Some Needed Sunning at Last

Last latter evening's 5.625-mile walk went as outlined in yesterday's post.

I returned home to find my younger brother seated at the dining table, apparently doing some cheque-writing. The T.V. was on, so when I changed clothes in my bedroom and came downstairs with a couple of cans of Cariboo Malt (8% alcohol), I waited until the show that was playing on T.V. finished at 11:30 p.m. and then I took over the T.V. and put our Android TV Box into action.

By this time I had heard enough of my brother's mutterings to understand that he was absolutely plastered.

I located the episode of Doc Martin I wanted ─ episode seven ("Do Not Disturb") of season or series four.

Sometimes I can barely believe how beautiful actress Caroline Catz is!

Regardless, my brother passed right out at the start of the episode and remained unconscious throughout.

The next show I have lined up is one with episodes nearly 1¾ hours long, so I did not dare to follow up Doc Martin with that. Besides, it was bad enough my besotted brother missed the episode of Doc Martin ─ there seemed no sense wasting an episode of yet another of our shows.

So I tuned in something less involving ─ the premier double-episode of 2024's season 16 of American Ninja Warrior.

My brother chose to revive while I was setting up the episode, and he managed to remain conscious. But his earlier pass-out did not prove sufficiently restorative for him to care to sit through the entire show, so I cancelled out of it after 67 minutes with possibly 17 minutes remaining.

We never got around to finish watching the episode this morning, so maybe we will manage it tomorrow morning. I will not be watching any T.V. with him this evening ─ I have a wee a.m. five-mile+ walk planned, so I will be getting up at either 1:30 or 1:45 a.m. tonight in all likelihood.

I was to drink three cans of Cariboo Malt last night on top of the two cans of Bumper Crop Crisp Apple Cider (7% alcohol) that I put down before my evening walk.

I was not feeling at all properly slept this morning. Even so, I rose before 8:30 a.m., if I am remembering aright. And not only did I have control of the T.V. by 9 a.m., but my brother never emerged from his bedroom until well past 10:30 a.m.

That was primarily why we never had time for American Ninja Warrior.

When he joined me, I used our Android TV Box to pay Odessa Orlewicz's 58-minute video published yesterday on Rumble: Pfizer Intentionally Destroyed Placebo Group & Dangerous "BirdFluVax." Interview With Dr. Rose.

Dear Jessica was at her kookiest best!

We also watched a 49-minute (49:23) video published yesterday at Rumble's Tucker Carlson  channel: Tucker Carlson’s Warning to Australians | Melbourne, Australia Full Speech.

My brother was to seek some bed rest, but I got involved with quite a meal I put together based around a 418-gramme can of pink salmon, a red onion, and some natural Olympic Krema yogourt.

It was more than I could eat, so the basis carried over to my supper.

I had still not pursued a nap when my brother emerged from his bedroom and left for the day.

I was not feeling particularly well, so I did resort to my bed, but I am unsure if I was there for an hour. I felt myself obligated to finally do some sunning.

And so it was that at 3:05 p.m. I was out in the backyard for over an hour and 40 minutes of much needed sunshine.

I know I ought to probably do some day walking, but I am just not feeling up to it quite yet.

Anyway, it is already after 9 p.m., so I am calling it quits on blogging for today. Bedtime is not far off at all.
