For the second consecutive evening yesterday, I did not get to bed until after 10 p.m. despite having my cellphone alarm set for 1:45 a.m. to get me up to ready for another five-mile walk ─ today was to be the 11th consecutive day in which I have had a five-mile walk, as well as having abstained from both any evening T.V. with my younger brother, or even a can of the strong (8% alcohol) malt that I keep in stock.
The last time I have gone this long without a beer I was in a hospital!
Regardless, I dutifully rose at 1:45 a.m. to my cellphone's chiming, and was pleased that the house was in darkness ─ neither of my stepsons was home. In fact, I had the impression that my eldest was working a 12-hour graveyard shift that is usually from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.
I got away on my walk later than I was happy with ─ it was 2:20 a.m. by the time I was outside the locked front door and treading down the driveway. At least I had taken time to weigh myself before leaving ─ I was about 195 pounds without my lightweight black denim jacket, for I correctly assessed that it was likely going to be too uncomfortable to be wearing it when early into my walk I stopped at an elementary school playground for the usual six sets of pull-ups and chin-ups.
As has also become quite usual, my performance saw me achieve four pull-ups in the first set, and two pull-ups or chin-ups in each of the remaining five sets; the final pull-up was of course held at fullest elevation for a 10-count.
Happily, I have absolutely nothing else of note to report about the walk, apart from again mostly jogging one lightly trafficked avenue because the only ill-lit sidewalk is a tortured mess of buckling and heaving from tree root damage that makes progress ridiculously slow and jarring at night.
It was 4:14 a.m. by the time I was back home and outside the locked front door.
And due to responding to E-mails, I was again not back to bed until nigh 6 a.m.
My morning commenced just shortly ahead of 9 a.m. when I rose and was soon enough downstairs for coffee and to watch some T.V. with my brother.
Upon his invitation to put our Android TV Box into action, I led us off with Odessa Orlewicz's 52-minute video from yesterday: Blame "Russia Russia Russia." Canadian Oil Suncor Was Just Cyber Attacked & WEF To "Rewrite The Bible To Make It Correct".
"Russia Russia Russia." Canadian Oil Company Just Cyber Attacked. Klaus Schwab Giggles WIth Glee? I show the report and videos. "Russia Russia Russia." Prepping Canadians to eat up the Russia narrative a long time ago in a Canadian official "report," but somehow Klaus Schwab knew about all of this 3.5 years ago while "...penetrating Trudeau & Canadian politicians." America was proven to have blown up the Nordstream 2 Pipeline but CBC forgot to mention that after it was revealed. Canadians were literally BLOCKED from that news on CBC and CBC continued to allude to their fake news that it was Russia. I show the report and videos. Also- The WEF wants to re-write the bible to "make it correct." What a shock. Not.
The second and final video we watched was almost 1¾ hours long (1:42:13), and had been livestreamed and added to Rumble's Man in America channel June 27: 5000% Increase in TRANS KIDS... It’s a Trans Epidemic — Dr. Miriam Grossman Interview.
Join me for an important discussion with Dr. Miriam Grossman, psychiatrist, author, and public speaker.

I was not expecting the closing interview with Kirk Elliott, who had some very interesting investment advice. Now I do not feel so bad at not being able to afford the ridiculous prices being quoted for the buying of silver ─ forget buying any gold! I just wish that he had done similarly for gold as he did for sliver and quoted where to halt and not be rooked into paying anything beyond that price.
After the video, my brother went upstairs for some bed rest, while I fixed up my day's first meal and ate that. I was still involved here at my computer when he emerged from his bedroom and left for the day to socialize.
I needed a nap following my meal; and then ahead of 3 p.m. I began at least 1½ hours of sunning this Summer day.
It will surprise me if my brother shows up by 9 p.m. ─ his cut-off by my determination. I will be getting to bed within an hour thereafter in order to rise at 1:45 a.m. and have what would then be my 12th daily five-mile walk.
