My cellphone alarm was set for 4 a.m. last night, but I was awake and used the toilet around 3 a.m., and after returning to bed for a short time I decided it was a waste of time just waiting for 4 a.m.
By 4 a.m. I was already on my way to the elementary school playground maybe three blocks away for some exercise.
No one else was up when I had risen; and after a fully-clothed weigh-in of possibly as light as 188 pounds, I was to find it dry outside, though barely above freezing.
My bad left foot was sensitive at outset, but I walked casually and it was never to feel particularly aggravated, although ever since it has seemed slightly more sensitive than it had felt yesterday.
At the playground, I was pleased to find the equipment perfectly dry.
With that encouragement, I managed repetitions as follows in first two sets of pull-ups (6-2), then two sets of chin-ups (3-3), and lastly two sets of pull-ups between a pair of gymnastics-style rings (2-2).
Using a pair of jungle gym monkey bars to loosely hang from thereafter, I did so for a 60-count.
Then it was over to the cement ramp for 10 slow full-range decline push-ups.
I may have managed to be back to bed by 6 a.m., later rising around 8:30 a.m. following some further sleep. My younger brother was to emerge from his bedroom just after 9 a.m.
So, what were we to watch this morning on T.V. after he turned it over to me so that I could put our Android TV Box to work?
I led us off with an hour-long (59:32) video published yesterday to Rumble's Libertytalkcanada channel: 100% Of Vaxxed Hearts Extremely Damaged As Per Pet/CT Scans. Interview With Dr. Shoemaker.
They compared the scans (that we show) to unvaxxed hearts which showed no damage. Hear what Dr. Shoemaker has to say about this shocking discovery by scientists and doctors. This is the FULL one hour version.

Next I tuned in the last half or so of the video my brother and I had cut short from yesterday morning. The video was 52 minutes (52:05) and had been uploaded October 25, 2023, to YouTube's FD Ancient History channel: Empire Builders: Ancient Egypt - Three Thousand Years of History | FD Ancient History.
Rising to prominence in North Africa along the fertile valley of the river Nile, ancient Egypt prospered and grew to become one of the world’s earliest and greatest civilisations.
In this episode of Empire Builders we travel through time to appreciate 3000 years of ancient Egyptian history through the amazing stories of ten of its most famous and spectacular buildings. It’s a journey of discovery that will take us to ancient Egypt’s greatest pyramids and obelisks, and its most magnificent temples and tombs.
That was followed by a 22-minute (22:37) video published November 26, 2020, to BitChute's bluedemon218 channel: Psychology of Casey Anthony & Death of Caylee Pt. II (Only at Bitchute).
2 Parts. First part Casey's Parents are Interviewed getting their outlook on the Events and Case that took Place. Second part is where Casey Anthony is Interviewed for the First time since after the Trial.
*Note the Parents Interview is longer yet I'll leave their 3rd link below:

Our final video was 22 minutes (22:24) and had been uploaded January 22, 2016, to YouTube's Proper Gander channel: Secrets of Coral Castle, with Leonard Nimoy - Telekinesis and Anti-gravity.
Hosted by Leonard Nimoy, this film highlights the amazing stone work at Coral Castle. If you had visited Coral Castle in the 1940s, you would have been greeted enthusiastically by a man weighing a mere 100 pounds and standing just over 5 feet tall. He would have asked you for ten cents admission and introduced you to his fantasy world.
As you moved around his sculpture garden in stone, and the significance of each piece was explained, you would have been witness to the great pride Edward Leedskalnin took in his work.
Since it is documented that no one ever witnessed Ed’s labor in building his beloved Coral Castle, some have said he had supernatural powers. Ed would only say that he knew the secrets used to build the ancient pyramids and if he could learn them, you could too.
Features of the Coral Castle Museum include a 9-ton gateor door that moves with just a touch of the finger, a Polaris telescope and functioning rocking chairs – all made entirely of stone.
We wonder what was the inspiration that could cause a man to spend 28 years to carve a Coral Castle from the ground up using nothing but home made tools. An homage to unrequited love? Perhaps to illustrate ancient sciences that defy gravity? Or maybe just sheer, raw human determination?
The Coral Castle is an everlasting mystery to those who explore it.
My brother sought some lengthy bed rest, and probably left for a bus to visit a pub where he usually goes on Thursdays. He requires two buses in making that visit. He left while I was to bed for an hour or so for a nap.
My wife had today off work and into the midafternoon she resorted to her bedroom for an apparent nap, and is still there as I type these words at 5:31 p.m. Perhaps she plans going out later to party with friends.
I will be sitting up late this evening watching shows with my brother and of course drinking some beer. If my wife was not here and if I was not planning the 1½-mile round trip hike to do some grocery shopping at Save-On-Foods and thereby giving my bad left foot a good test, likely I would watch a Christmas movie. I still get anxious with the arrival of darkness ─ the unease is likely a result of some alcohol withdrawal.
Maybe watching a Christmas movie that stirs up my emotions while drinking is not the best means of healing from the (for me) traumatic Christmas / New Years period, but it is my way.
I am also uptight about my financial situation.
With that said, I am going to close this post and tend to a couple of things before readying for that walk. It is now 5:40 p.m. and my wife just emerged from her bedroom to use the bathroom.
