Due to the usual difficulty of sleeping during the latter couple or so hours of my night, when my 6 a.m. cellphone alarm chimed to get me up, I felt lousy and definitely needed a mug of hot instant coffee with the works to wash down an aspirin.
And of course my youngest stepson was up, once again having stayed that way all night long so he can waste away another day in bed and not seek to try and gain steady employment.
At least I did have my early visit for a token tool shed exercise session: two sets of pull-ups (2-1 reps); two sets of chin-ups (2-1 reps); and two sets of pull-ups between the thick sides of the metal ladder I have to use (1-1 rep), holding the dead hang of that final pull-up for possibly a mere 35-count due to constant slippage.
As well, I used the two hanging ladder apparatus to challenge my damaged right knee with four sets of assisted partial one-legged squats held for a 50-count. (I do my left leg as well, but for a 40-count since the only assistance I need from the two ladders is to help me keep my balance.)
I did the 31 full flat-footed squats in the house, holding the final one in the deep squat for a 100-count.
My wife never came home last night (I was to prove this when I hauled the garbage wheelie bin out to curbside for today's collection and saw her car was absent).
My younger brother emerged from his bedroom ... possibly around 8:40 a.m.
I joined him soon past 9 a.m., although for 15 minutes prior I had to lie in bed in darkness because I was so desirous of sleep that I felt like going back into bed and dispensing with morning T.V. But morning access is all I have now that Bev lives here.
After my brother green-lighted me to start operating our Android TV Box, I led off with an eight minute (8:41) video uploaded yesterday to YouTube's Toronto Unfiltered channel: Is the World Facing a Global Immigration Fatigue Crisis?
Immigration is a hot topic everywhere—but what happens when the world starts to feel overwhelmed? 🌍 ‘Is the World Facing a Global Immigration Fatigue Crisis?'.
From social tension to stretched resources, we explore the realities that no one is talking about.
Then it was a 35-minute (35:36) video published earlier today to BitChute's NEM721 channel: Erika Kirk Finally Speaks Out… Massive Food Scandal… And Trump Drops Alien Truths.
Next up was Chicago P.D. ─ episode 17 ("Out of the Depths") of season 10.
And that was followed by a 16-minute (16:39) video uploaded September 4, 2022, to YouTube's Dates and Dead Guys channel: The WILD Story of How Crazy Horse EARNED His Name.
“[Crazy Horse was] the bravest man I ever saw. He rode closest to the soldiers, yelling to his warriors. All the soldiers were shooting at him, but he was never hit."
~ Waterman, an Arapaho Warrior
Crazy Horse is one of the best known Native Americans in history. He was a highly accomplished War Chief as part of the Oglala Lakota and was there during the War for the Black Hills in 1876. He was even one of the Leaders for the Lakota against Custer in the Battle of Little BigHorn. But he was always known as Crazy Horse. As a child he went by “Curly” or “Light Hair.” He had to earn his name through a rite of passage. This is that story. The story of how the Great Lakota War Chief became Crazy Horse.
We finished up with an old black & white movie that we had to suspend at nearly the half hour mark ─ I will report on it when we have completed watching it.
After my brother returned to his bedroom for further bed rest, I heated up a filling meal comprised of some of my wife's culinary fare, and ate it here at my bedside computer. I still had not sought a needed nap when my brother emerged from his bedroom, but I took that as my cue and was possibly in the sack by 1:30 p.m.
I was to remain there until 3:30 p.m., and desired to stay put, but I knew it would adversely affect my night's sleep.
There probably would have been no light exercise session in my wife's vacant bedroom even if it had not gotten too dark by the time I felt ready to handle it, for today was a bath day, and that takes too darned near an hour, all told.
That bath is behind me now, as is a supper. I have no beer to watch a show or two with here on my bedside computer, so I am going to see if I can make do with just slowly sipping some Jim Beam Black Extra-Aged Bourbon (43% alcohol).
I want to get up at 3 a.m. for an outing for some exercise at the nearby elementary school playground, thus this cannot be a late evening. Right now it is 7:02 p.m., so I am going to break from this post and return in a while to finish up.

I watched Superman & Lois ─ episode eight ("Into Oblivion") of season two. I did better at making the sipping extend than I imagined I would ─ I haven't quite finished the large shot I had poured.
My episode source was this GOOJARA.to link.
The episode was good, for sure; but I am already fed up with looking at cult leader Ally's smug, arrogant features. Someone punch that face into oblivion and let's move on!
I chose to risk another show, so I tuned in Krypton ─ episode seven ("Zods and Monsters") of season two. It is quite possible that I enjoyed this episode more than that of Superman & Lois ─ I never expected to be saying anything of the sort.
My source this time was a uFLIX.to link. And a second shot of bourbon was perfectly adequate.
I think my brother got back home from his daily social drinking around the latter part of Superman & Lois.
I want to try hard to be in bed by 10 p.m., but I still must brush my teeth and finish up whatever I have left undone here on my computer before restarting it.
Right now it is 9:31 p.m. and I wish myself the best success in the coming early a.m.
