Since my dear wife and I were home alone early last evening when I was set to have some supper and watch some T.V. ─ she was seated at the dining table watching short video clips on her smartphone and eating ─ I decided to be polite and leave the T.V. off and eat at the table directly across from her.
The consequence was that when I was finally done, I felt there to be insufficient time to watch anything that I had planned upon, so I merely tuned in a couple of MMA matches on YouTube that I watched on T.V. instead. But I only did this after my wife had forsaken the dining table herself.
The first match was a women's bout that originally took place on August 16, 2019, in Thailand ─ the video was just over 11 minutes because it had no introductions nor breaks between rounds. I don't much like that ─ I appreciate introductions, and it can also be interesting getting impressions of what's going on in the corners with the fighters between rounds.
Stamp Fairtex was so effective with her vicious kicks that as much as I like her, I started rooting for Asha Roka. However, tough though Asha might be, she was essentially helpless anytime the fight went to the mat.
The next fight was a men's bare knuckle match ─ how can guys engage in this sort of thing? This was brutal!
The video between Lorawnt T Nelson and Sam Liera was just over 34 minutes, and was a full match with intros and round breaks as well as a lengthy post-match section that all originally took place on December 9, 2022: Bare Knuckle Fight of Year? LT Nelson & Sam Liera Face Off for BYB Interim Super Middleweight Title.
As for the outcome, I will only say that I rather doubt that the fighter who was awarded the match by the judges was likely to have lasted if the final round was five instead of three minutes ─ he was losing badly by the time the final bell sounded.
After our supper my wife had asked me if there was any red wine, and I assured her there was. But I think that because she claimed to have been interested in just a glass of wine, she opted not to pursue the issue and have a bottle opened when she learned that I did not have a box of wine. So she remained fully sober.
I drank a can of strong (8% alcohol) malt after eating and watching the fights.
I likely was to bed by 9:20 p.m., and had actually bid my wife a goodnight ─ she was at that point in her bedroom watching more videos on her smartphone or tablet. My cellphone alarm was set for 1:30 a.m. to get me up to begin readying for one of my five-mile+ walks.
When that time did come, I correctly concluded that my younger brother was still downstairs with the T.V. on, so I began readying behind my closed bedroom door. An online check revealed the claim that the temperature hereabouts was 9° Celsius (48.2° F.). A weigh-in fully clothed got me ─ if I am remembering correctly ─ a range of 185 - 187 pounds with my jacket off, and 187 - 189 pounds with it on.
Just as I was all set to leave, I opened my bedroom door to find the house below in darkness and my brother about to ascend the stairs for his bedroom. He gave me precedence on the stairs, and then wished me a safe journey.
I don't understand why of late he has been going to bed so uncharacteristically late.
Anyway, once I was outside and on my way, I was pleased to discover that it was only 1:59 a.m. ─ I was certain that it would be past 2 a.m.
It was definitely on the cool side, and the air seemed moist or damp. I think that the moonless sky was mainly clear.
When I got to the elementary school playground early into my walk where I perform a half dozen sets of pull-ups and chin-ups, I found the equipment wet with condensation, so I was obliged to wear my gloves and I also opted to keep on my jacket.
Yet somehow, I just barely managed to achieve my latest new normal for repetitions: five and then three pull-ups in the first two sets; three chin-ups in both of the middle two sets; and then three and then two pull-ups in the final two sets ─ I had to use two overhead bars of the jungle gym or monkey bars because vandals had wrapped the chains of the key gymnastic-style rings around the very high support bar, so there were no two rings close together.
I held the final pull-up for a 15-count.
And I finished up with 10 slow full-range push-ups in a declined posture on a cement ramp.
There was nothing much worth mentioning concerning the actual walk, except that I soon began to feel quite bagged and disinclined to hustle. Also, about a mile into my walk, I coincided with a very slow-walking bulky figure who was carrying baggage in each hand, and who was likely hooded, but it seemed more like a tightly-drawn shawl.
The figure had just rounded a corner I was nearly at, so there was no chance to practice avoidance.
As we came abreast, the shorter fellow ─ whose countenance was almost that of a woman, and whose voice was very gentle, further lending some unsurety as to the figure's actual gender ─ asked if I could possibly lend him or her "a light".
I had no fire-making tools on me, so I expressed that I could not, and I apologized, gently placing a hand on his shoulder for a second or two. At that, the sorry figure in the heavy-looking red-and-black plaid coat merely thanked me and added in that soft and almost mentally-challenged voice, "That's okay, amigo."
Whomever it was ─ and I think it was a man ─ seemed to be a very nice, harmless soul. I almost made a cash offer (I had both a five and a twenty dollar bill); but I am not out on these walks so that I can give away my money. It is one reason that I attempt to avoid coinciding with anyone out there.
I think that I may have prayerfully (from myself to God) wished him well.
Anyway, by the time I was back home, I expected the walk to have taken overlong, but I was pleased to see that it may have only been 4:04 a.m. at worst.
I didn't check the time before returning to bed, but it might not have been later than 5:30 a.m.
My morning was to begin around 8:45 a.m. My brother was already downstairs watching T.V.
After I joined him, around 9:10 a.m. he invited me to put our Android TV Box into action, so I started us off with a nearly 25-minute (23:56) video added just yesterday to BitChute's AweandGrace channel: Dr. David Martin's EU 2.0 talk - 13 September 2023.
I honestly do not understand how the man can make the case that he did before the European Parliament, yet nothing matters ─ the W.H.O. is as free to continue with the genocidal activities they are involved in as has always been the case.
We next watched the 44 or so minutes that remained of a video that we had to break from yesterday, and which was solidly along the same theme as Dr. David Martin's speech. This one had been added to Rumble's ICIC.LAW channel five days ago, and was nigh 1¾ hours long (1:44:14): Dr. Rima Laibow: Monstrous Sexualization of Children and Colonization by Mind Control.
Dr. Rima Laibow, M.D. is a graduate of Albert Einstein College of Medicine (1970) who believes passionately in the right of Americans to choose their own health paths. She has practiced drug-free, natural medicine for 50 years by seeking the underlying cause of every illness and ailment and treating that root cause. In 2002 one of her patients from a very rich family told her about detailed plans from her circles for a new world order (NWO). This also included the reduction of the world population by 90%, because they would be "useless eaters". Based on these stories, Dr. Laibow began to do research on these topics.
In 2004 she founded the “Natural Solutions Foundation” together with her late husband, an organization dedicated to health through food and freedom.
Her websites: http://drrimatruthreports.com and http://preventgenocide2030.org.
In this episode of ICIC, Dr. Reiner Fuellmich and co-host Attorney Dagmar Schoen talk with Dr. Rima Laibow, a psychiatrist and specialist in child & adolescent psychiatry in the US, about the untrustworthy and demonstrably long-planned agenda of a psychopathic minority of self-proclaimed elites who stop at no crime to achieve their inhuman goals. In their dangerous megalomania to decimate humanity by 95% and to keep the rest under their totalitarian control like cattle and to abuse them as they see fit, they do not even stop at the cruelest violence against the weakest members of our society, the children.
If it’s possible to indoctrinate all children worldwide using mind control and MK-Ultra programs with early sexualization, uprooting and identity confusion, which they incorporate into all areas of our daily lives, and to poison them by means of so-called vaccinations and in the worst case by gene-altering, experimental injections to damage their DNA, it will be easy in the future to manipulate and control humanity and to eradicate the qualities that make up being human, such as love, compassion, friendship, social connectedness. Thus, the "useless eaters" who, in their view, burden the planet to which they have issued a sole claim, should disappear. Useful slaves, without human characteristics, created in laboratories in the best case, shall be available for them, without feelings and without polluting the planet unnecessarily and wasting resources.
Dr. Laibow speaks clearly using plain words to expose it all, and bring into the light of day this terrible plan which the power-hungry and their henchmen, who she calls "monsters", have subtly forged under the guise of private organizations like the WHO, EU, UN, Unicef and Unesco etc., which were founded especially for this purpose. It does not gloss over anything, and points out the impending dangers to our existence and that of our children and our children's children.
We as sentient beings, as people with strength, creativity, courage and a sense of justice must no longer remain silent in the hope that ‘it’ will eventually pass and we will be able to live a normal life again, because it was not normal before either, only that it could not be perceived due to the brainwashing and drug treatments. But now that we have seen it clearly, what has been done to us just in the last three years and they are waiting in the wings again with panic and torture, we have to stand up and protectively put ourselves in front of our children.
Dr. Laibow advises everyone to declare loud and clear, "Don't you dare lay a hand on our children, and don't you dare try to control our lives!" This is the language that they understand and it is the power of community and cohesion that we need to hunt down these ‘monsters’ and hold them accountable.
I was not going to add that long description, but I finally decided to do so because of its undeniable importance.
The final main video that I was to tune in was 1½ hours (1:30:23), and had been livestreamed to Rumble's The Karis Project two days ago: Ep. 91 Stephen McFarlane Child trafficking in the Courts of Law.
The Karis Project meets with Stephen McFarlane an Alberta father who has been financially exploited through the courts of “law” after his child was unlawfully abducted by the other parent. Stephen discusses his abominable treatment by multiple government and private actors to decimate him financially and traffick his daughter using the “courts of law” in Alberta.
Can the legal and "health" corruption rampant in Alberta not be ended? Stephen McFarlane's situation is harrowing to learn about, and I for one declare that all involved in this transgression must be punished.
It was time for my brother's bed rest by around 1 p.m., and he left for the day while I was having my early afternoon nap. The afternoon was brilliantly sunny, but I had far too much to do and insufficient time ─ none remained for any needed sunning.
I see that my brother left afoot, so he will have bused off to rendezvous with one or two of his drinking buddies at a pub. Consequently, there will be no warning as to his return ─ I will not 'see him coming'. With that so, I dare not try to watch anything too long on T.V. if I plan to get to bed at a reasonably early time and have another wee a.m. walk overnight.
My wife had a full workday at the Thai restaurant where she is employed part-time, so she left us this morning in time enough to make the drive for the restaurant's 11 a.m. opening. I will be in bed before she makes her return home.
