Friend or Foe?

X (formerly Twitter): Andrew Lawrence

Due to wilful recidivism last evening following that day's blog post, I was not to get to bed until just past 10:30 p.m. And as a consequence, I grudgingly set my cellphone alarm for 2 a.m. to get me up to ready for my planned five-mile+ walk.

A point arrived thereafter going to bed in which I felt myself to be unduly awake ─ did I perhaps fail to properly set my alarm? I needed to check.

It was inexplicably 1:20 a.m. ─ how was it that I felt as if I had slept longer?

This was too opportune to pass up, for a 'best case' scenario would have been getting to bed by 9:30 p.m. and rising at 1:30 a.m.

And thus it was that I rose. Had I not gotten overly involved with a Facebook post, I could even have been on my way earlier than I managed, for it was 2:24 a.m. by the time I was outside and set to go.

Without my sleeveless denim jacket on, I weighed 183 to 184 pounds fully clothed and in my boots.

Note that my wife had come home from her work at the Thai restaurant where she is employed part-time. And although a kitchen light was left on, no one else was up when I had risen.

Apart from my misbehaviour prior to my bedtime, there was another reason that I felt discouragement when I began my walk. I was crestfallen to see my upper arms in the bathroom mirror whilst I was wearing my sleeveless hoodie (95% polyester / 5% spandex) ─ due to loss of collagen, the skin overtop the biceps area looked especially stringy and made my arms seem emaciated.

I felt self-conscious about going public with such arms bared. They didn't even seem as fully muscled as they usually do.

Well, further discouragement was ahead, for when I was set to turn into the elementary school playground three or so blocks away so that I could exercise, at that very part of the school I became aware of people coming my way ─ there were at least three, one of whom was female.

I was not to be able to exercise. Instead, I continued on past the school and continued on with my walk. Sure, I could stop on my way back home, but at my age of 74, I tend to be extremely stiffened after having done that much walking.

I do not recall anything much else worth reporting concerning the walk, apart from occasionally cursing aloud in fury due to inconveniencing street traffic even at that time of night. Also, for the first time in months, I heard a coyote howling in the Green Timbers Lake area of the forest (Google Map) as I walked 100th Avenue from 148th Street ─ the coyote gave out four separate howls.

Anyway, once I was back to the school, just as I feared, I was into such an overall stiffened state that just managing two pull-ups in a first set attempt was so demoralizing that it was tempting to quit and just go home. But I did not.

I tried to loosen up a little, and then tried anew, this time managing three pull-ups, with another two in a third set. After that I was pretty much back to normal with the two sets of chin-ups (three chin-ups in each set), and a pair of pull-ups in both sets on the gymnastics-style rings where I held the final pull-up for a 30-count.

And then I tackled the dozen slow, full-range decline push-ups on a cement ramp.

I forget just when I was back home ─ somewhere from three to five minutes over two hours. I intended to water front yard garden plants, but a few checks revealed that my wife had done a very ample job last evening after she had gotten home.

It was probably nigh 6 a.m. by the time I eventually got back into bed.

It was almost 9 a.m. when I later was awake enough to be curious about the time, and I correctly believed that my younger brother was already up and watching T.V.

I soon enough joined him and was invited to put our Android TV Box into action, so I tuned in a 55-minute video published June 15 to Rumble's RAVries channel: 5G: Friend or Foe? - Full-length documentary.

5G - Friend Or Foe? A New Documentary Produced By Professor Olle Johansson, World Expert In EMF Radiation.

Professor Olle Johansson with Christine Zipps and many other experts present this new documentary on 5 G.

There is far more to the description, including numerous references, so please refer to the link. My sole major complaint was the never-ending loop of a single piece of royalty-free background music that I do not recall ever ceased ─ why would anyone want that nonsense heard over and over and over again instead of having the narration and conversation have primacy?

It stank of sheer amateurism.

I was very surprised after the video that my brother announced he was set to return to his bedroom for further bed rest ─ it was only 10:30 a.m.

By this point my wife was up for the day, and a little earlier her eldest son had left on his Harley-Davidson with two other bikers who were awaiting him outside.

I am unsure, but it may be possible that I was back to bed by as early as 11 a.m., and I may have remained abed for about three hours this very hot, sunny day. By then my brother was gone, and so was my wife's youngest son. She had also been out, for her car was then parked where my brother keeps his van ─ the spot nearest the front door.

My Sabbath fast had less by way of results than I actually expected.

After my wife left for work in the latter afternoon, I undertook a bath ─ I doubt that it was too much after 4:30 p.m. Baths are a major production for me, since I also shave my head. And since I only bathe every fourth day, I forwent any sunning today ─ I do not have time for both.

Well, stripped down for the bath, I weighed around 176 or 177 pounds ─ I had honestly expected to see myself below 175 pounds, especially in view of my 'stringy' upper arms when I left on my earlier nighttime walk.

I have my supper ─ which I will be free to eat after it gets dark ─ all dished up and here with me in my bedroom just in case of the event of my brother arriving home relatively early like he did yesterday. I do not have any free time to watch any shows with him because I intend to get up overnight at 4 a.m.

Also, I have no interest in watching any of our shared shows when I am unable to enjoy and drinking during them, and I can hardly drink if I am fasting.

I want to mention a video that I neglected to mention watching yesterday morning with him. Actually, it was the final half hour or so of a 1½-hour documentary that we had to suspend from the previous day for want of time.

Actually, its length was nearer 1¾ hours (1:43:14), and it had been published "3 years ago" to Rumble's ittabena channel: The Original Clinton Chronicles.

I am posting this for the parents of the two boys who "fell asleep on the railroad tracks".

This is mostly concerned with Clinton activity while they were still in Arkansas.

In seeking the link for this video, I have only just discovered that President Trump had an assassination attempt made on him today by somebody who was killed in the attempt. I am going to have to check out some videos about this.

***

So President Trump had a bullet possibly smash through the top of his ear, but otherwise was not struck. Unfortunately, one audience member took a bullet in the head and was killed, while another audience member was also struck ─ perhaps seriously.

The unknown shooter on a roof had his head blown open by a marksman or someone with a good aim.

It's going to be extremely interesting to learn if everything was as straightforward as presented, or if there are going to be some big surprises to come out of this.

It is 9:52 p.m. and I can now eat.
