The Threat of UNDRIP and the 15 Minute Cities

Although it took some studied application, with my younger brother not yet home last evening from his daily socializing, at 9:02 p.m. I was out at streetside and on my way to do some shopping at the slightly nearest Real Canadian Superstore that is approximately a round trip walk of 5.625 miles.

As well, I was going to see if it was possible to activate the ATM card for my recently new personal account where I now keep the bulk of my monthly pension as a safeguard against pillaging by my wife. Our joint account had less than $80 in it.

It had rained quite hard in the morning, but that ceased by midday and it was dry out with only wispy clouds in evidence in the sky. Overnight, the temperature was to remain maybe a degree or so Celsius above freezing.

Well, it was not possible to use my new ATM card for a withdrawal, and I only had $20 in cash in my wallet. So I used my original card and withdrew $60 from the joint account.

I was obviously limited on expenditure once I was shopping; and in fact, my bill came to $63.24, so my prudence was warranted.

The cashier I selected was standing idle, for the store was not busy. She was an older lady, and as I was about to go, I mentioned that I had a walk ahead of me of just over 2¾ miles.

She perked up, and I was to discover that she is a fairly devout walker, so we spent some time chatting until another customer showed up and I was able to be on my way.

Note that when I first arrived to the store, there was an attractive young woman loitering around outside. She was still doing so when I left.

I passed her by and walked for a short distance, and then thought of offering her some cash if she was in need. So I stopped and at the same time was turning about to look her way while having my hand on my wallet, when I saw that she had been joined by some chap.

So possibly she was just waiting outside for someone, as strange as that might seem. Whatever the case, it saved me from parting with any money.

My trek was uneventful, and it may have been around 11:35 p.m. by the time I was back home and outside the locked front door.

I found my brother alert and watching T.V., so I came upstairs to my bedroom and dressed down, and then joined him. He was only to sit up until maybe 12:30 a.m., so I was to bed maybe 45 minutes later at most.

Despite my wearying walk, sleep was disinterested in partnering with me, and I seemed to sleep lightly throughout my night, finally rising around 7:45 a.m. ─ it took some effort not to rise just after 7 a.m. Only the relative chilliness of my bedroom kept me from doing so.

These excursions seem to elevate my metabolism and thereafter keep me keyed up, making sleep difficult.

Upon rising and visiting the bathroom, I saw through its partially open window that nearby roofs were frosty, so perhaps we hit freezing hereabouts regardless of any online claims.

Last evening's walk and shabby sleep left me feeling rather rough, and I never much improved by the time my brother left here to go and pick up his girlfriend Bev at 10 a.m. to drive her to work. That was my opportunity to get out to the backyard tool shed for some exercises before he made his return.

Sometimes I feel so lacking that if I did not already know from prior experience that I would be able to perform, I would be too daunted to dare try.

Specifically the six sets of pull-ups and chin-ups are what primarily garner this doubt.

Armed with the knowing that I would most likely be capable of what I was tasked with, I set about attempting the first set ─ the first and also the second sets are pull-ups (palms of the hands facing outwards; chin-ups are when the palms are facing towards one).

I had not weighed myself while fully clothed for the exercises, for my youngest stepson had chosen to occupy the bathroom just as I was readying myself to go outside. However, yesterday I was hovering at 195 pounds while similarly clothed.

To my dismay, I just began to haul myself off the chair I was standing on (I have to use an old ladder from a child's slide ─ the ladder is placed horizontally across rafters in the shed, and thus is far above my reach) when a cramp-like or sprain-like pain manifested itself in my upper right arm ─ the inner side of the arm.

I made a second attempt, and the pain was there again. I had noticed that something was amiss yesterday late in the afternoon when I was handling a heavy dumbbell.

The onset of the pain each time I attempted to pull myself up was too dramatic to confront and work through. Something was definitely not right.

So I decided to see if I could do chin-ups. Fortunately, I could ─ with absolutely no related pain.

I did four sets of those; and finished with two sets of pull-ups whereby I grasped each side of the ladder and pulled myself up between the two bars.

My repetitions in the six sets matched what has become my current ceiling in the past few weeks: 4 - 3 - 3 - 2 - 2 - 2.

It was bad news that typical pull-ups have become impossible, but at least I can still handle the other two variations. I will heal ─ even if I am 73 years old.

I was only just back into the house when my brother returned.

Over the course of the morning we were to watch a few videos on T.V. via our Android TV Box. I led us off with yesterday's upload to Rumble's A Warrior Calls channel: AI Dominion Games Ep 17: TESLA'S EPSTEIN SHERMAN TARGETS, TRUDEAU'S CHILDBASE STRANGLER GAMES.

The video was approximately a half hour long if one omits the redundant closing sequence that Christopher James almost always includes to end his videos. You can refer to the video description at the link provided ─ I am not inclined to reproduce it here. Suffice to say that Christopher's guest in the series is David Hawkins.

My brother correctly observed that each of these videos is practically a regurgitation of identical information, and today I zoned right out for most of it. I hope this series is not intended to be indeterminate ─ I never dreamed that it would drag on for as long as it has.

Next I tuned in two videos that had been streamed yesterday to Rumble's What's Up Canada channel beginning with the shorter of them ─ 21 minutes: 15 minute cities, in case your wondering what that even means.

In case you're wondering, this will break it down nicely.

The next wave of globalists making sure you have nothing, but will be happy little slaves is here. As always, delivered with the same smug, condescending, predictable, sense of sickeningly "wonderful" Utopian drug induced do-goodery and smiles.

That was essentially a prelude to the longer video that just exceeded an hour (1:05:33): UNDRIP: The Plan to Carve Up Canada.

The next wave of globalists are trying hard to make sure you have nothing, expecting you to be happy little slaves. As always, they deliver their "Conquest Agenda" with the same smug, condescending, predictable, sense of sickeningly "wonderful" Utopian drug induced do-goodery and smiles.

Tonight with special guest Ron Vaillant we are going to clarify a lot, explain a lot, uncover a lot, and tell people about the things Ron has been doing successfully to stop this wave of conquest.

Who is Ron? Ron Vaillant is a life long Albertan who has monitored the Globalist agenda and movements since the mid. 80s.

Ron ran in 2 federal elections trying to save our country, way of life, and freedoms, and has become an expert in the attack on Canada, including the most important untold story on UNDRIP.

You can see the information he posts on Facebook and Youtube under his name, Ron Vaillant.

This stream and all the information we reference will be available later at this link:

or on the Whats Up Canada website: https://whatsupcanada.org

There was more to the description, so refer to the video link if interested.

By this time we had come within 15 minutes of noon's arrival, so I just tuned in an episode of the BBC comedy T.V. series W1A using the BeeTV app.

Thereafter my brother sought bed rest before he left for the day to again socialize. I resisted my nap until he had gone ─ unintentionally done so by me, of course. I just happened to become involved in one thing or another here at my computer.

I will be sitting up late this evening, for I have nothing scheduled for the early morrow.

My wife is presently in Rome, Italy, visiting a sister of hers who lives there. She left YVR early in the evening of January 23.

She posted seven photos to her Facebook account today at 2:41 a.m. Pacific Time Zone, or 11:41 a.m. local Rome time. Unfortunately, I am unable to identify her location ─ there is nothing in the photos that is sufficiently distinctive:

As well, she previously posted this 2½-minute video at 3:41 p.m. Pacific Time Zone yesterday, or 12:41 a.m. today local Rome time. She was at the Trevi Fountain:

And with that said, I might as well close today's post.

I have plans to try and watch a movie late this afternoon / early evening, well before my brother gets back home.
