As I recall, I got to bed last evening just past 9 p.m. My younger brother and Bev by then were seemingly approaching drunken insanity. Twice while he was passed out and she was not in the living room, I had sneaked downstairs and dropped the volume on the T.V. to '30' from where she had it at '40'. As I wrote yesterday, my brother and I generally just watch regular T.V. at '25', but Bev has declining hearing. However, my besotted brother was too damned drunk to be aware of the blaring noise, although once I heard her exclaim that she was unable to hear what was playing and that was why she was cranking up the sound.
Is this what my wife, her youngest son, and I can expect from now on with Bev living here?
My wife was not yet home from her full workday when I went to bed, so I had naught to do with her last evening. But the damned noise! It wasn't just the T.V., either.
There came a point when ─ as usual ─ my drunken brother escorted helpless Bev up the stairs to his bedroom for the night, for by then she was drunk herself and practically senseless on her white wine. Then they began bickering. I could tell from his voice that he was only mock participating, but he might as well have been serious because of how loud the roaring was from them both.
She ─ in her hoarse drunken voice ─ began practically shrieking, "You're hurting me!"
I bet the neighbours could hear her. I have no idea what the Hell the two idiots were doing in the bedroom. Apparently my wife was home by then, for she had occasion in the early afternoon today to most distastefully mention to me their loud fighting ─ I know that she is completely fed up with the two of them, and Bev has only been here with us since early Saturday evening!
I find myself avoiding my wife because I do not care to be her means of having a 'whipping boy' to unleash her anger and frustrations upon.
I have no idea how her youngest son is coping ─ maybe by now he is set on moving out. As it is, there is no way that I can handle the three big annual payments that are soon to start hitting between early April and early July ─ not on top of paying the bulk of the fortnightly mortgage payments.
I am so unhappy with life that I would be fine with flash-selling the house, taking virtually no share of what might be left over after the bank takes everything it will feel it is owed, and moving far off alone to maybe just die within the ensuing year. I'm sick of living ─ certainly this life, at any rate.
And the world and Canadian situations are no encouragement to continue living. I'm 75, and not interested in growing more and more vulnerable and impotent as I age further.
I did not require my cellphone alarm to get me up overnight. I believe that I had it set for 4 a.m., but I rose around 3 a.m. It had been my intention to get ready and walk the three or so blocks over to the nearby elementary school playground to get in some pull-ups and chin-ups. Heck, I even got all dressed to go, not feeling at all concerned about the very light rain taking place.
And then it dawned upon me that even with the light rain, I would unable to exercise on the wet equipment because it would be impossible to wipe any jungle gym monkey bars dry enough to securely exercise with when the rain was ongoing.
What the Hell was wrong with me that this did not occur to me before I almost left?
I had only eaten once yesterday, so I fixed up a hearty meal of leftovers, and ate it here at my bedside computer before eventually returning to bed ─ probably between 5:15 - 5:30 a.m. I figured that I would be able to engage my missed exercise out in the backyard tool shed in the afternoon, for by then my meal would have well settled.
I am unsure now when next I rose ─ maybe soon past 7 a.m. A little past 9 a.m. I opted to watch some T.V. By then my youngest stepson was up and starting his at-home workday (he works via computer from home four of the five usual weekdays) in his den area.
I wondered on my brother, suspecting that yet again he would have chosen to sleep in the small area adjacent to the den area ─ a tiny section shut off from the den area where my eldest stepson used to occupy as his bedroom, but he finally moved out just over a week ago to share a year-leased apartment with his girlfriend.
His younger brother wants that area to use as an office, so he is not in the least willing to accept that my brother or Bev are going to have it as a second or alternate bedroom. And he has been threatening to me and his mother that he is willing to move out, although I know the prospect is daunting due to costs of living on his own.
It proved that I suspected correctly ─ my brother had slept downstairs, finally showing his face just ahead of 10 a.m.
I finished watching what I had on, and the began using our Android TV Box to tune in our usual shows beginning with an 18-minute video published two days ago to Rumble's Libertytalkcanada channel: Will Fauci Finally Get PROSECUTED Via The State Level? 17 State Attorneys General Are Trying.
Fauci is NOT pardoned at the STATE level. I Read Out The Official Letter/ Information. I also show clips...
Refer to the actual video description for link references. I am short on time.
Next was a 19-minute (19:31) video uploaded February 16 to YouTube's AnitaK channel: Pierre's Canada First Rally and Marc Miller's Donut Flop!
Mainstream kept saying hundreds showed up, I believe it was thousands. When will they learn not to lie. I break down Global National's coverage by David Akin and my old employer, Global News.
Then it was on to five videos that I had previously recorded ─ I never dreamed my brother would keep me sitting there till after 1:30 p.m. playing and watching so much!
I cannot recall the sequence these were watched, but I do remember which was the last of them.
There was a 44-minute (44:13) video published December 15, 2020, to BitChute's bluedemon218 channel: Ted Bundy II The Death Row Tapes.
Confessions From A Serial Killer. Watch The First Video Though. If You Enjoy This Probably Checkout The TOOLBOX KILLERS or Toy Box Killer.
A nine-minute (9:26) video uploaded June 18, 2022, to YouTube's Dates and Dead Guys channel: The HORRIFYING War Hounds of the Conquistadors: How the Spanish used dogs to terrorize the New World.
During the 16th century the Spanish Conquistadors viciously worked to conquer the New World. We generally credit the use of guns, germs, steel, and horses to their success but in the shadows of history was another factor. War Hounds. The Spanish used hundreds of dogs, mostly massive mastiffs and lightning fast greyhounds to intimidate, maul, and terrorize the native populations. In this episode I examine the impact the dogs had during the age of Spanish conquest.
Again, refer to the actual description for a couple of literary references.
A 24-minute (24:20) video uploaded August 2, 2013, to YouTube's The Best Film Archives channel: The CIA's Secret Operations in Laos During the Vietnam War | Documentary |1970.
This documentary is an exploration of the CIA's secret operations in Laos during the 1960s. The film represents the U.S. foreign policy toward Laos and the Central Intelligence Agency's involvement in the Vietnam conflict.
There is more to the actual video description, so go there if at all interested.
A 45-minute (45:54) video published November 4, 2020, to BitChute's bluedemon218 channel: The Las Vegas Massacre (Actual Footage).
Compilation Broken Down Into Three Parts.
On the evening of October 1, 2017, Stephen Paddock, a 64-year-old man from Mesquite, Nevada, opened fire upon the crowd attending the Route 91 Harvest music festival on the Las Vegas Strip in Nevada. Between 10:05 and 10:15 p.m. PDT, he fired more than 1,000 rounds of ammunition from his 32nd floor suites in the Mandalay Bay Hotel, killing 60 people[a] and wounding 411, with the ensuing panic bringing the injury total to 867. About an hour later, Paddock was found dead in his room from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. His motive remains officially undetermined.
And finally, the 51-minute (51:37) premiere episode of an old T.V. series; my source had been published April 30, 2022, to BitChute's Page Chronicles - TRUTH Will Prevail channel: The Prisoner: Arrival ... (S1-E1) - Full Episode - 1967.
You can read Wikipedia's description of The Prisoner if interested. I used to watch a lot of the series, but never found it satisfying because of the main character's inability to ever outwit his captors until the very final episode. However, I do not recall that I ever watched the pilot episode. Now that I have, I am left with no desire to revisit the series further ─ it was decidedly hoaky.
I have just learned that a woman seemingly attempting to help "the Prisoner" was played by actress Virginia Maskell, who died at the age of 31.
I have to get to bed. I got drawn into watching evening shows with my brother relatively early and on into the a.m. of February 20, but I am going to pre-date this post to the relevant Wednesday (February 19), and shall do my best to fill in more about what I am omitting when next I post.
It is 2:32 a.m.
