Encore

What a miserable night!

After some initial sleep, I found myself so uncomfortably awake that I checked the time, hoping that it was near enough to 4 a.m. ─ when I had my cellphone alarm set ─ that I could get up and reasonably expect to still be able to get away just ahead of 6 a.m. on a 5.625-mile round trip grocery shopping hike to Real Canadian Superstore.

Well, it was only 1:30 a.m. If I rose then, I would burn out by 6 a.m. and be unable to go anywhere.

So I remained abed, consterned that sleep has become so horribly difficult for me.

When 4 a.m. mercifully arrived, I went downstairs to boil water for a mug of instant coffee ─ two full teaspoons ─ with the works.

I did improve. And although my eldest stepson seemed to have a third consecutive 12-hour workday that was to commence at 6 a.m. for which he rose around 4:45 a.m., I do not blame him for any sort of interference that saw me fail to be on my way until something like 5:58 a.m.

I stopped at the elementary school playground three or four blocks from here for some pull-ups and chin-ups ─ just three sets, managing five pull-ups in the first set, three chin-ups in set two, and two pull-ups between a pair of gymnastics-style rings that I held at fullest elevation for a 20-count.

I am sure that fully dressed I would have topped 190 pounds, for I was wearing a black bomber-style leather jacket. Late the previous afternoon before I broke my Sabbath fast, my naked body weight was as much as 179 pounds.

I forwent any push-ups on the cement ramp due to concern for the cleanliness of my jacket.

By the way, the equipment was frosted over, so I had to use my slim gloves with faux leather palms to warm the space that I would be gripping.

I do not recollect anything about the overall walk worth mentioning. I did not buy too much at all, and only brought one tote bag in which to carry it all.

I got to have some bed time after getting back home, and rose again at 10 a.m., and barely preceded my younger brother to the downstairs.

We were to watch but one video on T.V. this morning via our Android TV Box ─ a nearly 1¾-hour (1:41:54) January 4 addition to BitChute's Mercola channel: The Great Taking - Interview with Catherine Austin Fitts.

Catherine Austin Fitz, a finance expert, founderfounder, and president of the Solari Report. She’s one of the wisest persons out there when it comes to understanding finances and how to protect your wealth in the face of this global wealth transfer.

• David Webb, a former hedge fund investor, has written a book called “The Great Taking,” as well as a documentary by the same name. His book and film detail how the Federal Reserve influences financial markets, and how its money creation has outpaced economic growth of the U.S., which is a huge red flag indicating that the velocity of money is collapsing.

• Central bankers and other globalists have carefully planned the coordinated takedown of the financial system using highly sophisticated strategies, including the manipulation of derivative markets. Whatever securities you believe you may own, you’re not the actual owner of, and when the derivative markets collapse, everything can be taken from you.

• While Webb’s work raises serious concerns, there are other more pressing issues that need our attention. Priority No. 1 is ensuring we have control over our financial transactions. We need to help state legislators to protect financial transaction freedom.

• North Dakota has a sovereign state bank, and the Florida State Legislature is getting ready to introduce legislation for state banking in the state of Florida. All states need to do this, as it’s one of the primary ways to protect the financial freedom of all citizens.

• Priority No. 2 is building and securing food freedom, and No. 3 is transparency and education. We need to educate people about the severity of what’s coming, so that we can, en masse, begin to make different choices.

It was certainly an interesting interview, but it seems to me that Dr. Mercola has gone ... amiss. He seemed unnaturally wired for someone accomplishing what he claimed is being achieved on what recently has only become four to six hours of sleep a night.

Also, I do not like how he seldom ever looks directly into the camera or video screen ─ his eyes are constantly (erratically?) moving from left to right and seldom settling directly forward. The display unsettlingly reminds me of a deceiver or liar.

And his total transition from past bleakness into a state of near hopeful bliss is nothing shy of unnatural ─ as are his several references to celestial "guides" who are leading him. This sickeningly smacks of "New World" religion ─ just as I see Christopher James Pritchard (A Warrior Calls) succumbing or yielding to.

As far as I am concerned, this movement is inspired of Satan, if I may become Biblical.

Ah, to move on!

My wife completely surprised me by showing up just ahead of 4 p.m. However, it was to develop that she had some sort of birthday or other celebratory party to attend and would be spending the night away.

I never knew of this until after my scheduled bath, which I almost took out of desperation because I saw my opportunity slipping away. I definitely needed it done before my eldest stepson was home from work.

As well, I had planned to watch an early evening Christmas movie ─ specifically, 2017's Christmas Encore.

The movie was quite enjoyable, and had its emotional moments. But even actress Maggie Lawson could not quite envelop me in her character's driven craving or need for Big City life, and the acting profession in particular.

In other words, I was unable to yield my heart to the story or plot, and I need to be able to do that. I could not identify. Not even under the influence of two cans of Cariboo Malt (8% alcohol) and a stiff shot of Kraken Black Spiced Rum (47% alcohol).

Perhaps it did not help that my wife readied and left fairly early into the movie; and she later phoned via the landline (she had forgotten her smart phone) and wanted me to summon her youngest son to speak with her.

I have no idea what was afoot.

Anyway, I did enjoy the movie, but I am not going to take the time to offer any online sources for it. I feel ... frankly ... drunk and depleted. However, I meant to sally forth and discharge a five-mile+ walk so that I would not have to incur one in the wee a.m.

I suspect that my pre-movie hot bath has wiped me out ─ not that the booze has not contributed.

It is already approaching 8:30 p.m., so I must either set forth and hope to revive, or else I must lie down and hope to rally.

Or just give up and have a wee a.m. walk.

Lord, I am tired! I am going to repose a time ─ I see no viable alternative.
