.V.
The movie opened up with all of the opening credits in Italian; and since I could not see a closed captioning option to allow me English subtitling, I almost cancelled out of the film. But as luck would have it, the dialogue was dubbed in English even if the Italian credits were not.
Funnily enough, though, the dubbing made the students sound like stereotypical Italian Americans from T.V. and film in that era ─ think in terms of 'Vinnie Barbarino' from the old Welcome Back, Kotter T.V. series.
Basically, the movie was pretty much soft porn, and all of the characters were caricatures. I suppose the lead character was supposed to be the horny rich boy (played by actor Alfredo Pea) whom I thought resembled Jerry Seinfeld as he probably looked back then, since the two are contemporaneous.
The rich kid's family had a maid who dressed in the typical sexy maid outfit and seemed provocative enough of figure, but she sported a face more worthy of a cave man. The actress ─ Patrizia Laricchio ─ apparently made a bit of a name for herself playing rather homely young women.
I located that image of her as the rather grotesque-looking maid in this thread at ThrillingForum.com where the actress was discussed. Perhaps no beauty, but as the rich kid and his two besties (best friends) knew, she had a rather arousing body.
The main feature of the movie was lead actress Edwige Feneche, whom I see is actually a little less than 10 months older than I am. She is 73 years old now, which I will not be until into October; then in December, she will have her 74th birthday and again leap ahead of me.
I liked her and the character she portrayed, but it made scant sense to me that she would stoop to having the rich kid as a lover ─ especially when she actually had to seriously fight him off a couple of times when he attempted to rape her.
Her prudish character was supposedly engaged to a professor who was played by actor Gianfranco D'Angelo as a man so clearly Gay that it was almost ridiculous. He also seemed to be a school gym teacher. I will give him marks for being extremely nimble ─ he definitely had far healthier knees that I probably ever did.
Maybe I will get around to trying to find other related movies by the actress ─ she was very nice to look at, and had very soulful eyes.
By the way, I see that this movie has been available on YouTube since July 25. If the video link remains valid, you can find the movie here.
My wife had been out when I watched the movie, and she returned before my younger brother was home from his 'socializing'. It was looking as if I was going to be able to avoid having to watch any T.V. with him, but he managed to get home before the 9:30 p.m. deadline that I had in place for him due to the overnight walk I had planned that would necessitate me rising at 2:30 a.m.
Once he was home, I deigned to keep my brother company and operate our Android TV Box to find an episode each of Chicago Fire and also Young Wallander. I even risked drinking two cans of the strong (8% alcohol) malt that I try to keep myself stocked with. So it was likely after 11 p.m. by the time I got myself to bed.
When my 2:30 a.m. alarm sounded, I was at that point only superficially asleep, but I was not all that eager to be putting an end to my time in bed.
I rose and dressed; and even though my eldest stepson was apparently still up and watching videos on his laptop at the dining table, I believe that I got away undetected. When I checked the time on the street outside, it was only 2:43 a.m. as I set off.
My five-mile north Surrey route was defined as having the 9450 block of 140th Street as its centre, for my walk's rectangular boundaries were 92nd and 97th Avenues on two sides, and 132nd and 148th Streets on the other two sides (Google Map).
At outset I had some struggle remaining alert to my environs due to some grogginess; and I also had some walking stability issues, for I tend to stagger a little when I am tired like I was. And even though I performed 5 - 2 - 2 - 2 repetitions with the four sets of pull-ups that I engaged quite early on at an elementary school playground's gymnastics-style rings, this was not accomplished without considerable effort.
A benefit of that exertion was that it did serve to waken me.
I can only recall two incidents worth mention. The first was hearing two owls calling to one another as I trekked along 96th Avenue towards 148th Street from Green Timbers Way (Google Map).
And then just before I reached 148th Street, I realized that somebody was actually sleeping on the grass between the paved walkway I was following and the highway. I might have considered that it was someone who had been struck by a vehicle were it not for the fact that this person appeared to have his head pillowed for comfort on a smallish bundle, and was lying on his side.
I now forget just when I was back home and outside the locked front door, but it was either 4:40 or 4:50 a.m. And as has become my wont, I then watered garden plants in the front yard before coming into the house.
I was back to bed just after 6 a.m., and remained there for less than 2½ hours before reluctantly rising. I had heard my younger brother go downstairs to soon watch T.V., so I decided that I might as well do similarly. If I instead sought a little further sleep, I was at risk of not rousing until well beyond 9 a.m.
After I joined him ─ and the morning had a fair amount of cooling overcast, by the way ─ and he invited me to put our Android TV Box into action, I led us off with yesterday's upload to Rumble by A Warrior Calls (Christopher James), a 71-minute (1:11:50) interview titled Dr. Judy Mikovits Fear Is The Virus, Truth Is The Cure.

I admire Judy a lot, and she was not shy on things to say in this interview. In fact, it was almost bewildering trying to keep track.
Next up was a Rumble upload by Greg Hunter's USAWatchdog.com from July 30 ─ it was an interview that was almost as long (1:09:40) as the Dr. Judy Mikovits interview: Financial System - Lawless Criminal Control Syndicate – Catherine Austin Fitts.
There is much more in the 1 hour and 10 min. interview.

So many of the people involved in the freedom fight are avowed Christians ─ this realization hit me this morning.
I also tuned in a two-hour (2:02:42) video by Tanya Gaw's Action4Canada that was uploaded to Rumble on July 28, but my brother bowed out well before it was half over, and I finally checked out a little past the half way mark because it would otherwise take me through to at least 1:30 p.m., and I wanted a nap before seeking some sunning.
This video was titled Preparing for Hard Times, Become Self Sufficient, Making Healthy Choices & Live Q&A.
There is talk of looming food shortages in Canada and it is important for citizens to be pro-active and prepared. Action4Canada is delighted to have Dan Vachon joining us on the next Empower Hour, to discuss this very important topic. Dan will provide a PowerPoint presentation on gardening, canning and preserving as well as meat, green houses, cold storage, poly tunnels and more.

Dan Vachon is Action4Canada’s very own Chapter Leader in Sydney, Nova Scotia as well as the Chapter Team Leader for the Maritimes.
The description kept going, but you can refer to the video source for yourself to read all of it if you are inclined.
Another reason I tuned out is that I am far too deep into debt as a result of not being able to stand up to my wife ─ I cannot afford to prep, nor to even buy some of the self-defence equipment that I would like to have. What I would really prefer to do is get the Hell out of this part of Canada and live somewhere remote.
But I cannot. I am buried with responsibilities here.
The nap I got was a lie-down that didn't exceed an hour by too much, and which left me feeling profoundly begrogged. But I did sun ─ both my back and my front. However, I seem to have since lost my grasp of just how long the session spanned.
My evening is now well advanced, so I am going to bring this post to a close. I have no activities planned for the early a.m. tomorrow ─ this leaves me free to sit up late to catch some episodes of T.V. series my brother and I follow in common. And of course, I will have myself another couple cans of that malt.
