Although I no longer remember, I suspect that last evening's bedtime for me was around 10 p.m. Oddly, though, 10:30 p.m. just popped into my mind.
Whatever the case, my younger brother had failed to arrive back home by 9:30 p.m. from his 'socializing', so I was no longer obligated to remain sitting up awaiting him to watch any T.V. with. And so I got to bed with my cellphone alarm set for 4 a.m.
The plan was some early grocery shopping at the Real Canadian Superstore (Google Map) that is a 5.625-mile round trip hike from here in my part of Surrey.
The store opens at 7 a.m., and takes approximately an hour to get to on foot. I rose as early as I did in the vain hope of being on my way ahead of 6 a.m. to allow me an easier pace than would otherwise be the case; but as is the norm, I failed to get away until two or three minutes after 6 a.m.
And early into the trip, I stopped at an elementary school playground to perform two sets of pull-ups. Once more, I managed six repetitions in the first set (and two in the second set).
I recall nothing else of note about the walk, apart from the work getting back home while toting my purchases. There was some light cloud, so I was not always bathed in overheating sunshine. Even so, I had perspiration trickling down alongside my nose during the approach to home.
And of course, before coming into the house I watered some garden plants in the front yard.
For a change, I never got to lie down and seek a wee nap before getting involved with my younger brother for some morning T.V. However, I had to wait while he watched David Suziki's The Nature of Things.
Ever since learning that David Suzuki has embraced the mRNA 'vaccination' and the 'climate change' agendas, I no longer respect the man. I find myself even repelled to some degree by the sound of his voice.
That show ran from 10 - 11 a.m. this morning, so I remained here upstairs until it was finished.
When I then joined my brother for some T.V., I put our Android TV Box into action and tuned in a 59-minute (59:33) upload to Rumble by the Children's Health Defense yesterday: ‘The Solution’ Episode 39: The Destruction of our Healthcare System.

Due to the video's length, my brother sought some bed rest after maybe a half hour. I followed suit with perhaps 45 minutes remaining to the video. However, I intend to finish watching it early this evening.
I had no idea that our various school systems have been so deliberately godlessly corrupted since virtually their very inception!
Anyway, after my nap, I rose to find that my brother had left for the day. And since it was sunny, I went out into the backyard and wearing naught but a bathing suit, beginning at 2:39 p.m. I must have put in nigh on 1½ hours of sunning.
The way that August is slipping away, I will not be sunning like this for too much longer, alas.
Okay, as I said, I want to finish watching that video, and my evening is already advancing, so I must cease blogging for today.
