Somehow I must avoid having any more days like yesterday.
I might as well catch up a little on that day and say that I did have an early a.m. five-mile walk, although I may not have left home until as late as 2:20 a.m., arriving back outside the locked front door at 4:20 a.m. My pace had been more lethargic than usual.
Even so, early into the walk I did stop at an elementary school playground and performed six sets of pull-ups and chin-ups, managing four repetitions in the first set and two each in all five succeeding sets.
Oddly, my eldest stepson was up when I got back, and cooking. I do not believe that his car was here when I left, so perhaps he had some shift alternate to his usual 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. when he is on night shift. We never spoke ─ I came directly upstairs to my bedroom.
I will also mention that later that morning after I had gotten some further sleep, when I joined my younger brother for some T.V., I used our Android TV Box to tune in the only video we were to watch ─ the 1½-hour (1:34:44) Never Again Is Now Global - Part 5 - Never Give In - Never Give Up.
Holocaust survivors speak up about the rise of global tyranny.
Are we seeing the rise of the 4th Reich? So many parallels to the rise of NAZI Germany seem to be playing out in the world today. Leaders and 'elites' from every corner of the globe appear to have taken cues from communists, fascists and dictators from the past and are using crisis, such as covid, to further a globalist agenda that doesn't look to include national sovereignty, bodily autonomy, the right to self defense and common liberty.
Listen to Holocaust survivors tell you the stories of the past and how they are strikingly similar to the things people see happening in real time, all over the world.
Refer to the full video description for links to the first four instalments of this documentary series ─ we have watched them all. This was the final segment.
My brother failed to arrive home before mid-evening yesterday, so I wrote him off and would not be sitting up any longer awaiting him. I think that I was to bed by 9:30 p.m. or soon thereafter, for my cellphone alarm was set for 1:45 a.m. to get me up for another five-mile walk.
By the way, we had a fair amount of rain that day, so there was no afternoon sunning. There was none today, either ─ I do not believe that we had any rain, but the sky has been heavily overcast.
It seems to me that it may now be just about a week since I was last able to sun.
Regardless, I did rise in the a.m. for my walk early today, leaving here by 2:17 a.m. There was a bit of a drying trend happening out there. Notwithstanding, when I early got to that elementary school playground for the pull-ups and chin-ups, I had to wipe down the metal bar I was going to use.
I had weighed myself before leaving home ─ sans jacket, for I correctly assumed that I would be able to exercise without it. I was around 195 pounds.
I matched yesterday's performance, except for the sixth set. Yesterday the last two sets were performed between two metal bars; today, I used two gymnastics-style rings, which make pull-ups a little more difficult. Yesterday delinquents had wrapped the rings and their chains around the high support bar and thus they were out of my reach to set right.
So even though I did manage two repetitions in the first of the two sets (or the fifth set overall), the final set saw me with the strength and determination to only achieve one pull-up ─ and that was with some kicking and heaving.
So I did a seventh set of just one further pull-up, and then held that pull-up for a 10-count.
There really is nothing else worth mentioning about the walk, although about a block after the school I came upon a raccoon on a lawn. I passed about a dozen feet from it. It did not seem perturbed by me, for I never stopped nor acted suspiciously. It was facing my direction the entire time, and seemed to be using its front feet to hold and work something, almost as it was polishing an apple with its 'hands'.
Anyway, I was back home outside the locked front door at 4:11 a.m. ─ about six minutes faster than was my previous night walk.
I want to mention a portion of a Facebook Messenger exchange that I had with my wife on Sunday ─ she is still over in Thailand, and has been away since the evening of either January 23 or 24.
Sunday was Father's Day, so at 5:25 p.m. she texted:
Hi, Happy Father’s Day π₯π₯°π
I was impressed that she remembered the day, for in Thailand Father's Day is much later in the year.
I never saw her message until into the evening, and at 7:44 p.m. replied back to thank her for remembering. Of course I have no children ─ she is referencing her two sons who are now 25 and 28 years old, and have only been living here in Canada with my brother and I since fairly early in September 2008.
Then after she saw my reply, at 8:40 p.m. she texted:
The boys buy you anything !!
I honestly responded back that I didn't even get a "good day" from them. I was not really expecting that I would ─ I am not their father, after all. The oldest lad was quite newly 14 years old when he came here, and his younger brother was still 10. As well, their own father ─ whom they had not been living with over in Thailand ─ was in fact still alive, although he has since died.
She did not respond until 9:13 p.m.:
I don’t know what to say π³I did not wish to keep flogging that beast, so since I had plans to be rising at 1:45 a.m. to ready for a five-mile walk, at 9:33 p.m. I announced that intention and said that I was about to ready for bed.
Until that exchange I had not been bothered that the lads never said aught about Father's Day, but afterwards it began to sting that the day had been ignored.
Weird how that was!
But back to this morning.
After a little more sleep, I got together with my brother for some T.V., of course. We were only to watch one video. It had been added yesterday to Rumble's Children's Health Defense Canada channel: Mikki Willis - Creator of The Great Awakening aka Plandemic 3.
After a haiatis to care for my parents and particularly my critically ill father, this is my first interview resuming conversations that offer solutions not just the problem.
Mikki Willis attained global notariety with his Plandemic series culminating in the Great Awakening illuminating how we ended up here and where we are going if we don't evolve to a more enlightened way of being (my interpretation of the film).
In this chat with Mikki he shares some deeply personal insights into what is happening and what we must personally do to move past the mass hypnosis and the nefarious agenda behind it. It is illuminating and inspiring and I'll be watching it again myself as I know his insights are worth inculcating on deeper and deeper levels.
Please support his work at www.plandemicseries.com as it helps him and his team to continue producing game changing content for the betterment of humanity.

I enjoy watching lovely hostess Sherry Strong, and had been wondering why nothing new had been added to the channel since May 11.
After the video my brother went upstairs to his bedroom to rest up for his early afternoon departure to socialize. I fixed up and ate my first meal of the day, and then was to bed in search of a nap by the time he emerged from his bedroom and left for the day.
If he is not back home by mid-evening, I will wash my hands of him and soon get to bed to have yet another five-mile walk ─ it would be my fourth consecutive day of one. That would be almost monumental, for I have not done that much consecutive daily walking in years.
So with that stated, I might as well declare this post completed, and report on the walk in a post tomorrow if all goes well and I am safe and sound.
