I am so disgustingly and pathetically weak.
Instead of getting to bed properly early last evening to allow me a walk overnight to the nearby elementary school playground for some exercise there, I engaged sordidness until 12:30 a.m. before finally being free to wrap up and get to bed.
There was no sense trying to get up at 3:30 a.m. for exercise, so I did my best to sleep in. Nevertheless, around 6:30 a.m. I needed to seek some relief at the toilet, and thereafter when I was still awake a half hour later, I rose.
I wanted to avail myself of the early morning daylight, so around 7:30 a.m. I visited the backyard tool shed to compensate for the missed exercising.
Two sets of pull-ups (5-2); then two sets of chin-ups (3-2); and finally two sets of pull-ups between two bars (2-2). I may have only held a loose hang after the very final pull-up for a 35-count.
Then back in the house, 10 slow full-range push-ups on the kitchen linoleum floor.
Much of my poor showing was a result of feeling oddly over-trained ─ that deep discomfort involving a little soreness and strain of muscle and complementary tissues.
Around 8:30 a.m. I found it necessary to lie down because of a decline due to inadequate sleep, and I killed time until 9 a.m., going downstairs then to lay claim to the T.V. because my younger brother had yet to emerge from his bedroom.
When he got around to finally joining me, I led us off with a nine-minute (9:11) video uploaded yesterday to YouTube's AnitaK channel: Antibody connection to BC Ostrich cull? - and Convoy Feb 1st.
Help save 400 Ostriches from being killed on a farm in Edgewood, BC.

Next I tuned in the four most recent videos at YouTube's Redacted channel, but I am not going to bother listing them.
After those, we finished watching the video we cut short yesterday. At 52 minutes (52:09), it had been uploaded November 9, 2021, to BitChute's ittabena channel: HMS Titanic and HMS Olympic Swich Documentary.
I learned of this video through the Juan O Savin book Kid By The Side Of The Road. Quality of video is iffy but the info is interesting.
It was definitely interesting! Now, if every detail claimed in the documentary is the truth, there could be no question that this switch did indeed occur.
But I am not about to embark upon a crusade to make that degree of verification. Instead, I will merely retain the possibility in my memory.
The book Kid By the Side of the Road can presently be read here as a .pdf document.
We finished up our viewing with a very good movie, but it ran overlong, so we have postponed its completion. I will cite it once we have finished watching it.
After my brother returned to his bedroom for some rest, I had a meal and then pursued a nap. Meantime during it, my brother was to leave to catch a bus and head off to one of two pubs to engage his daily social drinking. I am assuming his destination, for it is always possible that he instead opted to head over to where his girlfriend Bev lives.
I still don't know just when she is to be moved into our home. Supposedly she is to vacate her suite (or whatever she lives in) by end of day tomorrow. Yet my brother has said nothing to me about helping with any move of her possessions.
Even so, yesterday ─ or was it the day before? ─ my eldest stepson had said to me that he had been invited to help out. Likely, though, the lad would be working a 12-hour shift that day; or else he would have some other involvement. I do not actually know.
If I am to be enlisted ─ and if the move is on for tomorrow ─ then perhaps it is best that I do not challenge my bad left foot this evening with the four-mile round trip hike to the nearest government liquor store for two dozen cans of beer (which weigh 20 pounds). I have been considering the venture. But my plantar fasciitis (or whatever is wrong) would probably flare up from the stress of such a walk, and that would be problematic if I am to be helping with Bev's move tomorrow or even Saturday.
Besides, if I am to be involved with my brother tomorrow on a moving job, then I could have him stop at the liquor store and I could then stock up on four dozen cans of beer!
Tonight is to be a late one for me ─ it is one of the three evenings a week that I involve myself with my brother to watch shows that we follow in common. And of course, I will be enjoying two or three cans of beer.
My nap has left me feeling as if I am approaching an eyestrain headache, so I am going to take a break from this post at 5:46 p.m. and have a rest in darkness ─ or maybe even to watch something on T.V.
Whatever the case, I will conclude this post shortly, even if only to record that I have nothing further to report.

It is now 7:57 p.m.
I am going to watch an episode of Westworld as I await my brother's homecoming this somewhat wet day ─ it will be the third season's episode five ("Genre").
