Good intentions were insufficient ─ I never left home early last evening to do some local pharmacy shopping. I had burned right out and needed to lie down. But even thereafter, I had nothing in reserve ─ and my nose and surrounding area were flushed. Clearly, something was not right.
I didn't even have the interest to play a movie.
My younger brother never arrived home until almost 10 p.m. ─ he had commuted by bus to hook up with one or two drinking buddies at a pub in an area where he would have been more at risk of being nabbed for drunk driving had he driven.
By the time of his return to home, I was reasonably back to how I would normally have felt at that hour, so I had no difficulty watching three of our shows with him while enjoying two cans of the strong (8% alcohol) malt that I keep in stock.
We have been without rain for at least the past couple of days, but I suspect that it will be showing up at some point this evening and I will not be having a dry walk after I rise at 2 a.m. to quickly ready for one of my 5½-mile walks ─ if indeed I do get to bed early enough this evening and avoid becoming involved with my brother once he is back home from his daily socializing.
He headed away for the day following our usual latter morning television viewing together, and after I had gotten to bed to seek a needed nap.
Where that television viewing was concerned, I led us off (via our Android TV Box) with yesterday's upload to Rumble's A Warrior Calls channel: WORLD MUST LISTEN NOW.
Christopher James had no guests, so he covered too much for me to detail, and the video well exceeded 1¼ hours.
Then we watched a similarly long (1:20:50) video posted yesterday to Rumble's Vaccine Safety Research Foundation Channel: LIVE News + A Replay of Whistleblower Brook Jackson + Attorneys Warner Mendenhall & Robert Barnes.
I damned well wish that I had been paying better attention ─ I only now realize that almost all of the video was a replay from possibly last Spring. This is most annoying, for my brother and I could have been spending the lost hour watching current material instead.
I hate that!
The video took us to maybe 12: 15 p.m., so my brother opted then to get some bed rest before leaving for the day.
As I have already said, it is dry out there, but a wind sprang up mid-afternoon that caused me to close my bedroom window because it was just getting too chilly for my comfort.
I am now going to close this post with a slew of photos that my wife posted today while in Rome, Italy, where she is visiting a sister of hers who lives there.
This first one was taken at an outdoor market that she wrote was reminiscent of the sort in her home village in Thailand ─ she posted this to her Facebook account at 5:22 a.m. Pacific Time Zone, or 2:22 p.m. local Rome time. I did not bother downloading a lot of the photos that were only of the produce that was available:
This next batch was posted to Facebook at 6:38 a.m. Pacific Time Zone, or 3:38 p.m. local Rome time. Unfortunately, I had no clues as to where in Rome she was at the time:
This final batch were taken somewhere in the Borgo district of Rome, but I was able to more specifically identify that the fountain photos were displaying the Fontana Di Piazza Del Catalone (Fountain in Piazza Del Catalone):
The young lad is, I believe, my wife's nephew Daniel.
