And I succumbed and fell ... but I had been teasing into it for several days.

I cannot beat this. Only an utter lifestyle change can grant me the diversity of experience that I need to keep me involved in greater matters than is possible for me here in my debtor's prison.

An involvement of regular physical intimacy with a loving woman would also do the trick.

On a marginally related vein, last evening when I was having my 5.625-mile round trip hike to do some shopping at Real Canadian Superstore, a little more than halfway there I encountered Charles "Stickman", not coming upon him until he was too late to avoid.

Fortunately he seemed also bound with purpose, so we never chatted beyond some pleasantries. I asked him if by chance he knew of Rayah, and he speculated upon the possibility, but I am dubious. He was most vague ─ I think that he was merely seeking to seem supportive or helpful.

I was to get home from my late shopping to find my brother here watching T.V., and it was nearing midnight when I joined him and got the green light to put our Android TV Box to work. My brother correctly ventured that he would likely only sit up to see one of our shows.

I played Noughts + Crosses ─ "Episode 3" of the first series or season. 

My brother retired to his bedroom following a couple or so random YouTube videos. I was still downstairs when I noticed my wife arriving home following her full day of work, so I went upstairs to my bedroom where I keep this computer. I left my door open (we have separate bedrooms).

Anon she came upstairs, letting me know that she had another full day of work scheduled for today, so she was going to waste no time getting to bed.

Not me. I teased until possibly after 3:30 a.m. before forcing myself to bed in some despair or frustration.

Morning for me was just past 8 a.m. when I rose. My brother was later, but still ahead of 9 a.m. and thus he had control of the T.V. Nevertheless, I joined him around 9:10 a.m. and got the go-ahead to put our Android TV Box to work.

The entire morning was overcast, so my wife didn't have to worry about sunny glare when she left here at 10:15 or 10:20 a.m. on her fairly long drive to work.

I had my day's first meal while my brother was getting some bed rest before he left for the day to socialize.

It was still overcast when I commenced my willing succumbence that carried me through mid-afternoon by which time I was chagrined to realize that the day had become fully cloud-free. I could have continued the sunning benefit of yesterday.

In defeat and shame I never sought a needed nap until maybe nigh 4 p.m., and was actually rather shocked to rise thereafter and find it near 5:30 p.m.

What a lost day.

It essentially concluded with supper and a can of Cariboo Malt (8% alcohol) while I watched Black Lightning ─ episode 14 ("The Book of War: Chapter One: Homecoming") of season three.

I will be getting to bed reasonably early this evening in the hope of rising at 1:30 a.m. to start readying for a five-mile+ walk. Honestly, I do not much even feel like living.
