Fiddling

Despite only allowing myself just under four hours in bed last night before my 1:45 a.m. cellphone alarm would be getting me up to ready for my five-mile walk, I had a dickens of a time falling into sleep. I expect that I was still awake an hour after going to bed.

When my alarm roused me from some needed sleep, I hated to have to do it, but I heaved myself from my bed. At least the house was in darkness and I would be able to ready in peace, free from the awareness of either of my two stepsons.

I was a little displeased that it was already 2:18 a.m. as I walked towards the front door to leave on my hike, weighing maybe 195 pounds fully clothed for it.

None of the predicted evening rain had fallen, and the overcast sky seemed in some sections to have thinned out to reveal the darkness of space.

When I stopped early into my walk to have six sets of pull-ups and chin-ups at an elementary school playground, I did remove my lightweight black denim jacket, and was content enough to manage four repetitions in the opening set, and two repetitions in each of the remaining five sets.

It had occurred to me in the first set that I might have had it in me to squeeze out a fifth repetition, but I opted not to try, instead favouring to ensure that I managed the desired two repetitions in the succeeding sets.

I recall nothing else eventful about the walk, although I did have a secluded stretch of maybe a mile or more in which I talked loudly to myself and even God, lamenting (among other things) my perforce impotence to do aught but bide idly here in life like some sitting duck as I await the nightmare to yet descend upon the world; while my younger brother, who has the means for us to escape while it is still possible because he drives and I do not, but who cannot bear to be apart from his drinking society with whom he must daily consort, and so is content to fiddle away his life in drunkenness.

I sometimes was nearly shouting in my great upset that God will not work some financial miracle to deliver me in honourable terms from my fiduciary responsibilities and limitations, for without this deliverance from debt, I am as surely bound here as if I were shackled.

Anyway, it was 4:13 a.m. by the time I was back here and approaching the locked front door of home.

And it was around 5:30 a.m. when I made my return to bed.

My morning was to commence approximately three hours later after my brother had gone downstairs to boil water for his first instant coffee and to turn on the T.V.

When we got together just past 9 a.m., and he soon turned the T.V. over to me so that I could use our Android TV Box to tune in our usual morning fare, I led us off with yesterday's nearly two-hour (1:54:03) livestream presently available on Rumble's Vaccine Safety Research Foundation channel: Full Episode 81: The Great Awakening, Q&A with Filmmaker Mikki Willis.

We are thrilled to welcome Mikki Willis, a renowned author and filmmaker, as our guest on VSRF LIVE. Mikki Willis is widely recognized for his groundbreaking documentary series, Plandemic. This was a very interesting video!

I have yet to tune in the documentary, but I shall in due time.

We thereafter only had time for a 43-minute livestream ─ also yesterday ─ available at Rumble's TheLastAmericanVagabond channel: Dr. McCullough Interview - Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals, Gender Dysphoria & The COVID-19 Injection.

Joining me today is returning guest Dr. Peter McCullough, here to discuss a very concerning issue that most Americans are only just becoming aware of, despite being a well known topic in government and scientific circles for decades. This is the issue of Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals (EDCs) and their seemingly ubiquitous presence in our daily lives. Decades of peer-reviewed science has continued to reveal that these chemicals are not only present in everything from children's toys to the water you drink, but can have serious and lasting effects on your body, in particular your hormonal make up and sexual identity. Today, we discuss this very serious and seemingly deliberate failure by our health authorities, and how these very chemicals are scientifically proven to lead to gender dysphoria -- the very diagnoses driving the transgender movement -- as well as how one of the most widely given (forced) medical interventions in history is also an endocrine disruptor: the COVID-19 injection.

Once this video was done, my brother headed on upstairs to his bedroom for some bed rest before he left for the day to resume his daily pub socializing. When he left, I had not yet gone back to bed for a needed early afternoon nap, for I had taken the time to ingest my day's first substantial meal.

The day remained overcast ─ I never saw any blue sky nor sunshine; and in the latter morning we did have some very light rain.

Oh, wait! I have just checked out a window and I do see some fairly large blue patches of sky as I type these words at 5:01 p.m. Regardless, any backyard sunning has been out of consideration.

I have little else that merits recording. I am mulling over the prospect of eating nothing further today before embarking upon my Sabbath fast that officially commences after sunset, although I will be having in the latter evening two cans of the strong (8% alcohol) malt that I try to keep myself stocked with. It is almost inconceivable to watch a long evening of T.V. without that bit of mood elevation.

Tomorrow's caffeine withdrawal will find me feeling pathetically weak, so I do not see myself achieving much physically at all ─ it will be a time of vegetation for me until I am able to have a meal at some point after 9:30 p.m.

Such is my narrow life.
