My 6 a.m. cellphone alarm not only roused me, but I was still feeling too much like sleeping that I probably took anywhere up to 20 minutes more before I finally got myself up from my bed.
It might have even been longer than that.
But there was no great rush. It is too dark now until nearer 7 a.m. to do any front yard garden watering if it needs doing.
When I tended to that chore, it was out to the backyard tool shed for my token six sets of pull-ups and chin-ups with a single repetition in each, but I had the usual 31 full flat-footed squats to seek to work my damaged right knee. Thus the usual 20 assisted squats, 10 unassisted, and then a single unassisted that I held in the full squat position for a 100-count.
It was at least 7:30 a.m. by the time I was back into the house, but only because of how late it was before I first went outside to do the front yard watering ─ it was past 7 a.m. by then.
My younger brother may have emerged from his bedroom near 8:30 a.m., but I do not always pay much heed to the time of that occurrence. It was nigh 9:10 a.m. ere I went downstairs to join him for some morning T.V. and a mug of hot instant coffee with the works.
After he turned the T.V. over to me so that I could let our Android TV Box take over, I tuned in a seven-minute (7:09) video uploaded yesterday to YouTube's AnitaK channel: Canada Still Wants to Destroy 400 Healthy Ostriches in BC.
Periodically then and over my day I have been visiting the two live video feeds that I know of at Universal Ostrich Farms in Edgewood, B.C.
Both are at YouTube, and one is of course on the Universal Ostrich Farms channel; the other at the Rebel News channel.
Following Anita Krishna's video I tuned in an hour-long (1:03:08) video published earlier today at Rumble's HealingEarth channel: Is Tyler Robinson A Patsy? Examining ALL The Evidence - Ian Carroll.

Our final video was The Morning Show ─ the premiere episode ("My Roman Empire") of season four. I took then to create my breakfast, so I missed out on watching the earliest part of the episode, and only heard some of it. I suppose Wikipedia's write-up helped correct that lapse.
My wife had a full workday today, so she rose towards 9:45 a.m. and was on her rather long and sunny drive by maybe 10:20 a.m. (but I honestly forget just when she left, for I did not pay particular heed).
After my brother returned to his bedroom nigh 11:30 a.m. for further bed rest, I eventually sought my usual early afternoon nap, but I have gone blank on just when that was. Before 12:30 p.m.? Just after 1 p.m.?
Whatever the case, I rose to find Bev gone away with my brother to most likely do some shopping. What I did not expect was that he would already be restocking on another case of two dozen cans of beer even though his current supply is close to a dozen cans. I had hoped to go with him when he had next run that errand.
So now it will be into this coming weekend at earliest before I can resupply. I have beer enough, but I was hoping to just buy two dozen cans plus a four-litre box of red wine. Instead, I am going to have to buy four dozen cans to fend off having to do the next resupply too very soon.
Bummer.
They did not return until maybe 2:40 p.m., and he then never left to catch a bus to begin his daily social drinking until nearly 3 p.m. As a result, I doubt I began my sunning any earlier than 3:10 p.m., and put in about an hour. However, I was fully clothed except for having my shirt wide open. And I only sunned my front and my sides ─ not the back of my head. In that latter case if I was sunning my back I would have removed my shirt.
And that brings me to now at 5:25 p.m. Today is a bath day, so I am going to break. I will not be having the usual light exercising session in my wife's vacant bedroom because after a very light supper I want to watch a couple of shows here on my bedside computer so that I can justify the usual two cans of Cariboo Malt (7.9% alcohol), and try to ensure I get to bed early enough this evening to make rising at 3 a.m. less strenuous, for I plan a visit to the elementary school playground for a more proper session of pull-ups and chin-ups than characterized the tool shed.
I have been considering that very soon it may be prudent to rise at 2 a.m. if I have much hope of finding the playground equipment to still be dry; the closer it gets to the final hours of night, the more likely condensation is going to collect, and I must have dry equipment for a secure grip and true maximum performance.
Back anon.

Stripped down for my bath, I was probably 179 pounds; but as said earlier, I did have a large breakfast. Supper ─ may day's second and last meal ─ was indeed quite meagre. I have some hope for good results at the school playground in the coming wee a.m., but we shall see.
My brother showed up at 6:50 p.m., by the way.
The first show I watched was Titans ─ episode seven ("Asylum") of the first season. The episode was so damned exciting that it was all I could do to hold myself to just one can of beer.
I am so outrageously fed up with people who don't do the right thing, and justify doing the wrong thing with the excuse that they were only doing their job, or following orders.
So when "Dick Grayson" chose to deal with a mob of security goons working for the wrongdoers, he was merciless. And those still left alive with their injuries, he left to die in the holocaust that was to follow when "Kory" burned the asylum down with all who were still alive in it.
As "Dick" kept battling the thugs and steadily destroying them despite incurring occasional licks from these pricks, I found myself exulting aloud and actually calling out in my raging enthusiasm. I was picturing the mindless RCMP gangs who threaten anyone their masters sic them on ─ the cops always claim that they're only doing their jobs.
So were Nazis. Just like the cops at the Universal Ostrich Farms in Edgewood, B.C.; or those who decimated the peaceful Freedom Convoy 2022 in Ottawa.
It is no valid excuse. And anyone claiming it as their justification deserves to go down as hard as do their masters.
My source for the show was this excellent CineGo.tv link.
My second and final show was Prime Suspect ─ episode three ("Bitch") of the first season. It was darned good ─ almost revetting. However, it could not possibly rouse me up like that episode of Titans did.
This time my source was this uFLIX.to link.
I have spent a lot of time today on Facebook posting about government and police corruption, and particularly involving Universal Ostrich Farms.
Anyway, it is 10:17 p.m., and I must start shutting things down and getting to bed.
