A Major Break in My Brother's Routine

Well, this is rather unexpected. After my younger brother drove off early this afternoon on whatever errand(s) he had, he returned and sat with Bev for a bit watching T.V. By then it was already after 3 p.m. Then I heard the unmistakable sound of a can of beer being cracked open.

He was home to stay.

I was planning on an early evening so that I could rise early in the a.m., but now I may well be getting drawn in by him to put our Android TV Box to work and tune in some of our shows once he gets weary of Bev's game shows and sitcoms and so forth.

I sat up late last night operating our Android TV Box after he invited me down around 9 p.m. Bev sat through the first show, but early into the second one she disappeared without a word to the upstairs for the night. At that point my brother had passed out.

I was thinking that after the second show concluded, I would also retire to my own bedroom and have an early evening; but as my brother so annoyingly often does, he revived immediately as the show was concluding and thus thwarted my escape.

All together I drank four cans of Cariboo Malt (7.9% alcohol), and watched in this sequence:

It was clear that my brother had absolutely no interest in the series Too Close to Home, so I shall have to watch it on my own. I understand, though, why my brother had no interest ─ it played like one of those sappy telenovelas. Had I not known that Heather Locklear was heavily featured in the episode, I would never have recognized her. Until it dawned upon me who the actress was, I was thinking that she might be a half-Asian woman. Way back when T.J. Hooker was a current series, I was very much attracted to the beauty, but there was not much of that Heather evident in this Too Close to Home episode.

The This Is Us episode was exceptional. I am of an age contemporary to those veterans, and was always interested in the Vietnam War.

It was at least 2 a.m. before I got to bed last night, but my morning was to begin around 8:30 a.m. when I chose to rise. I had hoped to take possession of the T.V. at 9 a.m. if my brother did not emerge from his bedroom by then, but he did.

It was a full workday for my wife, so she rose a little ahead of 9:30 a.m. to begin readying, and shortly after 10 a.m. she left on her rather long drive to the Thai restaurant where she has part-time employment.

When my brother turned the T.V. over to me around 9:15 a.m., we were to watch three videos, beginning with an 18-minute video uploaded yesterday to YouTube's AnitaK channel: SNC Lavalin Again, Trump reams out Maine Gov & Connor McDavid Scores!!

A little Sunday Night recap of the news of the week.. Trump takes on Maine Gov, Connor McDavid scores winning goal and SNC Lavalin continues to be a scandal.

Then I tuned in a 28-minute published yesterday to Rumble's Libertytalkcanada channel: So What HAS RFK Jr Done So Far That's Good? And What Does He HAVE The Power To Do & Not Do??

It's important we all have our facts straight...

I researched what powers HHS Secretary DOES have, and also what powers he does NOT have. In this episode I give the results of my findings, and I also go over what RFK Jr has initiated already that is good, and what he IS able to do that we will continue to look out for and monitor...

Our final video was over 1¼ hours, and had been published today to Rumble's Health Ranger Report channel: Steve Quayle issues new warning about engineered FAMINE and the globalist FOOD WARS...

That was quite an alarming interview!

I'm not ready for anything that was described. If being unprepared is what God wants for me, then thus it shall be. I only hope that I can die quickly enough.

My brother had his bed rest while I was eating my day's first meal and Bev began her daily marathon of T.V.-watching. He probably headed off on his errand mission before I had yet sought my needed early afternoon nap, but I was up again before his return. By then, the day had become rather wet, I must say.

Once I realized that my brother was here to remain, I chose to engage some exercising in my wife's bedroom (mine is too small and cluttered). Even if I do somehow get to bed reasonably early this evening, the rain would make proper exercising at the nearby elementary school playground impossible because my wet hands would be unable to secure a grip on wet metal bars to allow for sets of pull-ups and chin-ups.

So if I am up late again tonight ─ which seems likely ─ I can exercise out in the backyard tool shed tomorrow afternoon, provided I do not hit a decline in well-being by then.

I have succeeded in dawdling away the late afternoon and early evening ─ I even found myself needing to lie abed in darkness for some time. I resisted deeming this post complete because I thought that I might watch a show here on my bedside computer that might have been worth mentioning, but I decided not to. If need be and I do get to bed relatively early this evening, I can perhaps take the time in the a.m. to watch something and maybe even have some drink.

I am going to stop blogging for today at get this post published. It is 8:02 p.m.
