A Change of Plan

Fairly early last evening I made the decision to get to bed relatively early, with the plan in mind to rise at 4 a.m. and thereby have sufficient time to gear up for both a good walk and some grocery shopping. I figured to both have a five-mile walk, and get the shopping done on the final leg of the walk. The store is a mile from here at most, and opens at 7 a.m.

I was probably to bed around 9:30 p.m. or soon thereafter, having a little earlier heard my younger brother arrive home, which prompted me to shut myself into my bedroom and thus be out of his reach in case he besought me to watch some T.V. with him.

It seems to me that I may have noticed that there was a possible light blanketing of snow on the ground.

Sleep did not come especially fast; and when it did arrive, it came and went in successions. When my cellphone alarm sounded at 4 a.m. I was quite ready to rise, for I do not typically spend so much time in bed ─ in excess of six hours.

When I went downstairs to boil water for a black instant coffee, the house interior was not very dark due to the large amount of snow that had by then fallen. Snow reflects a lot of light, and we had darned near a foot of the stuff.

I realized that this might well conflict with my planned walk.

Eventually I decided that it might be best to leave a little ahead of 6 a.m. As well, I had concluded that five miles was probably going to be an overreach.

I dressed warmly, and even donned a toque in case my ears were at risk from any cold wind. Unfortunately I forgot to weigh myself while fully dressed, both before and after my outing. This was fairly important because I was desirous of knowing just how much poundage I was handling when I stopped early into my walk at an elementary school playground for six sets of pull-ups and chin-ups in which I only managed two repetitions in each set.

I did weigh myself early the previous evening while entirely naked and about to have a bath, and after having only eaten once that day (during the noon hour) ─ I seemed to be encroaching 192 pounds.

Therefore, fully dressed as I was on my walk, I venture that I probably hit a minimum of 202 pounds.

The travelling was disheartening. I realized that five miles would be a ludicrous undertaking. In fact, I had even abandoned the projected shopping ─ I had no interest in trying to bear home groceries when the mere act of walking was as challenging as it was.

My goal was only to reach my financial institution's ATM which is almost 'next door' to the store I had intended to shop at ─ I was running low on cash on hand, and my monthly pension had been directly deposited on Friday. I felt that it was imperative to achieve at least that much as my outing.

And so I did.

Alas, once the $200 were safely into my wallet, I saw that the time was 6:40 a.m. ─ so tantalizingly close, yet I was not going to be hanging about in an attempt to expend a full 20 minutes waiting for the store to open just so that I could struggle home laden with groceries that were not immediately essential.

Back home I trod, several times jogging exhaustively to cover the distance. It is very demanding to jog in snow, but strangely enough I find that I am more sure-footed than by just walking in the stuff. I do less slipping and teetering.

But it is fast exhausting.

Once I was back home, before I came into the house I decided to shovel the public sidewalk ─ the portion that we are responsible for. The effort would be some additional exercise that this 73-year-old would be benefiting from.

I got that chore done, and came upstairs where I dressed down; and I returned to bed around 7:30 a.m. and remained there for approximately an hour.

We never got our Sunday morning edition of The Province that I subscribe to, so I ensured that when my brother had not come downstairs by 9 a.m., I had access to the T.V.

When he finally made his way downstairs shortly after 9 a.m., I had a video all set up for us to watch via our Android TV Box ─ Odessa Orlewicz's livestream of yesterday: The Marburg Simulation and WHY. Have They Written This In Stone?

Tedros has just called an emergency meeting about Marburg. Catastrophcc Contagion was rehearsed 16 weeks ago about a "breakout in Afr!ca" by the same players of "Covid. Will they actually try to pull this off again and why they need to. 3 Mexican separate state run oil plants went up in flames yesterday. WEF begs for governments to start rationing due to the infrastructure attacks they are creating for their not so great "Reeee-Settt. This is not an episode to miss.

The video was 58 minutes in duration, but definitely not top drawer. Odessa tends to do poorly when she works on her own, and when she has no guest to interview.

I next tuned in the What's Up Canada? livestream of two days ago on Rumble ─ this video well exceeded an hour (1:10:03): Plan B: Debut The Litter Box.

Dr Andrew Huff the Eco Health Alliance Whistleblower intended to join us but had to reschedule to next week so plan B is up and you get Tajana and I trying something new.

The Litter box

Truthseeker01011 and I will unpack the biggest lies currently pumping out of the Mercenary Media (MSM) and putting them where they belong, in the #LitterBoxFiles.

This Friday at 6:00 pm Central we tackle some scary science on the Ohio train wreck, the Global Pandemic Treaty and more. See you there!

After this video, I had thought that maybe my brother and I could conclude our viewing by watching a sitcom, for it was not yet into the noon hour. However, he apparently had something more ambitious in mind ─ shovelling the driveway.

And my youngest stepson soon joined him ─ that was nice to witness, although the lad had likely only intended to nip off to buy some 'take out' coffee.

I took these two candid photos at one point while they seemed to be deliberating upon their progress ─ it was 12:03 p.m.:

I do not understand why those two photos are so wretchedly gloomy. Was it simply because I was taking the photos from within the living room, and thus the camera was not bathed in daylight?

Compare these four photos that I took at 7:27 a.m. in the early morning after I had finished shovelling the public sidewalk ─ the same camera, except this time I was actually outside:

I may as well include this photo of a mini-iris cluster that I took at 2:57 p.m. on February 21 ─ the blooms had already appeared a few days before:

The flowers were still doing their best to hold strong over the past three or so days while we have undergone something of a freeze, but I don't know how they will manage to cope buried beneath the snow ─ maybe they are done for.

Poor things.

Anyway, once my brother finished shovelling, he came back inside to watch more T.V. However, I was here at my computer upstairs in my bedroom, and soon I sought another nap. I was only down for approximately an hour, but he had disappeared for the day by then.

I caught notice of this short video on Twitter by a very beautiful Dutch lass ─ this is extremely discouraging news:

I am coming to believe that the only solution in dealing with the corrupt governments in so many of our countries are speedy short trials and mass executions.

Only God can possibly right the mess that our world is in.

In concluding yesterday's post, I mentioned that I was planning to make a telephone call. Well, I did try, but only accessed the receiver's voicemail. Consequently, I would like to make another attempt following this post at some point.

I am also hoping to get out early in the evening to do some grocery shopping nearer home than the earlier foiled attempt ─ the store I have in mind is only four or so blocks away.

And so I shall call it a day for this post.
