In Defiance of Tyranny

Rather than have an early a.m. walk last night, instead I headed out fairly early last evening on what turned out to be a four-mile round trip hike to the nearest government liquor store.

It was raining harder than I was aware of ─ and the rain was almost icy cold. Due to that, and contributed to by my desire to ensure I got to the liquor store in plenty of time ─ it closes at 9 p.m. on Thursdays ─ I did some light jogging.

My main desire was to purchase maybe two Jack Daniel's packs of five mini-bottles each of different types of whiskey as part of what I would be gifting my two stepsons for Christmas, but it turned out that the advertised gift packs had yet to be delivered to that location.

I ended up buying four bottles of various red wine brands, and a Naughty & Nice "holiday pack" ─ two 473-ml cans each of four different types of beer ─ from Parallel 49 Brewing Company. Apparently the cans equate to 16 ounces.

If I am remembering correctly, my bill came to $108 and change.

At least the rain had abated for my walk back home ─ the beer in one hand, and the wine in the other.

My brother was still not home. He had left afoot ahead of the mid-afternoon to begin busing off to a pub to rendezvous with at least one of his drinking buddies. This afforded me the opportunity to have control of the T.V., so I used our Android TV Box to have an episode of The Graham Norton Show set to play ─ season or series 31's episode seven.

I don't believe that he showed up until nigh 10:30 p.m. And then he passed out for most of the show.

He revived reasonably soon after I started playing American Ninja Warrior ─ season 15's episode 12 Las Vegas Finals 2. Wikipedia doesn't properly list the episodes ─ this episode was the second night of Stage 1, from what I can tell.

We then watched some YouTube videos, and probably called it quits around 1:50 a.m., although I was up a while longer here at my computer before finishing up.

I rose this morning around 8:30 a.m. ─ my brother was already downstairs.

He did not turn the T.V. over to me until maybe 9:15 a.m. or nearly so. Using our Android TV Box, I played a nearly 1½-hour video uploaded just early today (but recorded yesterday) to Rumble's A Warrior Calls channel: An Army of Countrymen in Defiance of Tyranny.

Christopher is still promoting an event he may be premiering in Ontario at which he seems to be saying that he will reveal how we can stop paying property and income taxes and lawfully and legally get away with it.

So very many viewers of his channel hope that his presentation is going to be filmed and then broadcast. And that it is reasonable, sensible, and workable instruction.

We also finished watching the second half of a video that we halted at noon yesterday ─ an old episode of The Avengers. Specifically, it was season or series two's episode six ("The Removal Men").

I was unable to get the video to play when I advanced it to where we left off yesterday ─ I was using one of the streaming apps that I have downloaded into our Android TV Box ─ so I used Yandex.com and found an excellent source for the video at this link at My.Mail.ru.

Afterwards, we watched several random YouTube videos, and then my brother sought some bed rest. I had still not sought my needed early afternoon nap when he left for the day to socialize.

I think we had some early rain today, as I recall, but I cannot attest to the afternoon. There was certainly no break in the cloud cover.

Unfortunately for me, it was later than was sensible when I had my nap. When I rose around 3:45 p.m., one of my stepsons was occupying the kitchen, and my Sabbath fast was due to commence after sunset ─ sunset was supposedly at 4:15 p.m. hereabouts. This meant that my substantial midday meal was to be my final meal until after dark tomorrow ─ but I did not even have a chance to get a final afternoon coffee!

At least I was not hungry ─ had I been, I do have canned sardines here in my bedroom that would have served. As I was, I had no appetite at all for such fare.

oooooooooooooo

Alright, I took a break to watch an episode of FBI: International ─ episode 16 ("Imminent Threat - Part One") of season two.

I cheated on my fast by having a can of Cariboo Malt (8% alcohol) and a brimming shot glass of Kraken Black Spiced Rum (47% alcohol). The only reason I justify it is that I did not indulge through the weakness of hunger. Rather, I wanted to feel the alcohol lift to enhance my enjoyment of the episode ─ T.V. is far less attractive if I am sober throughout.

Anyway, it turned out that the episode is part one of three parts with two other series ─ a crossover story. Now, it conveniently does happen that the next episode that I would normally watch of FBI is the crossover part two feature. However, I only have the season finale of season two scheduled as being next when I tune in FBI: Most Wanted, the source for part three of the three-part storyline. The relevant part three episode of that series is not until episode 16 of season four, so I will have to try to remember to make a drastic break in sequence if I want to keep things fluid.

I also watched a 16-minute (16:47) video added almost exactly a year ago to BitChute's TheonC channel: SPECIAL PRESENTATION - THE GOLDEN RULE - URINE THERAPY - Drs. Ardis, Scott-Bell & Group reveal all..

I am not going to reproduce the description ─ refer to the video link. I will only say that I am more open-minded about the value of the therapy than I am doubtful, but I still need further convincing. Dr. Bryan Ardis did present some sensible commentary.

I have to get up at 1:30 a.m. to ready for a five-mile+ walk, so I must bring things to a close and get to bed ─ it is already 9:51. I just wanted to mention that upon going downstairs to watch those shows on T.V., I could see that it appeared to be lightly raining outside, so I have no idea what to expect later.
