It was likely no more than 8:05 p.m. last evening when I set off on a five-mile+ walk that would see me doing some grocery shopping on the return at Save-On-Foods when I was about a mile from home.

I had been alone when I left, but my younger brother and my youngest stepson were both here at my return, and my wife was to arrive later following her workday at the Thai restaurant where she is employed part-time.

My brother seemed to be unconscious in front of the T.V. as often as he was awake.

I was desirous of a couple cans of Cariboo Malt (8% alcohol) and some T.V., so I took over and put our Android TV Box to work, first tuning in an episode of The Jonathan Ross Show ─ this one was season or series 20's episode six.

Then it was American Ninja Warrior ─ this time episode four (Qualifier 5).

After that we just watched primarily YouTube fights, including round-by-round highlights of the recent Tyson Fury / Francis Ngannou boxing battle. I cannot locate the exact video, alas, so will not be able to link to it. But from what I saw of the highlights, Tyson was constantly reeling from blows from Francis, whereas I never noticed Francis looking stunned.

Tyson won via a split decision from the three judges, but I would have to say he appeared to be faring the poorest in the contest. However, since he was not demonstrably beaten, I suppose that fact would allow him title retention if the title had been on the line ─ it was not, for this was a non-title fight.

And that being so, in my opinion Tyson actually lost. His loss was not good enough to have lost his championship, but his performance was certainly in no way a victory.

We also watched another very good fight by two women: Underground Fight Bali - Bare Knuckle Meiken VS Putri. Honestly, my brother and I both thought that it was a fight between a good-looking blonde and a slim Asian man.

But I see now that Norway's wonderfully-built Maiken Aannerud really was fighting another woman in Indonesia's Putri Padmi.

Check out Maiken's Instagram page.

I did hold myself to just two cans of malt, but I never supped until afterwards. That was probably why I never slept past 7 a.m. despite likely not getting to bed until 2 a.m.

My wife had disturbing news for me: she wanted to borrow $500 to pay the deductible portion of repairs to her car's bumper ─ while it was parked at work, someone else 'hit and ran' after causing the damage.

I just cannot seem to advance anywhere financially. Sure, she promised that she would repay me when she gets paid ─ but will she if I do not pursue her about it?

No wonder despair and despondence are such familiar companions to me.

She had today off work, so has been home apart from taking her car somewhere for the work ─ or maybe it was only appraised. I have no idea. I just know that the $500 was withdrawn.

As for morning T.V. with my brother, once I put our Android TV Box to work, we led off with an hour-long (1:01:12) addition just yesterday to Rumble's Vaccine Choice Canada channel: The Big Picture Film - Todd Michael Harris.

Todd Michael Harris joined us to discuss his most ambitious project to date, a six episode docuseries titled The Big Picture. Life Inside The Control Grid. A joint production between Matador Films and Children's Health Defense
Canada. it premiers on November 5th 2023. Todd has worked as a Director/Cinematographer and Editor in both film and television. He founded Matador Films to focus on documentary film-making. His recent films include Ayahuasca & the Path of the Shaman (2020), Love in the Time of Covid - Part 1 & 2 (2021) and Uninformed Consent (2022). https://matadorfilms.ca/

Then it was to YouTube for an eight-minute (8:45) addition yesterday: "Where is the FBI hiding the truth about Joe Biden?" US Congress demands answers | Redacted News.

Republican Senator Chuck Grassley [sent](https://nypost.com/2023/10/25/news/fb...) a letter to the FBI detailing more than 40 confidential sources that provided “criminal information” on the Biden family dating back to when the president was the vice president. He says that the FBI has “improperly shut down” all of these referrals by calling them "disinformation."

That was followed by a 14-minute (14:43) addition yesterday to Rumble's ProgressiveTruthSeekers channel: American Psychosis - Chris Hedges.

Ecosophia means ecological wisdom in Latin and this documentary explores the interrelation between energy, the economy, resources, population, psychology, spirituality, the biosphere and the limits to growth.

A simpler world is coming and what's needed is as much a spiritual revolution as a physical.

And after that I opted for lighter entertainment ─ an episode of Doc Martin. This one was season or series three's episode four ("The Admirer" / "The GP Always Rings Twice").

My brother got some bed rest thereafter before heading out for the day. I had my day's first meal, and waited until my wife headed out on her auto errand before seeking my needed early afternoon nap.

I have had absolutely no exercise today ─ with my wife home and neither of her sons present, I just lacked all inclination. I will get some overnight, for I plan on rising at 1:30 a.m. to ready for a five-mile+ walk.

I passed the very early evening with a light supper and two cans of Cariboo Malt while watching some T.V. via our Android TV Box.

First was an episode of FBI: Internationalseason two's episode 15 ("Trust').

Then it was Cybill ─ the premiere episode ("Bringing Home the Bacon") of season three. I knew I would probably know who a gorgeous supporting actress was if given a hint, but there was honestly nothing familiar about her.

I see now that it was Daisy Fuentes ─ there was not much reason I should have been able to recognize her. The name is very familiar, but not the woman herself.

By the way, I noticed that the episode is available at the Internet Archive.

Anyway, thereafter I killed some time watching nothing important on YouTube.

It is nearly 9:10 p.m., so I must soon get to bed. Only my wife and I are yet home.
