As I recall, it was nigh 9:40 p.m. before I got to bed last evening; and just as I was shutting things down here in my bedroom, I was beset with the onset of a migraine aura precipitated by far too much inadequate sleep.
This wretched state always results in a lingering vague eyestrain-like headache ─ this one was to seem embedded deep behind my left eye, and its trace has remained much of today.
Had I not just been about to plunge myself into darkness, I expect the aura would have been more severe than it proved to be. Unrelated to it, though, I had trouble falling into any sleep.
I was to waken well before my 1:30 a.m. alarm, and I could hear what I correctly believed to be my then-home wife moving about in the hallway, the bathroom, and her bedroom next to mine. Fortunately she was essentially in her bedroom for the night when my cellphone alarm did chime, although my eldest stepson was yet downstairs and probably watching videos on a laptop at the dining table. So long as he remains there, I am always able to sneak away unseen for these walks, for the dining table and front door are not mutually visible from one to the other.
I was not to be outside and on my way until 2:44 a.m., having just weighed myself fully-clothed at 186 pounds. It was wet out there from earlier rain, but there was never to be any during my time abroad, and I was to not be back home until 4:48 a.m.
When early into my walk I stopped at the elementary school playground three or four blocks from here, I needed to wipe dry the metal equipment that I was to be using for the half dozen sets of pull-ups and chin-ups, managing my usual repetitions of late: 3 - 2 - 3 - 2 - 2 - 2.
The final two sets were pull-ups between a pair of bars, and the very final pull-up was held at full elevation for a 20-count.
I finished with 11 slow full-range push-ups in a declined position on a cement ramp.
At one point a little more than a mile from home, I was to see a skunk well ahead of me cross Fraser Highway. However, I was to lose time much later ─ maybe 3½ miles into my walk ─ when I was travelling the lone wooded sidewalk along 96th Avenue from 148th Street to Green Timbers Way (Google Map).
Roughly where you can see a creek identified as coming from the lake and passing under 96th Avenue, I was certain I heard an unnaturally loud man's voice ahead of me on the sidewalk.
Then when I detected movement in the gloom coming in my direction along the meandering sidewalk, I crossed the highway and just waited at the edge of the forest.
Soon enough I saw a lone male figure staggering so badly that he was unable to even stand erect, and he was muttering and sometimes yelling aloud as he made his way along the uneven and tricky pavement. Sometimes he would lose his momentum and just stand for a few seconds, as if to find his balance and continued impetus.
I never even bothered to remain out of sight once he was almost abreast of me ─ I just began proceeding along the edge of the forest because the drunk was oblivious to me, and then I crossed back to the sidewalk unconcerned that he would notice me and seek to attempt to possibly try and catch up with me. The guy was a lost cause.
After I got back home, it may have been nearly 6:10 a.m. before I was back in bed, and I remained there until almost 8:30 a.m. At that point, I correctly identified that my younger brother was downstairs and watching T.V.
I joined him fairly soon after 9 a.m., and when he gave me the green light to commence operation of our Android TV Box, I led us off with a short ─ just over 3½ minutes ─ video posted yesterday by Odessa Orlewicz. In truth, I almost tuned it out because it appeared that it was only some lousy musical act by a possible freakish transsexual: Theatrical Snuff/Murder Performer/Drag Queen Hired To Work With BC, Canada's Autistic Children Because "Inclusivity." (Less than a 5 minute watch).
This person has been assigned to work with autistic children in Vernon (etc) BC, Canada. Okanagan Regional Library also continued with their Freida Whales event on Jan. 27, 2024, after MUCH parental public outcry about his theatrical SNUFF Murder videos where he bludgeons his lovers to death and hides their bodies because... "inclusivity." Any parent that doesn't like it has been labelled a "bigot" under the NDP/Liberal government alliance, and CSIS calls those parents that peacefully but publicly state their concern "terrorists." Take a look at his videos bludgeoning his lovers. Canada has fallen. Under the NWO will I one day be put in jail just for posting what can be found freely on the internet?
The awful musical number lasted maybe halfway through the video, and then the gruesome staged murders began.
The next two videos I tuned in both featured Dr. Peter McCullough.
The first barely topped nine minutes, and had been posted on February 17 to Rumble's MJDOC channel: Giant Mistake to Mass Vaccinate the World.
Epidemiologist M. Nathaniel Mead, Dr. McCullough, On Grant Stinchield Tonight
PETER MCCULLOUGH, MD
FEB 16, 2024
By Peter A. McCullough, MD, MPH
I had the honor of appearing on Real America’s Voice with former NIH epidemiologist and author M. Nathaniel Mead, MSc, for an important interview with prime time news anchor Grant Stinchfield.
Stinchfied opened with a reel of athletes suffering cardiac arrest and our interview developed around a comprehensive, fully peer-reviewed and published manuscript summarizing the shortcuts taken by Pfizer in the clinical trials, missed safety signals by the FDA Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee (VRBPAC), and the mounting numbers of spontaneously reported deaths in safety databases all around the world.
We told Stinchfield that our paper was exhaustively peer reviewed with far more reviewers and comments than usual, bringing in nearly 300 references to support our conclusion calling for market removal of all COVID-19 vaccines and boosters. His response was that this level of scrutiny was a good thing, making the publication beyond reproach.

Please listen to this brief segment and get to know courageous former NIH staff writer and epidemiologist M. Nathaniel Mead, MSc, in his first prime time block. You can see he is an emerging hero in this time of great controversy.
A big write-up for such a short video!
The second video featuring Dr. McCullough was 47 minutes (47:10), and had been added on February 18 to BitChute's Dama2021 channel: Dr Peter McCullough joins Dr Trozzi Regarding All Things Covid.
A fast paced deep dive into the virus, the “vaccines”, the injuries, the treatments, plus the crimes, arch-criminals, and the WHO.

The final video that I will mention had been streamed on February 16 to Rumble's Tucker Carlson channel: Everything You Need to Know about the Government’s Mass Censorship Campaign.
The national security state is the main driver of censorship and election interference in the United States. "What I’m describing is military rule," says Mike Benz. "It’s the inversion of democracy."

Honsetly, Mike Benz loaded on the information so bewilderingly heavily that I retained practically nothing from the video.
I did afterwards tune in a nearly half hour YouTube video via the SmartTube app that I have downloaded in our Android TV Box, but when my brother finally gave up on it in favour of some bed rest, I also cancelled out.
I had an animal-protein rich meal, and was into bed for an afternoon nap around 1:10 p.m. before my brother had yet emerged from his bedroom and left for the day.
It seems to have lightly rained often enough over the day.
My wife had to put in a full day at the Thai restaurant where she has part-time employment, so she left us just past 10 a.m., I believe. Likely, she will have tomorrow free.
That complicates things for me somewhat. I had meant to get out this evening on a lengthy walk to free up my later evening for a late night of T.V. with my brother, and a couple of beers; but it had slipped my mind that this was a bath day.
As well, I spent quite some while this afternoon setting up two batches of vegetables to ferment: half a red cabbage, beet roots, yams, 1½ rutabagas, and two Granny Smith apples. I have never before had such a combination, so I do not know what to expect.
I hope to add lots of garlic cloves and ginger roots in two or three days, depending upon when I can get some shopping done.
The problem with my bath quite apart from the time that it takes each four days is that it leaves me too depleted to go anywhere. At least I was to find that my youngest stepson left me two slices of delicious pizza on my bed, so I did not have to scrape together a supper. All I added were an entire organic orange and some nutritional supplements.
It is presently approaching 8 p.m., so I fear that even with a little bed rest, it is going to be too late for me to manage to go anywhere ─ my brother will be back home.
And with my wife home all day tomorrow ─ unless she heads off in the latter part of the day ─ I will be unable to be heading off on any long walks in the evening. I will have to tackle another one overnight by getting up again at 1:30 a.m.
The best I can do right now is publish this post and seek some rest. There is some chance that my brother may be exceptionally late in getting home, and I will thus manage to get away first. But is is unlikely.
The report on this is going to have to await the morrow.
