Twitter: Fundamental Justice

Am I ever thankful that I did not delay last evening to watch the movie that I did ─ from the little I read of it, I thought that it might be a movie my younger brother would enjoy if I saved the movie to watch with him.

It was such trash that I can barely withhold cursing, and it cost me over two hours of my time.

The movie was 2001's Vanilla Sky featuring Tom Cruise in the lead role. His two leading ladies were Penรฉlope Cruz and Cameron Diaz ─ I see Cameron Diaz so seldom that I always think she is Uma Thurman, for they have the same eyes, lips, and wide mouth.

The movie was initially very slow, with so little going on. It sure did not help that I did not like Cruise's character ─ and that was compounded by the repulsion I felt when I kept having to look at his disfigured face following the car accident in which his "sex buddy" attempted to kill both herself and him.

To think that most of the movie was some stupid dream Cruise's character was having 150 years into the future ─ this was such a damned cop out! And so was the notion that he was expected to jump off the towering highrise in order to finally awaken from his deep freeze ─ if he was conscious enough to be capable of deciding that he wanted to live again and not continue being kept in a cryogenic state with a dreamed reality, then surely there was a simpler way from which the 'sleeper' could be revived.

I am sick of these movies projecting / promoting the false notions of transhumanism and potential physical immortality. Maybe Hollywood truly is a den of Satanism, paedophilia, and blood rituals involving the slaughter of children.

I watched the movie because Alicia Witt was in it, but she barely had a role. I did notice, though, that Johnny Galecki had a small role in this movie, and was a supporting actor in Alicia's starring movie Playing Mona Lisa from the previous year (i.e., 2000). Also, another actor with a bit part in Vanilla Sky was Michael Shannon:

Alicia and he had supporting roles in the also-2000 movie Cecil B. Demented:

I was wholly unfamiliar with actor Michael Shannon prior to watching the dreadful Cecil B. Demented a few days ago. So it tickled me that I was able to recognize him in Vanilla Sky despite his minimal role.

Both movies were awful for very different reasons, and I recommend neither. But if for some bizarre reason you crave to watch Vanilla Sky, it is presently available at FMovies here and here, as well as at MoviesJoy ─ just to name a very few sources. I used the BeeTV app that I have downloaded in our Android TV Box to watch the movie on T.V.

I was to watch another movie later in the evening once my brother was home from his daily socializing, and this one kept him very attentive ─ 2018's Rampage.

Now that was one exciting ─ and at times touching ─ movie! Full stars!

It of course featured Dwayne Johnson in the lead human role, but actress Naomie Harris figured large in a supporting role. I cannot say that I am at all familiar with her in anything else.

Interestingly, I now see why the villainess as played by actress Malin Akerman was familiar ─ I enjoyed all of the T.V. series Trophy Wife in which she had the titular role.

A supporting actor portraying a government agent verging on being a bad guy, but who was to redeem himself, was Jeffrey Dean Morgan ─ whom I hated so much in a long-running recurring role as the murderous and tyrannical leader ("Negan") of a huge group of survivors in The Walking Dead series. His character actually killed off a few of what had been regulars in the series, bashing their skulls in with a nail-studded baseball bat.

Anyway, Rampage also seems to be presently available at MovieJoy, as well as bmovies or Movies2Watch, among others.

I will not be watching T.V. with my brother this evening once he has returned home ─ I intend to be getting up at 2 a.m. for another of my 5½-mile walks, so I shall need to be getting to bed relatively early this evening.

This morning my brother and I were to first watch Odessa Orlewicz's 50-minute video of yesterday: Tedros's Crystal Ball... It's Raining Fungus, Ohio's Chernobyl & Multiple Toxic Train Derailments All At Once.

...And inside jobs on the massive amount of explosions of egg/ food manufacturing plants. The latest news on the so called "elite" parasites escalating war against us plebs.

I had to get that small description from the video's Rumble source.

Then we watched the 26-minute upload of two days ago to the A_Warrior_Calls BitChute channel: The Light And The Way.

I have no description to offer ─ just that the video covered a variety of topics.

Then came yesterday's 31-minute interview by Sherry Strong of MEP Christine Anderson that was uploaded to Rumble's Children's Health Defense Canada channel: Christine Anderson EU MP is Coming to Canada - Find Out What She Would Do.

A Christine Anderson gets ready to come to Canada we explore what makes her tick and how she came to be a voice calling out tyrants globally including those here in Canada.

Finally, the last video we watched was 40 minutes long and had been livestreamed two days ago, then uploaded to Rumble's What's Up Canada? channel: Last Week Today, Episode 88.

Last Week Today is a compilation of the best stories of the week from Chuck Black at “Freedom Forum News” (www.freedomforumcanada.com) and Wayne Peters from “What’s Up Canada” (https://whatsupcanada.org/)

We stream online live, every Monday at 7pm EST

We did actually watch one thing more ─ an episode of United States of Tara.

Thereafter my brother sought some bed rest, and I was having my nap when he left for the day to once again socialize.

He was somewhat instrumental last evening in reminding me that I had failed to leave my wife any sort of Valentine's Day message (she is currently in Rome, Italy, visiting a sister of hers who lives there).

So today I did send her an E-mail to let her know that a $399.04 debit by a life insurance company had finally occurred on her chequing account ─ I opened the brief message by addressing her with "Valentine" before her nickname.

Big deal, eh?

Her birthday is in a week, though, so I ought to be able to remember to do a little better for that day. The trick is to keep in mind that she is nine hours ahead of the time here locally. That's where I fouled up on Valentine's Day ─ I did remember about it that day; but by then it was already February 15 for her in Rome, so I lost out.

Temperatures overnight did hit the freezing mark. However, apparently next week temperatures are to drop several degrees below freezing ─ I hope those will be nighttime temperatures, and not translate into what we can expect during the day.

I may try to watch another movie, so I am bringing this post to a close.
