It is late ─ I must rush this post.
I did have a wee a.m. walk last night. I had checked the supposed temperature for hereabouts at 1:43 a.m., finding the online claim of 3.8° Celsius (38.84° F.), and so had dressed warmly enough, having a fully attired body weight which just topped 185 pounds.
It was 2:14 a.m. when I set off under a mostly clouded sky. Everything was dry, except for condensation and a very vague mist.
I had a nondescript exercise session at the nearby elementary school playground, first having to use my bandana to wipe dry a metal bar for barehanded use: three and then two pull-ups in the first two sets, and the same for chin-ups in the next two sets.
Then on the gymnastics-style rings, I managed the usual pair of pull-ups in the final two sets, holding the very last pull-up for a 20-count.
And I finished with 11 slow full-range push-ups in a declined position on a cement ramp.
There was no sense of needing to hurry on my five-mile+ walk, and I was back home at 4:14 a.m., oddly enough.
I want to mention that for at least 10 days now, I have noticed on each of my walks that there are occasions when I could actually hear the double-thudding of my heart beating.
Anyway, I was back to bed just ahead of 5:30 a.m., and I remained abed for the next three hours.
When I joined my younger brother shortly after 9 a.m. for our usual morning T.V. and he got around to inviting me to put our Android TV Box into play, I led us off with a 57-minute (57:48) video added yesterday to Rumble's mariazeee channel: Important Update: Reiner Fuellmich - Legal Expert Panel Reveals All.
Legal experts and associates of Reiner Fuellmich join Maria Zeee to detail Reiner's kidnapping, imprisonment without due process and potential government operation responsible for his situation.
Then it was a 1½-hour (1:28:08) addition from back on February 21, 2022, to Rumble's America's Untold Stories channel: The Lincoln Assassination Conspiracy President's Day Special.
Happy President's Day! To celebrate, we look into a confirmed assassination conspiracy - Abraham Lincoln. The only questions are who actually was behind it? What was the goal? What are some details that people don't know?
A lot of good stuff in that episode!
My brother thereafter sought some bed rest, but after a very filling meal, I had yet to pursue a nap when he emerged from his bedroom to leave for the day.
I stupidly did not seek my bed until just about 2:30 p.m., and that was to prove ruinous where my chance of some latter afternoon exercise was concerned. Between blogging and a lengthy E-mail response, it was after 6 p.m. before I was aware that I had lost my afternoon.
The day had been quite sunny, but was otherwise useless to me.
I opted to have my supper while watching an episode of The Flash ─ episode 17 ("Heart of the Matter, Part 1") of season seven.
I had apparently watched the previous episode ("P.O.W.") late in December, but I must have been quite drunk ─ hardly any of the rather lengthy write-up at Wikipedia sounds familiar. I do not remember Esperanza being killed, nor do I recall Nora and her younger speedy brother Bart appearing at the end the that episode to now figure big in this subsequent episode.
Look, it is already after 8:30 p.m., and I have another early a.m. walk planned, so I must quit blogging for today. It would be nice to be into bed by 9 p.m. or soon after, although I succeeded last evening and found myself awake long before my cellphone was set to chime at 1:30 a.m.
