And so, another blighted afternoon, and a further blot on my record and my self-regard.
I was able to get to bed early last evening ─ that is, ahead of 10 p.m. I even alerted my wife (who had not worked that day) of my intention to go directly to bed as soon as I heard my younger brother arriving into the house from wherever he had been 'socializing', for it was already beyond his 9:30 p.m. deadline (a deadline unknown to him).
I had an early a.m. five-mile walk planned for overnight, and this time I intended to set my cellphone alarm for 2:30 a.m. so as to better cushion me from the earliest commuters. After all, the entire purpose of these night walks is to avoid both street traffic and other people who are afoot, and rising at 3 a.m. sees me getting back a wee bit later than I like.
Well, I eventually fell asleep after getting to bed; and then came that point in the a.m. when I vaguely heard my cellphone alarm, evidently rousing me from sleep. I hurriedly rose to turn off the noise, and rather unexpectedly noticed that the time at that point was 2:33 a.m. ─ I had slept through approximately three minutes of the alarm.
Certainly, it is not loud, and my cellphone is four to six feet from my head (depending on how much I have migrated in the bed in seeking comfortable postures). But this still did surprise me, for I feel myself to be a troubled sleeper.
I began the process of readying myself, and by the time I approached the locked front door I noted that it was 2:52 a.m. ─ I was getting away decently early, by my estimation.
It had been raining, and still was, but it was only sprinkling rain. I did not feel myself under threat of getting wetted as long as it got no worse. And in fact, most of my walk was under even a lighter sprinkling.
I put in my usual trek through Whalley, a trek which I believe may slightly exceed five miles. And as has been my routine on these walk, both early into and late into the outing, I made my stop at an elementary school to do some pull-ups on the gymnastics-style rings in the older kids' playground. Typically, though, by the time I am there at the late stage of my walk, I find myself to be stiffened and a full pull-up has thus far been unattainable. Even in the early stage of the walk, I might manage two pull-ups in a set, but thus far I have not been able to repeat the feat in any of the other three sets.
I only stay for four sets, so often each set comprises just a single pull-up. This is of course rather disappointing; however, I am 72 years old, and fully clothed as I was, I likely weigh around 200 pounds at a height of just under five feet and 11 inches (177.8 centimetres).
(Later in the morning back at home, I weighed myself while entirely naked before I had yet eaten anything and I registered as much as 193 or 194 pounds.)
This entire walk does not take a full two hours, so I was home again nicely ahead of 5 a.m., and back into bed at some point before 5:30 a.m.
My morning was to begin around 8:40 a.m., perhaps. My younger brother had yet to emerge from his bedroom, and I thought that I might be able to access the T.V. at 9 a.m. ahead of him, but that was not to be so. He was downstairs just before then, and I was still upstairs here at my computer ... which is in my present bedroom.
My wife and I have separate bedrooms ─ this has been so ever since quite early in November after I was hospitalized with quite serious "COVID 19" in October.
When I did join my brother for some T.V. well past 9 a.m., and he turned it over to me in order for me to tune in some videos via our Android TV Box, I led us off with a 56-minute April 29 upload to Rumble by the Canadian Citizens for Charter Rights and Freedoms: C3RF "In Hot" interview with the Honourable Brian Peckford - The Charter in a pandemic world.
The Honourable Brian Peckford engages in a spirited discussion of his most recent efforts to give the Charter its rightful place in a Canada rocked by pandemic. Who better to do so than the last living "First Minister" responsible for patriating our Constitution and its embedded Charter. The supreme law of the land, and the citizens it protects, cannot be shunted aside.
Mr. Peckford has more reliance upon our judicial system than does my brother and I, but he does instill at least a little hope and encouragement.
The next video I selected was also a Rumble upload (on either May 4 or 5), but this time by Laura-Lynn Tyler Thompson: Attorney Reiner FΓΌllmich – Crimes Against Humanity Tour.
At an hour and 33 minutes, the video featured a lecture or address that Reiner had made on a "Crime Against Humanity Tour" in the U.S. that is presently in effect from April 23 to June 19:
Dr. Reiner FΓΌllmich is an established professor and co-author of many articles/books in the areas of: banking law, medical law and private international law. Since the beginning of 2020, Dr. FΓΌllmich has been incredibly outspoken against the authoritarian Covid-19 measures placed upon the citizens of many countries around the world.
Tickets for the "Crimes Against Humanities Tour" can be purchased here:

Obviously this video well complemented the Brian Peckford video, since both relate to legal actions concerning the casedemic / plandemic / scamdemic, even though Brian does not express awareness of the abominable worldwide greater agenda that is taking place that Reiner is so conversant about.
I had to pause Reiner's presentation because my brother got a phone call from his girlfriend Bev ─ she had been called in to work in the stead of another employee who was unable to show up (she works in a small business that includes a bar or pub). She wanted him to pick her up and drive her to the job.
She lives a little more than two miles from us.
By the time he was home again and we finished watching the video, it was approximately 12:30 p.m., so I settled on playing a 20-minute video Laura-Lynne had posted today: Interview with "Ohio" Brett Bohl.
Brett Bohl is a passionate, national speaker from Ohio, who is currently working toward a goal of challenging, encouraging and inspiring audiences to aspire for the future transformational changes. Since 2004, Ohio Brett has been delivering powerful programs, that are positively impacting individuals in high school, college, companies, and churches - he is also known to travel with fellow sports entertainment speakers.

I had not before heard of the young chap. Initially, I was somewhat put off by his unnatural evangelistic mode of talking, for I do not feel that it is necessary for anyone to constantly speak like they are giving a sermon. To me, if just seems affected ─ that is, "unnatural".
However, I did manage to warm up to the young fellow as the interview wore on.
With this video done, my brother was set for some bed rest. Today he would be catching a bus and rendezvous with one or two of his drinking buddies at some pub that was not particularly favouring any of them as to location.
When he finally left, I was iniquitously shut up in my bedroom, and never sought a needed nap until into the latter half of the afternoon.
I must mention that the day has been wet ─ at times the rain has been falling in seriousness, so I was fortunate with conditions during my early walk.
My wife had a full workday at the Thai restaurant where she is employed part-time, and rose around 9:45 a.m. to commence readying for her day. She left on the fairly long drive in plenty of time to make the restaurant's 11 a.m. opening.
Since my brother is extremely unlikely to be back home until maybe around 10 p.m. or later, I may sit up awaiting him, for I have nothing planned for the morning.
I wish I were a far better man than I am. My younger self would be so ashamed of the person he would be living to become.
