Since it was at least 8:15 p.m. before I got away last evening, I revised my walk to be a visit to Save-On-Foods at Fleetwood, which for me was to be a one-way trip of 3.236 miles, or a round trip of 6.472 miles via the route I selected.
It was raining, but not hard, and betimes it had almost stopped.
My purchase was comprised of a dozen eggs, a litre carton of Dairyland whipping cream, a 1.75-litre tub of Olympic Krema yogourt, and a half dozen cans of Bumper Crop apple cider (7% alcohol). I forgot organic carrots, but my load proved sufficient.
I swilled one can of cider in fairly short order, and might have made that do. But about half way home I got caught in an absolute downpour.
Maybe it lasted 10 minutes, but about midway through it ─ already the fronts of my thighs were wet, and my denim jacket pretty much wet through as well ─ I took refuge beneath some evergreens. This was just before and basically next to the creek that you can see on this Google Map to the right of the intersection of Fraser Highway & 140th Street.
I was growing cold from the rain and a wind that was springing up; and with nothing better to do as I waited, I opened a second can of cider.
By the time I was done, the rain had vastly lessened, so I continued on my walk towards King George Boulevard and eventually home.
My brother was here watching T.V., so after I dressed down, I joined him, bringing two cans of Cariboo Malt (8% alcohol) from my bedroom.
It was a little past 11 p.m. by then, but he wanted to relinquish the show that he had begun to watch and offered me control of the T.V. so that I could put our Android TV Box to work. He had a noon hour dental appointment today, so he did not wish to be sitting up too late, and figured to only have time for one of our shows.
It happened to be Doc Martin ─ episode six ("Midwife Crisis") of season or series four.
However, when it was done, he was fine with a sitcom, so I tuned in Coupling ─ episode seven ("Dressed") of season or series two.
I now do not recall when I got to bed, but I expect it likely that it was after 2 a.m.
Sleeping after daybreak is generally difficult despite very heavy blinds and a blindfold, so I was up shortly past 8 a.m. My brother was already watching T.V., but I didn't join him until past 9 a.m., which is usual.
I soon enough got the okay to put our Android TV Box back to work, so I tuned in Odessa Orlewicz's hour-long (1:04:43) video published yesterday: FULL Interview Version: Self Assembling Nano In Geoengineering Spray & Meat. Interview With Dr. Ana Mihalcea.
Full Interview... Dr. Ana continues her quest for truth. New evidence/slides/videos that we show, shows they are getting it into the grass fed cows (sprayed via geoengineering onto the farms) and into the meat we are eating. It is in their blood and it is in OUR blood now too. Darkfield Microscopy Of Homegrown, Grass Fed Unvaccinated, 3 Different Beef Blood Samples Shows Nano/ Microrobots And Polymers. Toxic Geoengineering Seems To Be The Cause...Also- Polymers, biosensors & smart dust and also injection via medical vaccination programs. Those agencies and people who deny geoengineering - US government is studying these modalities, so has full knowledge of them. To keep up with Dr. Ana's discoveries subscribe for free (or paid) at:

Thereafter I tuned in a movie that I had previously recorded, but roughly halfway through my brother wanted some bed rest before his dental appointment, so we will finish watching it tomorrow.
The day began as cloudy, but was soon enough a mix of cloud and Sun. The Sun began prevailing in the afternoon, and by the latter afternoon probably ruled the sky.
Unfortunately, today was a bath day, so I would not have had time to sun even if the day had been entirely sunny. I realized just in time that I also did not have time to watch any T.V., so I ate my supper here at my computer while playing Microsoft FreeCell games.
I bathed after eating.
By the way, I napped quite well this early afternoon, and had a very interesting dream. However, I will allow it to fade into obscurity, for it is already nearing 9:15 p.m., and I hope to rise at 1:30 a.m. for a five-mile+ walk.
Concerning my drenching last evening, somehow my lameness seemed to leave me, and I walked with sureness. I have not felt the sensitivity about the musculature alongside my left shin since.
We shall see how I fare tonight.
I am now going to drink a cider ere my bedtime.
