Yesterday I wholly forgot to mention that in the morning, my younger brother and I had watched on T.V. via our Android TV Box the half hour addition to Rumble's AMPNews channel Censoring VAERS Data with Dr. Jessica Rose | 4th Branch Ep. 24.
How often do you question what's being fed to you by the media and pharmaceutical industry? Brace yourselves for a deep dive into the murky waters of vaccine misinformation and manipulation. Today, we're pulling back the curtain on the COVID-19 vaccine, unearthing potential omissions in information and possible misrepresentations. With the invaluable insights of our special guest, Dr. Jessica Rose, a renowned Canadian researcher, we expose the significant discrepancies between COVID-19 vaccines and previous vaccines. Dr. Rose shares her enlightening findings from her analysis of vaccine adverse event reporting systems, turning a spotlight on the importance of not turning a blind eye when it comes to vaccine-related injuries and damage.
Imagine rushing an mRNA product to the masses without sufficient trials? It's happening right now, and the potential implications are not just alarming but worth questioning. The dangers of immunological defects induced by vaccines are real and present a significant threat to public health. We also take a moment to discuss the importance of considering individual health conditions when administering vaccines. But, it's not all doom and gloom. As we move forward, we also explore potential solutions. We discuss the often-underestimated power of antioxidants and the role of vitamin D in boosting your immune system and mitigating potential vaccine damage. Join us in this eye-opening conversation with Dr. Jessica Rose, as we tackle the hard questions and seek the truth.
Okay, while having a can of strong (8% alcohol) malt and then some supper, early last evening I managed to watch an episode of The Flash ─ this one was season seven's episode 13 ("Masquerade").
I want to say here that for the longest while, I have felt that little Danielle Nicolet (Cecile) has a pair of the best-looking legs in the series!
My bedtime last evening was possibly by 9:15 p.m., but I may be misremembering. At any rate, my cellphone alarm was set for 1:30 a.m. to get me up to begin readying for one of my five-mile+ walks.
When that alarm chimed, I was only lightly asleep, for I had found myself awake a little earlier and determined to find further sleep without checking the time.
I correctly assessed that my brother was still watching T.V. downstairs, but I remained behind my closed bedroom door, and he soon enough turned off the T.V. and lights and came upstairs to his bedroom for the night.
I was to find that no one else was up, and that my wife had come home following her full day working at the Thai restaurant where she is employed part-time ─ her bedroom door was shut tight, but had been ajar when I went to bed.
An online check fetched the claim that the temperature hereabouts was 8° Celsius (46.4° F.) ─ the lowest temperature as yet listed for one of my nighttime excursions thus far since the Spring.
And my fully-clothed weight without a jacket was about 186 pounds (188 / 189 pounds with my jacket on).
By the time I was outside the locked front door and on my way, it was 2:05 a.m. It is oddly very difficult for me to get away ahead of 2 a.m.
The night was distinctly cool and the air seemed moist; the clear sky moonless.
When early into my walk I stopped at an elementary school playground for six sets of pull-ups and chin-ups, because I found the equipment condensation-free and I would be able to exercise bare-handed, I opted to remove my jacket.
And so I was able ─ just barely ─ to achieve my new normal in repetitions: five and then three pull-ups in the first two sets; three chin-ups in each of the middle two sets; and three and then two pull-ups between a pair of gymnastics-style rings in the final two sets, with the very last pull-up held for a 15-count.
I confess that if I had not previously performed three pull-ups in that fifth set on five different occasions within the past 10 or so days, I would have stopped at just two. Achieving that third pull-up was a monstrous strain for this 73-year-old.
As I have explained before, after each pull-up or chin-up, I lower myself with control until I am at a lat-spreading full hang before rallying for the next elevation. This is not about pounding out as many slipshod reps as I possibly can as quickly as I can while my strength holds out.
And as usual, once I was finished, I performed 10 slow full-range push-ups in a declined position on a cement ramp.
Last night was the fifth time that I wore the no-name AliExpress hikers I received near a month ago.
Actually, they do have a small rubber tag stitched across the top of each tongue that says simply "Outdoor". Apart from that, and a tiny white tag stitched inside each boot reading the numeral size "46", there are absolutely no other markings on the boots.
They are so poor for walking in that by the time I get back home, I question if I should bother with occasionally wearing them on these walks, and just toss them out.
The soles are so soft that anything stepped upon that is irregular is felt ─ as I have said before, the soles are almost like those of a pair of slippers. Yet they are impossible to walk silently in ─ each forefoot slaps the pavement with each step, no matter how quietly I attempt to walk.
I will never wear the stupid things publicly ─ they are just too awkward and frankly embarrassing. But late at night for these walks, I do my best to avoid any people that I am able to notice in my distant path, so as a rule very few people are ever near enough to me to hear these crappy boots distinctively slapping the pavement with each step I take.
Last night I had a couple of unanticipated delays of at least a couple of minutes apiece, so I was especially late arriving back home ─ it was 4:16 a.m.
And I think that it was around 6 a.m. before I got back to bed, not to rise again until just over 2½ hours later.
Thereafter, it was T.V. with my brother, and soon after 9 a.m. he invited me to put our Android TV Box to work.
I led us off with two videos added yesterday to Rumble's A Warrior Calls channel, first leading off with the nearly half hour Matthew Hazen - MasterPeace Evidence Part 2.

My brother still has no apparent interest in this product, so he does not realize that I placed an order a few days ago for a bottle purported to contain a two month's supply.
The second video was maybe 80 minutes: Stand in Truth, Hang Them All!
The content was Christopher James Pritchard's usual eclectic melange, so I am not going to attempt a decription, since he offered none.
The last video was too long to watch in its entirety, so I will mention it after we next conclude with it.
My wife had another full workday today, with the restaurant opening at 11 a.m., but I do not know if she also must work tomorrow. If so, then I expect her home sometime tonight.
My brother had some bed rest following our morning videos, and then he left for the day to socialize. I didn't seek a nap until after he had left.
It was a beautiful sunny afternoon, but my damned blogging obligations and latter afternoon exercise session negated any time to be outside to take advantage here in our backyard.
I effing hate this ... and my submissive, dependent life.
I have had a couple of cans of that malt while watching a Christmas movie this early evening, but I will report on that tomorrow. My mindset is presently adversely affected, and I must soon get to bed because I will be rising at 1:30 a.m. for yet another five-mile+ walk.
Enough for today.
